Abstract

Introduction: Candida albicans can cause quiet high prevalance of root canal treatment failure (35%). Candida albicans are difficult to eliminate and resistant to Calsium hydroxide. Therefore the research was conduct to determinate sterilization material which is effective as antifungal material to eliminate Candida albicans so can minimize the possibility of falure in root canal treatment. Purpose Obtain the optimum concentration of paste that consist of Calsium hydroxide powder combine with Cresatin liquid against the Candida albicans and must be safe to used in root canal tratement medication. Method: The initial examination of antifungal activities was carried out using the disc diffusion with spread plate technique. Medium that used in this method is Medium SGA (Saburoud’s Glucose Agar). Result: The result of the One-way ANOVA test showed a significant value of p= 0,000 (p<0,05). The result of Least Significant Difference test showed that each group had a significant difference because the value of p=0 (p<0,05).  There is significant difference between each group. Conclusion: The most effective as antifungal against Candida albicans is in mixing 1:2 of calsium hydroxide powder and Cresotin liquid which mean 1 full measuring spoon and 2 drops of Cresotin liquid. Mixture of Ca(OH)2 with metacresylacetate produce a chemical reaction namely calsium cresilate and Acetic acid. Calsium cresilate is strong disinfectant. Acetic Acid dissociates and releases hydroxyl ions (H+). Changes in pH cause the transformation of Candida albicans from Y form into M form so it inhibitis cell division.

Abstract

This research was based on students’ need analysis at SMAN 1 Kahayan Kuala and found that they faced difficulty learning physics, mainly static fluid material. There was a high need for an alternative teaching material that could be understood independently and more attractive and contained phenomena or occurrences related to the physic and the surrounding environment. Because of that, this research aims to know 1) the Procedure of the E-module based on contextual using PDF Flip Professional application on static fluid material. 2) Quality of E-module based on contextual using PDF Flip Professional application on static fluid material. 3) Students and teachers' responses on this e-module. This study used Research and Development in short R&D and 4D models. Phases were defined as design, development, and dissemination. But in dissemination phase was limited only to the research place. Results showed that 1) Procedure in developing an e-module involving students’ need analysis, designing the product, validating by design, material and learning experts and testing on small groups. 2) Quality of the e-module was tested through validity by media experts and was obtained at 92.95%, stated as very feasible. Next, validity from media experts was obtained at 95,9%, stated as very feasible. Then validity from learning experts was obtained 89,30% stated as very feasible. 3) Students’ response on e-module was obtained 95,09% stated as very good, and teachers’ response was obtained 92.8 stated as very good.

Abstract

The teacher can use various learning methods to make it easier for students to process learning outcomes, and what has been planned can be achieved as well and as easily as possible by students. Therefore, the researcher wants to develop LKPD with Wetland Context on water pollution sub-materials. The wetlands presented in this study are rivers that will be directly observed for pollution that occurs in the river. This research is research and development using a 4D model (define, design, develop and disseminate). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 15 Banjarmasin. The aims of the researchers in carrying out this development were 1) to validate the LKPD in the wetland context, 2) to determine the practicality of the LKPD in the wetland context, and 3) to determine the effectiveness of the LKPD in the wetland context. The research instruments include learning achievement tests, response questionnaires, and validation. LKPD obtains a validity value of 3.49 with valid criteria. Practicality gets a score of 82.00% with very practical criteria. Effectiveness with a gain calculation of 0.86 with high criteria. This LKPD is suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

Pulau Panjang, sebagai salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, memiliki potensi wisata alam dan edukasi dengan laut alami, pantai dan mangrove. Namun masyarakatnya yang mayoritas berprofesi sebagai nelayan memberikan potensi kerusakan akibat penggunaan trawl dalam penangkapan ikan dan udang. Program bina desa himpunan mahasiswa kultur akuatik berupaya membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan bagi generasi usia dini, mendiskusikan potensi wisata alam pada generasi muda dan membahas potensi produk lokal dan dampak trawl kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada usia dini dilakukan melalui permainan bersih sampah plastik dan menanam pohon. Potensi alam lokal didiskusikan dengan generasi pemuda. Pengembangan potensi produk lokal dan bahaya alat tangkap trawl disampaikan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Besar harapan terbentuknya karakter peduli lingkungan yang melandasi tindakan masyarakat Pulau Panjang dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan untuk kesejahteraannya.

Abstract

Era globalisasi telah membawa budaya dan teknologi ke wilayah masyarakat adat yang dapat menimbulkan mulai pudarnya kepercayaan masyarakat karena adanya modernisasi pada masa kini. Modernisasi merupakan proses transformasi masyarakat dan kebudayaan dalam semua aspeknya, dari tradisional ke modern. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian pada kaitan modernisasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat di Kampung Naga Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara menggunakan angket pada masyarakat Kampung Naga, dan studi literatur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan keterkaitan antara kepercayaan masyarakat dan modernisasi di Kampung Naga Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukan jika terdapat beberapa aspek modernisasi yang masuk kedalam masyarakat Kampung Naga tetapi tidak membuat suatu perubahan pada kebiasaan dan adat istiadat serta  nilai-nilai yang berlaku di dalam masyarakat karena masyarakat Kampung Naga tetap memegang kepercayaan masyarakat adat, budaya dan adat istiadat yang diajarkan oleh leluhur masyarakat Kampung Naga. Hal ini diambil berdasarkan indikator yang diuji meliputi Sekularisasi, Penggunaan Nalar, Pendidikan, Kebiasaan Masyarakat, Sikap Terbuka, Kemajuan Teknologi.

Abstract

A kind of learning assessments that has not been done by the teachers of Pakem Muhammadiyah Elementary School, Sleman, Special Province of Yogyakarta is authentic assessment. Therefore, training and workshop of authentic assessment were held for the six teachers of 1—6 grades. Before and after the training and workshop were held, the teachers were pretested and postested. The training and workshop were held in forms of lecturing, discussing and designing authentic assessment. Scores of the pretest and postest were analyzed with Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Ho is the training and workshop do not improve the teachers’ knowledge on authentic assessment. Ho is accepted if P-value < 0,05 with α = 0,05. Because of P-value < α, 0,00027 < 0,05, Ho is accepted. It concludes that the training and workshop do not improve the teachers’ knowledge on authentic assessment. It may be caused of limited durance of the training and workshop.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini merupakan hasil kompetisi Hibah Dikti  Skema Pemberdayaan Berbasis Kewirausahaan Ruang Lingkup Pemberdayaan Mitra Usaha Produk Unggulan Daerah tahun 2024. Alasan Pemilihan topik  atau pentingnya topik pengabdian ini karena kerupuk Sagu merupakan produk unggulan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau yang sudah terkenal dan sudah ada sejak tahun 1983. Sehingga sangat perlu dikembangkan dan dilestarikan.   UMKM Kerupuk Sagu Uwit (mitra 1) dan Kerupuk Sagu Sina (mitra 2) menjadi mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat ini. Permasalahan PKM ini adalah  kurangnya sumber daya produksi yang memadai, seperti bahan baku, mesin, peralatan, atau tempat usaha. Proses produksi masih mengaduk adonan sagu dengan tangan dan masih memotong kerupuk sagu dengan potongan tradisional sehingga membuat keterbatasan produksi karena memakan waktu lebih lama.  Metode PKM ini adalah  melakukan tahapan Sosialisasi- Pemberian bantuan mesin mesin produksi- pelatihan- penerapan teknologi- keberlanjutan program. Ringkasan Hasil PKM ini berjalan dengan sukses dengan antusias mitra yang tinggi , ada Peningkatan Kualitas Produk dengan meningkatnya jumlah produksi, mitra 1 dari 400 Kg /bulan menjadi 740 Kg/ bulan. Mitra 2 dari 320 Kg/bulan menjadi 552 Kg/ bulan,  dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra  menggunakan mesin produksi sebelum PKM dan sesudah PKM.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what learning strategies are used to Read and Write the Qur'an in Improving the Ability to Read and Write the Qur'an at Private Middle School PAB 2 Helvetia. What are the teacher's efforts in improving the ability to read and write the Qur'an in students. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of learning strategies to read and write the Koran in improving the ability to read and write the Koran in students of Private Middle School PAB 2 Helvetia. This type of research is a qualitative description with qualitative methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data obtained by direct observation in the field and secondary data obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study state that: 1). The learning strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving their ability to read and write the Koran are direct instruction and indirect instruction. 2). The teacher's efforts to improve students' reading and writing of the Qur'an are grouping students through reciting together with PAI teachers for those who can already read the Koran and the BTQ program for students who cannot yet read the Koran. 3). The methods used by religious education teachers are the Iqra` method, and the imla` method. Supporting factors are: Islamic Religious Education teachers who assist in educating and guiding the reading and writing of the Qur'an, as well as the attention and interest of students in learning to read and write the Qur'an, and parents who educate their children to recite the Koran at home or at school. Inhibiting factors arise from the students themselves, the various abilities and willingness of students. Homeroom teachers and PAI subject teachers who have more jobs and pay less attention to students. And varied family backgrounds.

Abstract

The choice of research object in the film Revolutionary Road is because the narrative contained in the film Revolutinary Road discusses matters that are very closely related to the phenomenon of mental readiness in households as is often the case in Indonesian society today.In this thesis there is a formulation of the problem, namely how the writer tries to discuss the emotions reflected in the character of April Wheeler in the film entitled Revolutionary Road, as well as explaining the factors that cause emotions to arise in this character. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach method obtained through library research. The conclusion of this thesis is that the author explains what emotions are reflected in the character April in the film Revolutionary Road by associating several types of emotions namely Happiness, Love, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Surprise response, Hate, Mood, and Tempramen. Regarding the emotional disturbance experienced by the character April. In addition, explaining the internal factors according to Hurlock and Cole (as quoted by Rismalinda, 2017, p.248) regarding the emotional disturbance experienced by the character April.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan kearsipan dinamis berbasis aplikasi SRIKANDI pada Bidang Pendidikan Madrasah di Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, dengan fokus pada tiga aspek: penciptaan, penyimpanan, dan penemuan kembali arsip. Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sejak implementasinya pada 11 September 2023, penciptaan arsip dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dari pembuatan konsep hingga penandatanganan elektronik. Penyimpanan arsip dilakukan sistematis dengan klasifikasi berdasarkan jenis, sifat, dan urgensi, serta mempertimbangkan aspek keamanan dan efisiensi. Penemuan kembali arsip dijalankan melalui sistem pencarian terstruktur menggunakan kata kunci dan kode penyimpanan, dengan mekanisme pengajuan permintaan yang melibatkan pemohon, petugas arsip, dan pejabat berwenang.
