Abstract

Talas-talasan (Family Araceae) is ) is a plant known to the Indonesian people. Araceae has been cultivated and used by Indonesian people. Tuber of Family Araceae have high carbohydrate, carbohydrate composed of amylum (amylose and amylopectin). food quality is determined by ratio of amylose and amylopectin. Information about Araceae in Semarang are still limit. Indonesian people didn’t know potential of the family araceae in field of food. The research objective to determine types ofedible plants from the family Araceae.The research was conducted from April to June 2016. Sampling was conducted at Jabungan, Mluweh and Susukan village, Semarang. Methods of data collection is ekploration. Identification refers to the genera of Araceae (Mayo, 1997) and characterization refers Descriptor Taro (IPGRI, 1999). Based on the results is 13 species of plants from the family Araceae. Differences among species Family Araceae character is the color and shape of the tubers, the tip of leaf blade, the edge of leaf blade, the top and bottom surface of leaf blade, leaf blade holder, and the shape of leaf blade. Kata kunci :Identification, Morphology Character, Araceae

Abstract

    The diversity of Dioscorea spp. both inter-species and intra-species are spreaded in several areas in Central Java, including Banjarnegara.  Dioscorea is a  plant that has the potentials to be developed and cultivated. The purposes of this reasearch are to identify the species, characterize the morphological characters (stem, leaf, and tuber) of eight varians Dioscorea spp from Banjarnegara. The sample used in this reasearch are the eight varians of Dioscorea spp from Banjarnegara.  The Identification was done by using a identification keys. Characterization of morphological characters was done by using the guidebook of Descriptor for Yam. The results showed that eight cultivars of Dioscorea spp are grouped into two types: Dioscorea alata and Dioscorea esculenta. Dioscorea alata has a stem which rotate the to the right, rectangular shaped of stem, it’s has wing and doesn’t have a spin, elongated heart-shaped leaves, oval-oblong and round shaped tuber. Dioscorea esculenta has a stem which rotate to the left, rounded shaped of stem, it has not wing but spiked, dilated heart-shaped leaf, and oval shape tuber.  Keywords: Dioscorea spp, identifikasi, characteristic, morphology,

Abstract

The study of the ethnoecology of Samin Society in Kudus been conducted in March 2011 to August 2011. The aim of this study was to review and document local knowledge of of Samin Society about their views of the environment. The location is Larikrejo and Kaliyoso villages, Undaan District, Regency of Kudus. Data collection techniques with direct field observation, open interviews (open ended), structured interviews with key informants, and focus group discussions (FGD). Results of research on local resource management in communities samin illustrated on describtif phenomenology. Theirs traditional knowledge about the environment is reflected in the form of land use management systems. Environmental unit and production activities such as: rice fields, yards, dry field, swamps, embung and rivers. Samin community interaction with the environment is very strong, like wong (humans) with sandang pangan (food and clothing), or like living with a livelihood. Society's view of land interests change with the change of environmental conditions and their knowledge level. Key word: Ethoecology, local knowledge, Samin Society, view of invironment, environmental unit

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the types of plants used by communities for subsistence daily. This research conducted in the village of Kendeng Mountains region Sukolilo, Pati. Data collection conducted exploratory used a roaming method to inventory plant species. This method supported by ethnobotany participatory appraisal techniques consisting of: open-ended interview and participatory observation by the public as key informants. Inventory and interviews made in plant utilization category. Research showed that Sukolilo villagers still had a good knowledge about the diversity of plants and about plants their use in daily life. Inventory data showed that 208 species of plants used by the community, are grouped in categories: food (90 species), medicinal and traditional medicine (44 species), building materials (29 species), fuel wood (13 species), animal feed (11 species), craft materials and tools (8 species), fiber materials and rigging (3 species), and toxic materials (2 species). Keywords: ethnobotany, cultural value, karst areas, Kendeng mountains

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent of the implementation of the Child Friendly School program at MTsN 6 Jombang. This evaluation research uses the CIPP evaluation model. This research is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis stage was carried out in three stages, namely reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that: (1) In the context evaluation, it can be said that the program is in accordance with the needs of the community and there is also a legal basis for the implementation of the program; (2) In the evaluation, the input aspect can be said to be very good, because the implementation of the program is handled very well, namely by the formation of a Child Friendly School Team and also the existence of facilities that support the program; (3) Evaluation of the process aspects related to the program shows that the program is carried out very well, including that almost all existing learning processes must include child-friendly elements in the curriculum. Apart from that cooperation is also carried out to all stakeholders; and (4) Regarding the evaluation of the results, it can be seen from the awards that the school has received, both in the academic and non-academic fields, including those related to the Child Friendly School program, which is winning the highest award or the best national level predicate as a Child Friendly School. The results of this evaluation research are expected to contribute to Islamic education institutions as best practice in implementing the Child Friendly School program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi melalui strategi peta konsep (concept mapping) pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Makarti Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan menulis narasi melalui strategi peta konsep (concept Mapping) pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Makarti Jaya Kabupaten Banyuasin. Hasil siklus 1 diperoleh nilai kemampuan menulis narasi siswa rata-rata sebesar 62,93. Siswa yang mencapai KKM > 70 sebanyak 6 orang siswa atau rata-rata persentase pencapaian ketuntasan sebesar 24%. Pada siklus 2, nilai siswa mengalami peningkatan yang cukup positif, yaitu sebesar 1724,67 atau rata-rata pencapaian hasil belajar siswa sebesar 68,99. Siswa yang mencapai KKM > 70 sebanyak 16 orang siswa atau rata-rata persentase pencapaian ketuntasan sebesar 64%. Pada siklus 3 diketahui pemerolehan nilai siswa sebesar 2031,97 atau rata-rata pencapaian hasil belajar siswa sebesar 81,28. Siswa yang mencapai KKM > 70 sebanyak 23 orang siswa atau rata-rata persentase pencapaian ketuntasan sebesar 92%.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the use of information systems for data management calling for graduates by using a QR code. At the analysis stage, it was found a problem that in calling the graduation participants still used the manual method, this caused the names of the graduates to be confused during the summoning procession. Based on the background of the problem, the researcher aims to make the calling process more efficient, replacing the system that uses QR code technology. The researcher uses the Reed Solomon method as error correction in the QR code Encoding process. This research was conducted through testing of 100 data and a total of 4000 times of testing including error correction, scan distance, and the condition of the card or paper. The results of the test are scans that are read in good condition with a correction level with distance testing of 6cm, 12cm, 18cm, 24cm and 30cm with errors L = 63.6%, M = 74%, Q = 79.8%, H = 93.8%while in damaged condition L = 42.8% ,M = 53.6% ,Q = 65.4%,H = 87.6%Therefore, this error fix affects the QR Code.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terdapat pada peserta didik yaitu pada saat melakukan passing bola bawah tidak dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan passing bawah, sampel pada penelitian ini peserta didik di SDN 13 Singkawang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, objek penelitan ini yaitu guru yang bekerja sama dengan peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 25 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa pada siklus I terdapat 64% siswa yang tuntas dengan jumlah 16 siswa dari 25 siswa, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan siklus II yang menunjukan peningkatan ketuntasan siswa sebesar 92% dengan jumlah 23 siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 76,4 dalam kemampuan teknik passing bawah. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa metode pembelajaran kreatif  dengan menambahkan media balon dapat  memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik dan meningkatkan motivasi dalam pembelajaran bola voli khususnya passing bawah.

Abstract

Stress adalah reaksi tubuh terhadap situasi yang tampak berbahaya atau sulit sedangkan Sedangkan kecemasan adalah suatu istilah yang menggambarkan gangguan psikologis, yang dapat memiliki karakteristik. Stres dan kecemasan yang terjadi disaat masa pandemi ini banyak penyebabnya, kurangnya pengetahuan dan kontrol diri dari dalam diri warga setempat membuat dosen STIKIM mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk mengedukasi warga Desa Bojong Kulur, Bogor tentang bagaimana mengelola manajemen stress dan kecemasan di masa pandemi Covid-19, meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait manajemen stress dan kecemasan di masa pandemic Covid-19, dan meningkatkan ketahanan mental dan koping adaptif masyarakat dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab saat berlangsungnya kegiatan. Hasil yang dari kegiatan pengabdian ini warga mengetahui gejala-gejala umum stress dan kecemasan dan mengetahui tips- tips untuk mengontrol stress di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Wana Wisata Curug Semirang is a tourist area in Semarang Regency based on ecotourism. As an ecotourism area, Curug Semirang contribute as conservation area in order to protection and preservation of nature. Along with tourism development, biodiversity in Curug Semirang is increasingly threatened. The purpose of this study is to examine the composition and structure of riparian in Wana Wisata Curug Semirang Area. The method used in vegetation is a quadratic plot with a line transect. Vegetation observation was carried out at 3 stations which were divided into 15 plots covering tree strata and poles. Vegetation analysis was obtained with the value of density, dominance, frequency, and important value index. The results obtained 75 plant species covering 42 families, in the tree strata there are 16 species in 12 families, and the pole strata there are 20 species in 14 families. The highest INP of tree strata at station 1 was pine (Pinus merkusii) 180.04%, stations 2 and 3 were kemadu (Laportea sinuata) 147.53% and 102.76%, respectively. The highest IVI of the pole strata at stations 1 and 2 is coffee (Coffea arabica) 123.98% and 140.5%, and station 3 is rotan (Calamus rotang) 113%.
