Abstract

Culture is a habit of an individual that must be shared by a group of people. A group has a group if its citizens have together with the same pattern of thinking and behave gained through the learning process. One can be defined as a set of beliefs of values and ways of behavior, habits learned together by citizens from a group living in a region And has a language that neighbors can not understand. In each society, by its members the development of ideal cultural patterns and these patterns are reinforced by cultural matters. The ideal cultural patterns contain the things that most of them need to be filled to do in certain circumstances. These patterns are often called norms. Hard as we all know not everyone in their culture has always been what it has been all about as an ideal. Because if the community always there and the community that exist in the community. Then there will be no so-called crime-the cultural cart. Some of the ideal patterns in life are different from the actual patterns because of patterns that have been ruled out by the ways in which society has been accustomed.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai upaya sadar seharusnya mengetahui bahwa pendidikan karakter bukan hanya semata menginginkan karakter orang Indonesia kembali pada jalurnya, melainkan adanya pendangkalan makna yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan proses. Sedangkan pengertian politik pendidikan adalah kajian tentang relasi antara proses munculnya berbagai tujuan pendidikan dengan cara penyampaiannya yang terfokus pada kekuatan yang menggerakkan perangkat pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan bagaimana dan kemana perangkat tersebut akan diarahkan. Pendidikan yang diberikan juga harus sedemikian rupa sehingga tidak menekankan pada perubahan-perubahan sosial dan kecerdasan.Pendidikan yang negatif cenderung selalu menguntungkan kaum yang kuat.Padahal semestinya pendidikan itu bersifat membebaskan.Pendidikan juga harus menekankan kepada pendidikan karakter, terutama hal moral dan pembentukan nilai-nilai. Porsi terbesar dari kegagalan dunia pendidikan terhadap kaum muda dewasa ini diakibatkan pendidikan ilmu-ilmu sosial yang hanya menjejalkan informasi hafalan dan tidak menyentuh kepada pembentukan watak, moralitas, sikap, atau proses berpikir peserta didik.

Abstract

Growth and emotional development, as well as in other behaviors, is determined by a process of maturation and learning processes. A newborn baby has been able to cry, but he almost reached a certain level of maturity before he could laugh. If the child is older, he will learn that crying and laughing can be used for certain purposes in certain situations. In newborns, the only real emotion is anxiety that appear as displeasure in the new cry and struggled. In general, our daily actions accompanied by certain feelings, the feelings of pleasure or displeasure. Feelings of pleasure or displeasure that always accompanies / deeds of our daily called Effective Colors. Effective color is sometimes strong, sometimes weak or vague. The difference between feelings and emotions can not be stated emphatically, as both a qualitative continuity that is not undefined. At a certain moment, an effective color can be described as a feeling, but it can also be said as emotion. So, once we define difficult emotions. Therefore, what is meant by emotion here is not limited to emotions or feelings, but includes any circumstances in a person who is accompanied by a color effectively, both at the weak (shallow) as well as at the level of the (deep).

Abstract

Education is considered as one of the potential development sectors in the effort to prepare qualified human resources. Because education is the actual meaning of education starting from the actual conditions of the learning individual and the learning environment. Learning is a process that will never stop as long as humans live on earth. No man will ever succeed without going through the process of learning, because in learning this man finds the knowledge and experience that smell. Each learning situation will be faced completely by people who learn as a whole individual as well. That is why in different situations every day, the lessons or problems encountered will also differ depending on the existing and available ways and learning.Type of research used in this research is descriptive research type. Approach in this research using approach qualitative and quantitative. The population of this study are all students of Islamic Studies Program of class of 2014 which amounted to 360 students both men and women.Sampling for students Prodi PAI conducted by randomly selecting students who are still active students of Semester V, and the technique of sampling using simple random sampling on this condition set some students representing each of their respective rombel respectively. From the above population were sampled by 72 students.

Abstract

The cultivation of moral values ​​in Islamic Education learning becomes an effort in facing various challenges in this millennial era. The purpose of strengthening moral values ​​is to guide and foster students to be better persons and be able to have good morals, which are in accordance with Islamic values. As regards moral values, the role of educators in cultivating moral values ​​is very crucial. It is to prepare students’ positive attitude to face the millennial era. There are several supporting factors in cultivating students’ moral values ​​in SMA 2 Rejang Lebong. They are the existence of support and collaboration from the school, cooperation between teachers and parents, and the fulfillment of the school’s facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand, there are some factors that obstruct the cultivation of moral values that are influenced by the students’ selves and peer relations. This research is qualitative research, qualitative research aims to examine the conditions of natural objects and emphasize understanding the in-depth meaning of a symptom. Data were collected through interviews (direct and indirect), observation, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out how to instill moral values ​​in learning Islamic religious education to face the millennial era and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for planting moral values ​​in learning Islamic religious education facing the millennial era in SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong.

Abstract

This research is entitled “the relationship between early childhood leadership style and teacher performance in the district Semendawai Barat” This type of research is quantitative using the correlational method, namely looking at the relationship between the variabel X and variabel Y. the sampel used in this study were 15 payd institutions in the district Semendawai Barat. As for the way of collecting data that is using a questionnaire and documentation. In this study, the researcher used the guttman scale, which is a scale that uses only two choices, namely yes or no. if the respondent answers incorrectly, wil get a value of 1, but if respondent answer incorrectly, get a value of 0. Before conducting the research, the researcher conducted a trial sample first, namely the Cempaka district with 12 early childhood institutions. Aftergetting the vtest results, the next research tested the data using validity and reliability tests. Ater that the research into the actual sampel, namely early childhood institutions in the district of Semendawai Barat. Data analysis used is normality test, linier test, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the correlation coefficient value > that is 4,30753 > 2,080 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. As for the results of the relationship between variable X and variable Y, namely 0,469 so that the relationship between variable X and variable Y is equal to.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwasannya masih terdapat anak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan seperti belum mentaati peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pengaruh reinforcement terhadap kedisiplinan anak di RA Ar-Ridho Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang berjumlah 121 dan sample yang digunakan 30 anak dengan random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, angket serta dokumentasi. Setelah mengumpulkan hasil dari jawaban angket yang sudah disebar maka peneliti mengolah data dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Setelah dilakukan uji analisis diperoleh hasil koefisien kesimpulan bahwa data fhitung > ftabel ( 3,522 > 3,34) dan sig < 0,05 (0,039 < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pemgaruh secara signifikan antara reinforcement (X) terhadap kedisilinan (Y). Data thitung > ttabel ( 1,738 > 1,701 ) dan sig < 0,05 (0,039 < 0,05). Karena thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh dari reinforcement sebagai variable (X) terhadap kedisiplinan (Y).

Abstract

Religious values are values that regulate religious or religious life, a bond or relationship between humans and their God. Religious values have a relationship with worldly life, not much different from other values such as culture and social aspects. a mysterious afterlife for life. It is this afterlife that distinguishes it from other values. Religious value is also an obedient attitude or behavior in carrying out Islamic religious teachings that always worship because the task of humans as servants of Allah is to serve Him. The type of research used in this research is library research. Literature research is research that uses reading materials as a reference source. It means collecting data by reading, studying, understanding, and analyzing documents related to the research. The data collection technique used is documentation. While the data analysis method used is using content analysis. The results of the study stated that the religious values in the Lapis-Lapis Blessing book have three aspects of life, namely the value of aqidah, the value of worship, and the value of morals. The value of aqidah includes several things, namely faith in Allah SWT, belief in Allah's provisions and faith in apostles. The value of worship includes several things, namely; prayer, dhikr, prayer, and reading of the Qur'an. While the moral values include several things, namely; patient, please help, entertain guests, trust, and giving charity. The implementation of these three aspects requires assistance from parents, schools, and the community so that children can have their religious values embedded from a young age. So the need for deep appreciation when teaching children several things about religious values, one of which is the value of aqidah, worship, and morals.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Equality Education program at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School (PKPPS). The research was conducted in Ma'had Zaadul Ma'ad Palembang. The research time starts from October 2020 to April 2021. The research subjects are students of the Salafiyah Wustha level. This type of research is an evaluation research using the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). Evaluation is carried out to see the level of conformity of program implementation with the criteria set out in the PKPPS Technical Guidelines. The results showed that the PKPPS program at the Salafiyah Wustha level in terms of the context, process, or product dimensions was in accordance with the criteria so that the program needed to be continued. However, if viewed from the input dimension, it only reached a sufficient level of conformity. The researcher's recommendation for policy makers is to limit a maximum of 30 students per study group, educators who have not received a bachelor's degree to be directed to continue their education, educators are expected to teach subjects according to academic qualifications, the need for infrastructure is not fulfilled, and damaged infrastructure needs to be repaired. The components of the Salafiyah Wustha PKPPS program that need to be disseminated are mainly related to increasing the number of students, namely a distinctive vision and mission, the establishment of programs based on community needs, and the use of online media in the study of the Kitab Kuning.

Abstract

Islamic economics is one of the economic concepts that should be considered to replace it. Islamic economics has made a lot of progress, both in the operational practice of academic studies in universities and in the form of teaching activities. Islamic economics has been developed in several universities both in Muslim countries and in western countries. In the context of Indonesia, the development of learning and implementation of Islamic economics has made significant progress. It is proven by learning about Islamic economics that has been taught in several public and private universities. This proves that the increase in human resources and the Islamic development economy continue to grow.
