Abstract

This research aims to get an in-depth overview of the management of the implementation of Teaching Factory Competence of Engineering Expertise and Motorcycle Business Vocational High School in Tulungagung Regency of East Java. Who is expected to find and describe the data in detail about the cooperation of the Vocational High School with the business world and the industrial world to prepare a skilled workforce through the Teaching Factory learning program that simultaneously builds a framework of theory and abstraction of data collected based on the findings of meaning on the natural background in the field. By applying a good management system can improve the hard skills and soft skills of vocational graduates in order to get provisions to go to the world of work in accordance with what is needed by the industry or able to entrepreneurship independently. The management system that needs to be implemented includes several aspects, including: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation (actuating), (4) Supervision (controlling) and evaluation of programs. Supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of Teaching Factory Competence of Technical Expertise and Motorcycle Business Vocational High School in Tulungagung Regency of East Java, include: (1) Internal support factors, (2) External support factors, (3) Internal inhibitory factors, and (4) inhibitory factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of independent attitudes and motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of students majoring in Accounting and Finance at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 108 students majoring in Accounting and Finance at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. The number of samples in this study amounted to 52 respondents using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, independent attitude and motivation had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students majoring in Accounting and Finance at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. Partially, motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship and independent attitude has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is designed to (1) Develop modules on the learning of the Accounting Practicum of class XI trading firms; (2) Know the feasibility of modules on the study of accounting practicum learning of trading companies based on validation of material experts, media experts, linguists and accounting learning practitioners; (3) Know the student's assessment of the accounting practicum learning module of a trading firm. This research is a research of development. The research design used refers to the Four-D (4D) model development model with four main stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. The data collection technique in this study is to use questionnaires and tests. The results of this study are (1) Development of modules by the Four-D models. Define obtained the result that students need modules that can improve students' competence, as well as help them learn independently. Design obtained the results of teaching materials that suit the needs of students in the form of accounting practicum modules of trading companies, Develop is validated by material experts, media experts, linguists and practitioners of accounting learning, revision according to expert advice and development trials in class XII Accounting, Disseminate, conducted module deployment in SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. (2) The eligibility of modules based on expert assessment of the material obtained score (decent), media expert obtained score (decent), Linguist obtained average score (decent), (3) Student assessment of module obtained very decent score.
