Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of innovation in the hadith learning process through scientific and multidisciplinary approaches at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Manafiul Ulum Kudus. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students to explore their learning experiences. The research findings identify that the application of scientific methods and multidisciplinary approaches has successfully deepened students' understanding of Islamic teachings and their relevance to daily life. Students not only memorize the hadith texts but also understand the meaning and significance of these teachings in social and cultural contexts. This research also found that innovation in learning can build students' critical and analytical thinking skills and strengthen their character through reflection on moral values. Further research is recommended to explore the effectiveness of innovative methods in various other Islamic educational institutions, as well as identify potential challenges in their implementation. Thus, the hope from this research is that it can significantly contribute to the advancement of Islamic education, especially hadith, which is more relevant and contextual in Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji terkait peran dan tantanganmedia massa dalam membentuk dan memperkuat harmoni antar umat beragama di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan, yakni dengan mengumpulkan berbagai literatur yang relevan dan menganalisisnya. Indonesia sebagai negara yang beragam atau majemuk dengan berbagai macam agama, sering dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam menjaga kerukunan umat beragama. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi Masyarakat terhadap beragam agama adalah media massa. Selain memiliki peran sebagai hiburan. media massa memiliki kekuatan atau peran yag cukup signifikan dalam membentuk opini dan mengatasi ketegangan yang mungkin muncul. Media massa dari terdapat berbagai macam jenisnya seperti media massa cetak, elektronik dan internet. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang jenis-jenis media massa, tantangan dan peran penting media massa dalam konteks harmoni beragama di Indonesia. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat menjadi panduan etika bagi setiap orang yang terlibat dalam praktisi media massa dalam melporkan isu-isu kegamaan. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar untuk medukung pengembangan kebijakan media yang mendukung harmoni beragama di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in reducing emotional and physical symptoms associated with the grieving process. Grieving can cause complex emotions, depression, and physical issues like sleep disorders and social disengagement. This review emphasizes the significance of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in assisting individuals in changing negative thought patterns, regulating emotions, and adopting healthy habits when mourning. CBT approaches including reframing and relaxation have been demonstrated to lessen melancholy, anger, and stress while also improving emotional regulation. The findings indicated that structured CBT therapies can help with bereavement management, enhance emotional and physical health, and provide direction to counselors. This study concludes that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an effective strategy for assisting those experiencing sorrow, facilitating a healthier adjustment to loss, and improving overall well-being.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerta terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Uniteknindo Inti Sarana. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 68 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 8,971 + 0,769X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,779 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,7% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,106 > 1,995). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Uniteknindo Inti Sarana. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 2,006 + 0,919X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,910 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 82,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (17,841 > 1,995). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Uniteknindo Inti Sarana. Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 1,139 + 0,133X1 + 0,809X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,914 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (164,164 > 2,742). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Uniteknindo Inti Sarana.

Abstract

Etika merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pendidikan Islam yang menjadi pedoman bagi pendidik dan peserta didik. Konsep etika pendidikan telah dibahas oleh beberapa pemikir Muslim terkemuka, termasuk Al-Farabi dan Al-Kindi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian pustaka (Library reseach) disebut penelitian pustaka. Menggunakan metode kajian pustaka yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai sumber referensi seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen lain yang terkait dengan topik yang dibahas Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Farabi menekankan pentingnya pendidikan akhlak sebagai fondasi utama dalam membentuk manusia sempurna (al-insan al-kamil). Ia menganjurkan pengajaran nilai-nilai seperti keadilan, kebijaksanaan, keberanian, dan kesederhanaan. Sementara itu, Al-Kindi menekankan pentingnya mencari ilmu pengetahuan dengan niat yang tulus dan murni untuk mencapai kebahagiaan sejati (sa’adah). Ia juga menganjurkan kebebasan berpikir dan dialog dalam proses pendidikan agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan logis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemikiran Al-Farabi dan Al-Kindi masih relevan dan dapat menjadi landasan etika dalam pendidikan Islam kontemporer dengan penekanan pada pembentukan karakter mulia, integrasi ilmu dan nilai spiritual, kebebasan berpikir, serta peran guru sebagai teladan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the content and practice of Islamic multicultural education in Tenggeles Village through a focus on peaceful co-existence among Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) members and Wahidiyah Sholawat practitioners. A descriptive qualitative approach is used here through observation, indepth interviews among religious and community officials as well as documentations of religious activities as well as social activities. The results show that peaceful co-existence is made possible even amid ritual disparities as a result of strategic positioning of religious officials as facilitators of dialogue as well as tolerance builders through their own practice. Multicultural education within the village grows organically as part of daily activity such as recitation of Qur’an, tahlil as well as khatmil Qur’an that impart values of tolerance (tasamuh) and brotherhood (ukhuwah) in young people. Social cohesion is expressed through communal activities such as fund contributions to funeral ceremonies as well as support to orphans as well as commemorative activities of national significance. Tenggeles illustrates that controversies that revolve around Wahidiyah that are waged in parts of a country do not apply universally as a result of overwhelming impact a flexible and accommodative village-based socio-cultural setting provides to outright acceptance. This work contributes to “effective passive tolerance” as a hypothetical formulation that is defined as mutual regard of difference without requiring assimilation yet building strong social cooperation. As a result, Islamic multicultural education can organically internalize itself into community activity without depending on institutional frameworks.

Abstract

Islam as an object of study and religious practice has broad dimensions, covering theological, social, and cultural aspects. The study of Islam in scientific discourse requires an interdisciplinary approach that combines various disciplines, such as religious studies, sociology, anthropology, and history, in order to understand the dynamics of Islam in the context of modern society. This study aims to explore how Islam is studied scientifically through various methodological approaches and to identify challenges and opportunities in interdisciplinary studies in the case study of the tradition of buka luwur kanjeng sunan kudus. By using qualitative methods in the form of literature reviews and critical analysis, this study found that an interdisciplinary approach allows for a more comprehensive understanding of Islam, both as a doctrine and as a socio-cultural phenomenon. The results of this study indicate that the integration of various disciplines in Islamic studies can enrich academic perspectives and provide deeper insights into the role of Islam in shaping the social and cultural life of society. Interdisciplinarity between culture and society in the case study of buka luwur kanjeng sunan kudus can improve cooperation and teach people to give alms. Meanwhile, interdisciplinary studies help us understand how religious practices can coexist with local traditions without losing their spiritual essence. Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach is a must in understanding Islam holistically and objectively in the academic realm.

Abstract

Developing affective and psychomotor values in children is highly important and should be prioritized in educational objectives. This is beneficial for shaping individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent but also possess directed skills and a positive attitude towards others, as high cognitive achievement is insufficient without accompanying skill and behavior values. The author developed an application to improve students' psychomotor and affective abilities. The waterfall method was utilized in the creation of the application. Features were designed to facilitate good communication between parents and teachers in developing children's psychomotor and affective skills. Twelve features are purposed to assist parents and teachers in supporting the optimal development of children's competencies based on parenting dimensions.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Ta’lim Qur’an Program (PTQ) in ensuring students’ Qur’anic reading literacy competence at Sunan Kudus State Islamic University. The research addresses the challenge of uneven Qur’anic reading proficiency among university students and examines how PTQ functions as an institutional quality assurance mechanism in Islamic higher education. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with program coordinators, tutors (ustaz/ustazah), and students from various faculties, as well as analysis of curriculum and program documents. The findings reveal that PTQ is implemented through a structured, tiered learning system (BTQ, Tartil, Tahfidz, and Tafsir) combined with an andragogical, problem-based approach to Qur’anic instruction. This implementation effectively improves students’ basic Qur’anic reading literacy, particularly in tahsin and tartil, while also strengthening their spiritual discipline and learning motivation. However, the program faces challenges related to limited instructional time, inconsistent student attendance, and supervision constraints. Overall, the study demonstrates that PTQ plays a significant role in ensuring minimum standards of Qur’anic reading competence and provides a practical model for strengthening Qur’anic literacy and quality assurance in Islamic higher education institutions.

Abstract

In spite of positive impact in it, authoritarian nursery is essential to be studied because of its negative effect to children This article aims to determine the cause of authoritarian parenting in early childhood in Sleman district. This research was qualitative research with a case study approach. It is a single case study with one research subject. This research is not intended to generalize, but shows the importance of phenomena encountered in other families as well. One case in Sleman district that has implemented authoritarian parenting to her children was showed by tight rules, not involvement of the children to agree with the parents and verbal abuse in harsh words and yelling’s as the punishment. The research result showed that the leading cause of Mrs R committed authoritarian parenting toward her children is caused by several reasons parenting style from the elders who are authoritarian when instilling religious education, the circumstance outside the home that caused parents to be more protective toward their children, the demands of religion-based schools make the parents more rigid to educate their children, and the influence of parents’ diversity background adhered to the particular tenet.
