Abstract

The purpose of this research were to know the impact of incentives and motivation on employee performance, which was an important issue in a number of organizations. This research was explanatory research, where researchers conducted observations ,record, analyzing and explaining the data. The research took place in PT. Bahana Yamaha Pagar Alam Cabang Bandarlampung by taking all employees as the population, and sample 35 responden. Overall this study it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant impact on employee performance do simultaneously and partially. Based on this result it can be seen that most dominant variabel which influence on employee performance is incentives because it has highest beta coefficient and t quantification. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari pengaruh insentif dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang menjadi persoalan penting di sejumlah organisasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory, dimana peneliti melakukan observasi, mencatat, menganalisis dan menjelaskan data tersebut. Penelitian berlangsung di PT. Bahana Yamaha Pagar Alam Cabang Bandarlampung dengan populasi seluruh karyawan, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan dan secara parsial. Dari sini dapat diketahui bahwa diantara dua variabel bebas tersebut yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja karyawan adalah Insentif karena memiliki nilai t hitung dan koefisien beta paling besar. Kata Kunci : insentif, motivasi, kepuasan kerja karyawan dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of teaching method, the use of media learning, and interest in learning on learning outcomes of students in grades VII SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah at academic year 2012/2013. The method of this research is descriptive verifikatif with ex post facto approach. The population of this research was 226 students. With probability sampling techniques and counted with slovin formula obtained samples as many as 144 students. The first, second, and third hypothesis was tested using simple linear regression, while the fourth hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The result showed that there were a significant and positive influence in the teaching method, the use of media learning, and interest in learning on learning outcomes of students in grades VII SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah at academic year 2012/2013.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode mengajar guru, penggunaan media pembelajaran, dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 226 siswa. Dengan teknikprobability sampling dan dihitung dengan rumus Slovin  didapat sampel sebanyak 144 siswa. Hipotesis pertama, kedua, dan ketiga diuji menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, sedangkan hipotesis keempat menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan metode mengajar guru, penggunaan media pembelajaran, dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Kata Kunci:  metode mengajar, penggunaan media, minat, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there is a moral difference between students who are learning using model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and students who are learning using model Group Investigation (GI) with respect to attitudes toward integrated social studies. The method used in this research is experimental research method with a comparative approach. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following findings: (1) there is a moral difference between students who are taught using learning model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and students who are taught using learning model Group Investigation (GI) on Integrated social studies. (2) morality student learning using learning model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) is better than either model of learning Group Investigation (GI) for students who have a positive attitude towards integrated social studies. (3) morality student learning using learning model Group Investigation (GI) is better than either model of learning Value Clarification Technique (VCT) for students who have a negative attitude towards integrated social studies. (4) there is interaction between the use of models of learning and students' attitudes to the subject of the morality Integrated IPS students.Keywords: Morality, VCT and GI, AAS.

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding the correlation between studys method and learning activity with result study of IPS in Junior High School 2 Sekampung. The population were 188 students with a total sample of 128 students which was determined by T. Yamane with probability sampling technique. The method used ex post facto. The data was found from observation, questionnaire , and documentation. Hypotesis testing was using t-test and F test. The result showed that: 1) there is a correlation between learning method and learning achievement of IPS; 2) there is a correlation between learning activity and learning result; 3) there is a correlation between learning method and learning activity with learning result of IPSPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan cara belajar dan aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS SMP Negeri 2 Sekampung. Populasi berjumlah 188 siswa, sampel sebanyak 128 siswa yang ditentukan dengan T. Yamane dengan probability sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesi menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada hubungan antara cara belajar dan prestasi belajar IPS; (2) Ada hubungan antara aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar IPS ; (3) Ada hubungan antara cara belajar dan aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS.Kata Kunci: aktivitas, cara, hasil belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, creativity, and the learning methods to the learning independence through motivation in economic course in the 10th grade of social students in SMA Negeri 1 Palas academic year of 2018/2019. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto and survey approaches. The population of this research consists of 137 students and 102 students as sample. The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The results of this research showed that there was a simultaneous influence between self-efficacy, creativity, and the learning methods to the learning independence through motivation in economic course in the 10th grade of social students in SMA Negeri 1 Palas academic year of 2018/2019. This is proved by Fcount Ftable or 28.543 2.70 and the significance score of 0.000 0.05. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, kreativitas, dan cara belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar melalui motivasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Palas Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 137 orang dan sampel 102 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simpel random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh simultan antara efikasi diri, kreativitas, dan cara belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar melalui motivasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Palas Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Hal ini dibuktikan Fhitung Ftabel atau 28,543 2,70 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 0,05 Kata kunci : cara belajar, efikasi diri, kreativitas, kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar

Abstract

This research was motivated by low teacher performance. This research aimed to investigate whether there was an impact of work motivation, job environment and rewards toward certified teacher working performance at Senior High School in Kota Agung Subdistrict in 2014/2015 academic year. Method used this research was verificative description with expost facto approach and survey. Teacher population in this researcher were 125 teacher with number of respondent chosen based on Nomogram Harry King formula as many as 102 teachers. To test hypothesis 1, 2 and 3, the researcher used a simple regression and for hypothesis 4, the research used multiple linier regression. The result of analysis showeel that: (1) there has an impact of working motivation of teacher toward certified teacher performance, 2) there has an impact of job environment of teacher toward certified teacher performance, 3) there has an impact of rewards of teacher toward certified teacher performance, 4) there has an impact of working motivation, job environment, and rewards on certified teacher performance.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh performance guru yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengethui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan imbalan terhadap performance pada guru sertifikasi SMA/MA Kecamatan Kota Agung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verivikatif dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto dan Survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 125 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Nomogram Harry King sebanyak 102 orang guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1, 2 dan 3 menggunakan linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 menggunakan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap performance guru, (2) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap performance guru, (3) ada pengaruh imbalan terhadap performance guru, (4) ada pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan imbalan terhadap performance guru.Kata kunci: imbalan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi,performance

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of the school environment and reading interest regarding to achievement motivation toward the learning outcomes. This research used descriptive research design approach verification expost facto and surveys. The population of this research was VIII grade in SMP IT Bustanul Ulum, Terbanggi Besar, and the sample was 64 students consisting of six classes. The data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data were treated by Path Analysis. Based on data analysis, the result showed that there was a significant effect of school environment and reading interest regarding to achievement motivation toward the learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah, minat baca, dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan expost facto dan survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Bustanul Ulum, Terbanggi Besar dan sampel sebanyak 64 siswa yang terdiri dari 6 kelas. Pegumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Data diolah dengan Analisis Path. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan minat baca dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, lingkungan sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, minat baca.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of marketing mix (a product, the price, location and promotion) of the decision students choose a schoolMadrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat 2018. The population in this research is all studentsMadrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat The sample used in this research as many as 54 students that serve as respondentsand sampling technique is probability sampling with simple random sampling.The method which is used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey.The result of this research shows is that all marketing mix consisting of the product, the price of, the location and promotion have an significant and positiveof the decision students choose a school Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intansimultaneously as well as partially.  Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix (produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi) terhadap keputusan siswa memilih sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat 2018.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 siswa yang dijadikan sebagai respondendan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan simple random sampling.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptifverifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan siswa memilih sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan baik secara simultan maupun parsial.  Kata kunci: produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, keputusan siswa.

Abstract

The study examines the comparative study of critical thinking skills between studentstaught using cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share and Think Talk Write toobserve students interest in social studies integrated semester of eighth grade students ofSMP Global Madani Bandar Lampung. The results of data analysis showed (1) there isa difference between the critical thinking skills of students whose learning usingcooperative learning model TPS and TTW, (2) critical thinking skills in students whohave a low interest in learning by using cooperative learning model of TPS is higherthan by using learning using cooperative models TTW, (3) critical thinking skills instudents who have a high interest in learning cooperative learning model TPS is lowerthan learning by using a model of cooperative TTW type, (4) there is an interactionbetween the model of cooperative learning with students interest in critical thinkingskills.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang studi perbandingan kemampuan berpikir kritis antarasiswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Sharedan Think Talk Write dengan memperhatikan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaranIPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII semester ganjil SMP Global Madani Bandar Lampung.Hasil analisis data menunjukan (1) ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis antarasiswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPSdan TTW, (2) kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa yang memiliki minat belajarrendah yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS lebih tinggidibandingkan yang pembelajaannya menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TTW, (3)kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi yangpembelajarannya menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS lebih rendah dibandingkanyang pembelajarannya menggunakan model koopratif tipe TTW, (4) ada interaksi antaramodel pembelajaran kooperatif dengan minat belajar siswa pada kemampuan berpikirkritis.Kata kunci : berpikir kritis, minat, TPS, TTW
