Abstract

Dalam menjalaankan bisnis diperlukan strategi untuk dapat menjalankan bisnisnya dan bertahan ditengah persaingan dalam dunia bisnis. Salah satu strategi yang harus dipakai suatu perusahaan atau penjual bakso adalah strategi untuk membangun dan meningkatkan konsumen. Industri kuliner saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang cepat di Indonesia, terlihat dari intensitas promosi yang kini melibatkan media sosial, televisi, dan internet. Belakangan terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam komersialisasi informasi kuliner melalui berbagai saluran media, terutama di platform sosial, yang tidak hanya memperkenalkan keanekaragaman budaya, tetapi juga ragam masakan khas suku bangsa di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ini, industri wisata kuliner tumbuh pesat di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di antaranya adalah keberadaan bakso. Karena pada strategi ini memberikan dampak positif sebuah perusahaan, salah satu bentuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dalam bentuk penggunaan strateginya yang harus dilakukan oleh penjual bakso seperti Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Tepat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan mengenai produk, promosi, harga, dan tempat diharapkan sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dan penjual diharapkan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran sesuai ketentuan Islam. Dengan pengimplementasian secara Islam, pelanggan akan merasa nyaman dan akan loyal terhadap Depot Bakso Pak Rin. Penerapan 4P Strategi Pemasaran pada Depot Bakso Pak Rin sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan menerapkan pemasaran Islam atau Syariah Marketing Mix. Kata Kunci Bauran Pemasaran, Syariah Marketing Mix, Depot Bakso Pak Rin.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the Islamic work ethic by Muslim vendors at the Jumiang beach tourist attraction in Pamekasan Regency. This is one of the many reasons why scholars are interested in diving further into the topic of how Muslims in the tourism industry in Pamekasan Regency have incorporated the Islamic work ethic into their operations. In this research a qualitative descriptive approach was used. The research subjects were Muslim tour operators in the Jumiang Beach area. The data used in this research includes primary and secondary data, with secondary data collection carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data reduction, data visualization, and drawing conclusions are all steps in the data analysis process. The research was conducted at Jumiang Beach, Tanjung village, Pademawu district, Pamekasan district. The aim of this research is to better understand the implementation of the work ethic of Muslim traders at the Jumiang Beach tourist destination.

Abstract

Pemasaran tentunya sudah banyak dilakukan dengan menggunakan media digital. Tentu sangatlah mempermudah para UMKM jika pemasarannya menggunakan digital apalagi sekarang sudah masuk era modern yang mempermudah para konsumen menemukan produk yang diinginkan. Strategi digital marketing sangatlah dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan usahanya agar lebih baik kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder berupa jurnal, artikel, buku, media masa yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Miles dan Huberman. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melibatkan empat hal utama, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa digital marketing pada UMKM kecamatan kamal sudah menggunakan media tersebut aplikasi yang dipakai diantaranya WhatsApp, Instgram, Tik Tok,  dan Facebook. Aplikasi tersebut tentu sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan pemasaran produk hingga bukan kalangan sekitar saja yang mengenal tetapi dari berbagai daerah. Cakupan digital marketing sangat memberikan dampak positif meski tidak berjalan sesuai yang kita inginkan.

Abstract

This research aims to understand Islamic business ethics related to executing the auction price determination method by the KB Bukopin Syariah Bank of Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, explicitly focusing on describing and analyzing the process of determining auction prices. This research indicates that the stages in determining the auction price carried out by the KB Bukopin Syariah Bank of Surabaya through the State Property and Auction Services Office are based on Sharia principles. KB Bukopin Syariah Bank adheres to Sharia economic guidelines in determining prices that align with established mechanisms. KB Bukopin Syariah Bank supervises central markets, regional markets, and local markets to mitigate the possibility of price manipulation carried out by irresponsible individuals. Apart from that, KB Bukopin Syariah Bank also carries out evaluations so that customers do not experience losses related to the collateral that will be auctioned.

Abstract

In Islam, all aspects of life such as worship, culture, politics and economics have been regulated in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Including consuming food and drinks in Islam, halala is very important to pay attention to. Halal certification is the process of ensuring that products or services comply with Islamic halal standards. In Indonesia, the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Research Institute of the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI) is responsible for halal certification. However, there are still many MSME business actors who have not carried out halal certification for their products, bearing in mind that by October 17 2024, all products circulating in Indonesia must be halal certified. The aim of this research is to determine the understanding and knowledge of MSME business actors in Modung District, Bangkalan Regency. related to halal literacy. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach, which involves interviews with informants as primary and secondary data sources. The results of the discussion show that halal literacy in Modung District, Bangkalan Regency, is still very low. MSME business actors in Modung District, Bangkalan Regency have limited understanding of halal literacy. Factors such as lack of education, lack of information, and low awareness of the importance of halal certification are the causes of low halal literacy among business actors.

Abstract

The number of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency itself has increased from 2015-2020, in 2020 the number of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency reached 9,441 MSMEs. The percentage of fostered MSMEs shows a fluctuating number from 2015-2020, in 2020 the percentage of fostered MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency reached 62.67%. The percentage of MSMEs that received capital assistance in Pamekasan Regency has increased from 2015-2020, in 2020 the percentage of MSMEs that received capital assistance in Pamekasan Regency reached 88%.To increase economic empowerment, the Abdimas team in collaboration with the Halal Center of Trunojoyo Madura University and students will hold training activities and assistance in registering halal certificates to support the marketability and commerciality of products produced by micro and small entrepreneurs in Tanjung Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The focus of this activity aims to: (1) Human resource development (2). Increase awareness of halal products and halal certification (3). Introducing digitalization of procedures and procedures for applying for a halal certificate to BPJP through SiHalal (4). Assisting in applying for halal certification to Bpjph (5) Verification and validation through the SiHalal system. Abdimas targets are micro and small businesses in the scope of food and beverages in Tanjung Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. Activities are divided into 3 (three) stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the potential and challenges of Lombang beach Sumenep Regency to become a halal tourist destination. Halal tourism is tourism in which natural, cultural, or artificial origin is framed by Islamic values where activities are supported by various facilities and services (hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, spas) provided by the community, entrepreneurs, government, and local governments that meet sharia / Islamic provisions. In this research, researchers will conduct a research as a step to find out the potential and challenges related to the availability of infrastructure, community acceptance, and social facts of Lombang beach to become a halal tourist destination. Then the researcher will describe the indicators of halal tourism, then mapping Attractions, amenities, accessibility, ancillary. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach with case study method. Technically, researchers will map informants consisting of the Sumenep Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office, tourist attraction managers, tourists, and communities around Lombang beach. Basically, the results showed that the Lombang beach of Sumenep Regency deserves to be a halal tourist destination by looking at the existing tourism potential. In addition, there must be a synergy between the Sumenep Regency local government, tourism managers, and local communities around the Lombang beach to unite perceptions in supporting halal tourist destinations. Abstract

This study aims to identify the application of the system in the KOIN NU work programme which is channeled through the permanent compensation work programme (SANTAP) at the NU-CARE LAZISNU institution in Kamal Bangkalan District. This research is a qualitative study that focuses on direct human behaviour, with a field research method that requires researchers to go directly to the research location to collect the required data. The results of this study reveal that NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district has successfully implemented the KOIN NU work programme through Fundraising activities. The Fundraising process involves steps such as mapping the placement of KOIN NU cans, determining KOIN officers, and implementing the SANTAP work programme as part of the administration of donated funds. Supporting factors for the success of the KOIN NU movement include systematic data collection of donors, active participation of the community who are very loyal in giving, and high enthusiasm reflected in most of the community. However, the research also identified several obstacles faced by NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan District, especially in the aspect of human resources. Many administrators and officers are not fully loyal in carrying out their duties, and the placement of KOIN NU cans has not been evenly distributed throughout the community of Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district. Abstract

Islamic business ethics is a standard of business ethics derived from the Quran and Hadith that must be followed by all business people. Doing business is not only aimed at seeking profit, but doing business must be based on ethics. As one of the places where business activities take place, Rojokoyo Animal Market is a cattle market center that is quite famous in the Kediri Regency area. This is because the number of traders is relatively large. Thus giving rise to several behaviors of cattle traders who are prone to cheating in trading. Thus, this study aims to determine the implementation of cattle trader behavior in buying and selling at Rojokoyo Market Kediri based on the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study type of research. By using primary data and secondary data obtained by researchers from observations, interviews and documentation to several parties involved, as well as some literature in accordance with the research theme. While the results of this study show that all cattle traders in Rojokoyo Market have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

Halal certification is an important part of creating an ecosystem for the halal product industry. The existence of halal certification will be an indicator of guaranteeing the availability of halal products for the community, as in Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantees. Therefore, product design for the implementation of halal product policies is an important part of building a halal product ecosystem, especially given the readiness of business actors. If the readiness of business actors, whose number is dominant in this case, is MSEs, then the process of implementing halal certification can be properly mapped and will become an important part of local design to create a halal product ecosystem to guarantee halal products. This research uses a qualitative method for explore readiness aspect for MSE’s in Pamekasan and Sampang districts, which are regencies in Madura, with Islamic nuances in everyday life. Some MSEs are ready to face the halal certification policy on the basis of business development and sustainability aspects.
