Abstract

The digital industry, which is often not bound by geographical boundaries, presents great challenges to the traditional taxation system, especially in terms of determining jurisdiction and profit allocation. The research method used is literature. The results show that tax reform in the digital era requires a multifaceted approach that includes policy reform, implementation of modern technology, and effective international coordination and cooperation. These results provide guidance for policymakers to create a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable tax system in the face of the evolving dynamics of the digital industry.

Abstract

The era of digitalization has made many changes in the world of business and law. The digital revolution and technological innovations are creating new challenges for existing rules. Issues such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things require regulations that can adapt quickly. Globalization also increases the complexity of managing law as companies must comply with various rules in different countries. In addition, social and environmental responsibility is becoming increasingly important. Companies are required to act ethically while protecting the rights of society and the environment. Data privacy is another major issue demanded by regulations such as GDPR. This demands stricter cyber risk management. The implication is that legal management must be more responsive and strategic. Collaboration between business units needs to improve. Investment in legal and governance professionals is also critical. Amidst these complex and dynamic challenges, legal management is required to ensure legal compliance and support the company's strategic objectives.

Abstract

Actualising village potential through MSME education and promotion is an effort to realise and develop the resources and capabilities of a village, with a focus on empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This process involves learning activities (education) to improve the knowledge and skills of MSME actors, as well as marketing strategies (promotion) to introduce and market the products or services of village MSMEs to a wider market. The goal is to increase local economic capacity, encourage product innovation, expand market reach, and ultimately improve the welfare of village communities through sustainable MSME development. The research method in this study is literature. The results show that structured and sustainable education, including training in business management, product innovation, and digital marketing, is crucial in improving the competitiveness of village MSMEs. Meanwhile, an integrated promotion strategy, utilising both online and offline platforms, has proven effective in expanding the market and increasing the visibility of village products. The research conclusions emphasise the importance of synergy between education and promotion in actualising village potential. This integrated approach not only enhances local economic capacity but also promotes sustainable village development. The implications of this research provide a foundation for the development of policies and programmes aimed at empowering rural economies through strengthening MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of interactive learning methods applied by lecturers in improving students' academic achievement. Through this study, it was found that the implementation of interactive learning methods had a positive and significant impact on student engagement and achievement. The method, which involves discussion, group work, and multilevel activities, is proven to improve students' understanding of the material and critical thinking skills. The role of the lecturer as a facilitator is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of this method, with good activity design and clear direction identified as key to success. In addition, physical and social environments that support interaction also contribute positively to a conducive learning atmosphere. In conclusion, interactive learning methods are effective in improving student achievement, provided they are implemented with appropriate strategies and a supportive environment.

Abstract

The implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the school environment promises a significant transformation in improving the efficiency and quality of education. IoT technology enables the creation of a more interactive and personalised teaching-learning process, providing an educational experience that is better suited to the needs of individual students. In addition, IoT helps teachers monitor student progress in real-time, enabling more effective intervention and assistance. In terms of school management, IoT makes it easier to automate various operational tasks such as inventory control, energy management, and facilities maintenance, all of which contribute to cost savings and improved learning environments. However, successful implementation of IoT requires adequate technological infrastructure as well as special attention to privacy and data security issues. Therefore, cooperation between various stakeholders is necessary to overcome these challenges and maximise the potential of IoT in education.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran interaktif (MPI) merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan pencapaian siswa sekaligus motivasi mereka. Dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, reading menjadi topik yang cukup sulit untuk dipelajari. Ketersediaan teks yang panjang serta soal yang rumit membutuhkan bantuan media yang cukup efketif dan menarik, maka MPI adalah jawabannya. Untuk mengembangkan MPI, terdapat banyak alat yang bisa digunakan. Pilihan paling lumrah dan efisien adalah Microsoft Powerpoint (PPT). Guru dapat memanfaatkan PPT dalam pengembangan MPI asalkan mengetahui beragam fitur yang dibutuhkan. Di area Sumatera Selatan sendiri, yang mana masih ada wilayah-wilayah terbatas akan koneksi internet, PPT bisa diandalkan dalam hal media pembelajaran. Untuk itu, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan (OKUS) menjadi target pendampingan tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Letaknya yang cukup sulit ditempuh dan sarana internetnya yang kurang stabil dapat dibantu dengan kehadiran MPI berbantuan PPT. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai dari September hingga Oktober 2024. Mode luring dan daring menjadi pilihan tim pelaksana. Secara bergantian, anggota tim menyampaikan materi-materi yang telah disusun. Lalu, di minggu ke-empat pendampingan, seluruh peserta diminta untuk mengembangkan MPI mereka sendiri yang nantinya akan digunakan di kelas. Keberhasilan pendampingan diukur melalui pre-test dan postest yang disebar secara digital. 25 orang guru yang berasal dari MGMP Bahasa Inggris OKU Selatan terdaftar sebagai peserta kegiatan ini. Pada akhir program, kedua puluh lima orang peserta ini berhasil mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif masing-masing dan mereka juga menunjukkan peningkatan pada beberapa elemen seperti pemahaman konsep MPI (52.6%), pemahaman fitur PPT (57.1%), integrasi audio/video ke dalam slide (71.4%), dan langkah-langkah pembuatan MPI (63.2%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of Improving Farmers' Welfare through the Modern Agroindustry-Based Economic System. The form of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively describe how to Improve Farmers' Welfare through the Modern Agroindustry-Based Economic System. In this study, the authors optimally use two data sources related to this study, namely. Primary data sources and secondary data sources. The main sources of this research are books and scientific journals on Improving Farmers' Welfare through. At the same time, this research is supported (secondary), namely the Modern Agro-Industry-Based Economic System. The result of this research is that the modern agro-industry-based economic system is a strategic solution to improve the welfare of farmers. With the integration of technology, agricultural product processing, and digitalization, farmers can obtain higher added value and have wider market access. Therefore, support from the government, the private sector, and the active participation of farmers are needed to realize a sustainable agro-industrial system.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the soil fertility status and provide fertilizer recommendations based on the soil fertility status of inseptisol on PT's oil palm plantations. Multi Initiative Dynamics. The research starts from October 9, 2023 to December 13, 2022 and until the results are presented. Disturbed soil sampling was carried out in each block using the diagonal method. In 1 block, 3 sub-blocks are created. For each sub-block, 5 soil sampling points were determined for oil palm plantations and 1 composite soil sample was obtained from each sub-block, so that in 1 block 3 composite soil samples were obtained which were used for soil chemical analysis. The distance of the soil sampling point is 1.5 meters from the oil palm tree. Soil sampling points were disturbed by drilling at a depth of 0-30 cm and intact soil samples were taken using a sample ring at a depth of 0-30 cm in oil palm plants. For each block, 3 intact soil sampling points were determined to represent each research location, thereby obtaining 9 intact soil samples which were used for soil bulk weight analysis. The variables observed in this research are, soil reaction (soil pH), C-Organic N-Total, P-Available, K-dd, P-Total, K-Total, CEC, KB, and Al Saturation, supporting variables for Texture analysis soil, Soil Profile, and Soil bulk weight. Research results The soil type in the observation area is classified as Inseptisol soil type, the soil texture in blocks E21, F21 and F26 has a clay and sandy loam texture class, the soil reaction (pH) in blocks E21, F21 and F26 has acid criteria. The C-Organic content in blocks E21, F21, F26 has low and medium criteria. The N-total content in blocks E21, F21, F26 has low criteria. The P-Available content in blocks E21, F21, F26 has very low criteria. The P-total content in blocks E21, F21, F26 has a very low average criterion. K-dd in blocks E21, F21, F26 have very low, low and medium criteria. K-total in blocks E21, F21, F26 has very low and low criteria. Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) in blocks E21, F21, F26 has low criteria. The base saturation of blocks E21, F21, F26 has very low criteria. Al saturation in blocks E21, F21, F26 has very low criteria. Recommendations for Urea, SP-36 and MOP (KCL) fertilization at the research location, namely Block E21, are 271.7 kg/ha, 104.39 kg/ha and 39.35 kg/ha, Block F21 is 298.87 kg/ha, 287.43 kg/ha and 245.61 kg/ha, Block F26 is 360.36 kg/ha, 177.32 kg/ha and 145.58 kg/ha.Keywords: Soil Fertility Status, Soil Inceptisol and Fertilizer Recommendations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the Influence of Green Economy on Increasing Productivity of the Local Agricultural Sector. The method of this research is This research is a type of literature research; This means that the information materials used come from library sources in the form of books, encyclopedias, magazines, journals, newspapers, journals, and others. The form of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. The application of the green economy concept in the local agricultural sector can have a positive impact on increasing productivity, especially with an approach that focuses on sustainability and wise management of natural resources. Through technological innovation, more efficient management of nature, and access to a wider range of markets, local farmers can increase their agricultural yields, reduce production costs, and improve socio-economic well-being. Therefore, the green economy is not only beneficial for environmental sustainability, but also provides better economic opportunities for the local agricultural sector.

Abstract

In education in Indonesia, there is a lack of effective examples provided by leadership in designing learning and implementing it in the field. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership on changes in secondary schools. The research method used was quantitative involving 562 secondary school teachers as respondents. The sample collection technique was carried out randomly. The data collection technique uses an instrument developed with a rating scale of 1 to 5 points. The data analysis technique is carried out using descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 25.0 to calculate the average value and analyze the relationship between variables. As a result, it was found that all dimensions of leadership were at a high category level. The mean showed that teachers' confidence in the implementation of their leadership as a whole was in the good category. These findings indicate that leadership wars make a significant contribution to changes in educational management for the better in secondary schools. The conclusion of this research is that application to leadership needs to be increased in schools and must be sustainable between new and old leaders. So that the effectiveness of learning can be maximized by teachers in junior high schools. The implications of this research indicate the need for training and development from leaders to teachers in junior high schools in improving the quality of planning management and implementation of learning.
