Abstract

A referral system is a system that organizes healthcare and is responsible for addressing health cases or problems, regulating the flow of referrals and referrals for health check-ups. This referral system requires the participation of the government as policymaker, the community as service users, and health services as drivers of success. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the referral system in community health centers by reviewing previous research. This study used a literature review method, examining 10 journals related to the implementation of the BPJS Kesehatan patient referral system in community health centers. The results indicate that the referral system in most community health centers is operating in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). However, several obstacles remain, such as unstable internet access, poor road access, ineffective communication, and limited medical facilities. Evaluation and improvements are ongoing to address these obstacles. In conclusion, the referral system as a whole is operating in accordance with existing SOPs, although improvements are still needed in several aspects to achieve the desired efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalah yang dihadapkan pada penggunaan kartu JKN yaitu masih rendahnya penggunaan kartu jaminan kesehatan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum optimalnya pelayanan yang diberikan pada fasilitas kesehatan dan beranggapan dengan menggunakan kartu jaminan kesehatan sangat merepotkan khususnya dalam sistem rujukan, padahal dengan adanya JKN ini dapat memperingan biaya layanan Antenatalcare. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program JKN pada layanan antenatalcare (ANC) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan metodologi dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang terkait penelitian di Puskesmas Simalingkar dan bersumber dari informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Tata Usaha, Bendahara JKN dan Bidan dalam layanan ANC. Ketersediaan fasilitas dan aksebilitas ANC di Puskesmas ini sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Peningkatan atau perubahan yang dilakukan dalam pelayanan ANC sejak Implementasi JKN sangat meningkat dari fasilitas dan aksebilita sebelumnya dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya pasien dalam memeriksakan kandungannya ke Puskesmas. Aadapun tantangan khusus yang dihadapi dalam mengitegrasikan JKN dengan layanan ANC di Puskesmas yaitu BPJS pasien tidak aktif dikarenakan premi yang menunggak dan tenaga kesehatan tidak berada ditempat namun dengan adanya kendala tersebut tetap dilayani.

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome ialah tekanan yang terjadi pada saraf median saat saraf ini berjalan melalui terowongan karpal menyebabkan kondisi neuropati pergelangan tangan yang paling umum. Gejala umum yang sering terjadi adalah nyeri, parestesia, mati rasa, atau kesemutan, biasanya terjadi di ibu jari di sisi radial jari telunjuk, jari tengah, serta jari manis. Estimasi prevalensi Carpal Tunnel Syndrome populasi dunia cukup tinggi yaitu 3,8%. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan masa kerja, lama kerja, gerakan berulang (repetitive), serta riwayat penyakit dengan keluhan Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) pada Nelayan di Desa Lagasa Kabupaten Muna Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 248 nelayan dari Desa Lagasa yang berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan sampel secara Accidental Sampling. Kuesioner dan pemeriksaan Phalen's Test digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data guna mengidentifikasi keluhan CTS. Uji chi-square digunakan dalam melakukan analisis statistik untuk memastikan hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian membuktikan jika terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja dengan keluhan Carpal Tunnel Syndrome dengan p-value = 0,033, lama kerja dengan keluhan Carpal Tunnel Syndrome dengan p-value = 0,000, gerakan berulang dengan keluhan Carpal Tunnel Syndrome dengan p-value = 0,035, riwayat penyakit dengan keluhan Carpal Tunnel Syndrome dengan p-value = 0,004. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja, lama kerja, gerakan berulang, dan riwayat penyakit dengan keluhan Carpal Tunnel Syndrome pada Nelayan di Desa Lagasa Kabupaten Muna Tahun 2022. Abstract

Quality health services are very important to maintain the welfare of the community. The role of Puskesmas has significance in providing health services according to the needs of residents in an area. This research focuses on the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Simalingkar Health Center in Medan. The performance of employees in this unit is a major factor in achieving health service standards. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach, involving participants from the puskesmas and patients who had received services at the Simalingkar Health Center. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders. The results of research at the Simalingkar Puskesmas as a whole, both from the puskesmas and patients, that the performance of employees at the Simalingkar Puskesmas UPT is generally considered good. However, several aspects need to be improved at the Simalingkar Health Center. Such as improving the quality of patient care, communication training among fellow employees, and further evaluation of certain health programs. This recommendation can be used as a basis to continue to improve the quality of health services at the Simalingkar Health Center. It can be the basis for continuing to improve the quality of health services at Puskesmas Simalingkar, focusing on aspects that can have a positive impact on the community. Periodic evaluation of employee performance, patient involvement as the main stakeholder, and implementation of concrete improvements are expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health services at the Simalingkar Health Center.

Abstract

One of the key factors contributing to the failure of dental healthcare services is the presence of anxiety and tension in patients, particularly pediatric patients. As a result, preventive measures or further treatment may need to be postponed until the next visit. This study aimed to investigate the level of anxiety among children receiving dental healthcare services at Puskesmas Palangga based on age, gender, and type of dental healthcare service. A descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach was employed. The sample comprised 60 children receiving dental healthcare services at Puskesmas Palangga. The level of anxiety was measured using the Face Image Scale. The findings revealed differences in anxiety levels based on the age of the children. Toddlers and young children tended to exhibit higher levels of anxiety compared to adolescents. Additionally, there were gender differences in anxiety levels, with girls experiencing higher levels of anxiety than boys. The study also found variations in anxiety levels based on the type of dental healthcare service provided. Tooth extraction procedures resulted in higher levels of anxiety compared to premedication and apex resection services. In conclusion, these research findings highlight the importance of considering age, gender, and type of dental healthcare service in managing anxiety among children receiving dental healthcare. Therefore, efforts can be made to create a comfortable and supportive environment for children during their dental treatment

Abstract

Penelitian analisis pendapatan usahatani kakao di Desa Dolago Kecamatan Parigi Selatan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan petani kakao di Desa Dolago Kecamatan Parigi Selatan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dengan menggunakan rumus π = TR – TC. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus – Oktober Tahun 2020. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi sebanyak 992 Kg/1.82Ha/Tahun atau 545 Kg/Ha/Tahun, dengan rata-rata harga jual sebesar Rp.25.000 /Kg, penerimaan rata-rata responden usahatani kakao di Desa Dolago yaitu sebesar Rp. 24.804.688/1,82Ha/Tahun atau Rp.13.628.949/Ha/Tahun dan total biaya rata-rata responden sebesar Rp.8.873.794/1,82Ha/Tahun atau Rp.4.875.710/Ha/Tahun, sehingga diperoleh pendapatan rata-rata responden dari usahatani kakao di Desa Dolago adalah sebesar Rp.15.930.894/1,82 Ha/Tahun atau Rp.8.753.238/Ha/Tahun. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani tanaman kakao dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya petani kakao.

Abstract

An organization really needs conflict management and transformational leadership to improve employee performance.This study aims to determine: The effect of conflict management, the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in the field of spatial planning in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. The results of the study get the regression equation as follows: Y = 2,088 + 0,109X1 + 0,845X2, which means that every increase in the value of independent variables (conflict management and transformational leadership) will increase the value of employee performance in the field of spatial planning and public works spatial planning of Bogor Regency. The test results of the determination coefficient show that the adjusted R square value is 0.415 (41.5%). In other words, the contribution of the variables of Conflict Management and Transformational Leadership together on Employee Performance is 41.5%, while the remaining 58.5% is explained or influenced by other variables not included in this study. Hypothesis test results both partially and simultaneously prove that conflict management and transformational leadership affect employee performance. The most dominant factor affecting employee performance is transformational leadership, this is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.845.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pusat pelayanan bahan ajar universitas terbuka di daerah pondok cabe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah responden sebanyak 10 orang yang kami peroleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan alat bantu analisis menggunakan SPPS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In practice, it is stated that the purpose of foreign investment in Indonesia can have a positive influence, in order to empower the community's economic improvement which will increase the circulation of money that can be maintained, and increase national economy growth. This study aims to analyze the regulation of Foreign Investment (PMA) in Indonesia based on Law No. 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, and the relation between PMA and national economic growth. The techniques used in writing this article are juridical-normative that moves towards law by approaching law. The results of the study concluded that foreign capital investors play a role in expanding the pace of public monetary development in Indonesia, but until now there are still difficulties in bureaucratic licensing management due to uncertainty in foreign investment regulations and also vulnerabilities between central and local government regulations. The consequences of providing legal guarantees for foreign investors in Indonesia are expected to be able to provide a large commitment or benefit to improve the national economy from the perspective of investment law regulation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis bulu babi yang terdapat di zona pasang surut pantai Desa Bukaan Kecamatan Lakea Kabupaten Buol. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga titik stasiun pengamatan yang masing-masing stasiun terdapat 3 transek line dan setiap transek terdapat 5 plot yang berukuran 1x1 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis bulu babi di zona pasang surut pantai Desa Bukaan yaitu Echinometra mathaei, Deadema setosum dan Stomopneustes variolaris.
