Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain Personal Selling strategies for funding products at PT. BPR Syari'ah Sarana Prima Mandiri KCP Bangkalan in an effort to increase the number of customers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis process uses data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that PT. BPR Syari'ah Sarana Prima Mandiri KCP Bangkalan has carried out all stages of personal selling starting from Prospecting, Pre-approach, Presentation and Demonstration, Overcoming, Objection, Closing to Follow Up. The strategies implemented in an effort to increase the number of customers as follows: 1) Implementing a Savings Festival, 2) Implementing a personal selling strategy system 3) Taking advantage of opportunities, 4) Good service, attractive facilities and easy transactions, 5) Quick response to customer complaints. The conclusion is that efforts to increase the number of customers can be done using a personal selling strategy. This strategy includes comprehensive product marketing, with a focus on personal relationships, comfort, and consistent follow-up. Implementing this strategy will have a positive impact on the financial sustainability of PT. BPR Syari'ah Sarana Prima Mandiri KCP Bangkalan.

Abstract

Purpose – The study aims to that public policy in implementing the halal certification process massively in recently years. This study has the scope of roles as well as challenges of halal certification by local governments which have an important role in accelerating halal certification. Thus, the government can map priorities of challenges in order to alleviate various problems in the implementation of halal certification evenly in all business sectors.Methodology - The study was conducted qualitatively with descriptive analysis in several sectors of government service institutions in accordance with the main tasks of functions in Micro Small Enterprises, especially in the leading sector for food and beverages. Findings - Some of the challenges faced by local governments, especially in Micro, Small Food and Beverage Enterprises, include; availability of data on business actors, literacy of micro business actors, government socialization programs, synchronization of regulations and programs to local governments, regional budget limitations, collaboration with related parties.

Abstract

This study discusses how the management of RPH in Pamekasan City is based on the decision of the Head of BPJPH Agency Number 77 of 2023. This is one of the reasons researchers are interested in researching more deeply into the management of RPH based on the Decree of the Head of BPJPH concerning Halal Slaughter Certification Standards. This research method uses qualitative with the research subject being the Pamekasan City RPH. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. This research is located at the Pamekasan City RPH. The results of this study state that the Management of RPH has implemented the Decree of the Head of BPJPH Agency Number 77 of 2023 which explains the implementation of a halal product guarantee system in the slaughter of ruminant animals and poultry, starting from location provisions, slaughter tools, pre-slaughter, slaughter process, to distribution of slaughter results. However, there are several indicators that have not been implemented such as stunning, NKV, and locations that are still not feasible.

Abstract

Statistical data records that the Muslim population in Indonesia in 2023 will be 240.62 million people or the equivalent of 86.7 percent of the total population, 277.53 million people. This research aims to analyze stakeholders' literacy understanding and halal awareness around Trunojoyo Madura University. Halal literacy is a person's understanding of implementing halal principles in business activities, while halal awareness is a form of awareness of consumption activities regarding halal food, drinks and products. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive case study method. Data collection was carried out by a literature study. The analysis found that stakeholders still have low literacy and halal awareness, especially business actors and consumers. The role of the halal center and the halal inspection agency at Trunojoyo Madura University and the local government through the halal task force is expected to be able to increase halal literacy and awareness among stakeholders, especially around the Trunojoyo Madura University campus.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi syariah sejalan dengan peningkatan permintaan terhadap produk halal diseluruh dunia. Dari 277,43 juta penduduk Indonesia, 240,62 juta adalah muslim. Sangat penting bagi pelangan muslim untuk memiliki sertifikasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman, mixue mengalami permasalahan setelah munculnya isu bahwasanya mixue tidak memiliki sertifikasi halal. Dengan adanya hal tersebut menimbulkan keraguan dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis halal awareness dan halal certification terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa fakultas keislaman UTM produk mixue secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada populasi mahasiswa fakultas keislaman UTM, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner skala likert dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sample acak berstrata (stratifed random sampling). Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 21. Diperoleh hasil penelitian dengan menganalisis data uji t yang telah dilaksanakan dan diketahui, membuktikan bahwa hasil nilai Ttabel (1,523 > 1,97838) dan angka signifikansinya (0,000 < 0,05) menunjukan bahwa kesadaran halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan nilai Ttabel (3,623 > 1,97838) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) menunjukan bahwa sertifikasi halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mixue. Selainitu, nilai Fhitung > F tabel sebesar (23,475 > 3,07), dengan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,05 yakni (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan ini bahwa mengidentifikasikan bahwa dengan mengintregasi kedua variabel diantarannya halal awareness dan halal certification terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mixue meningkat atau berpengaruh positif. Dengan demikian pentingnya kesadaran halal dan memperhatikan halal certification yang didapat melalui proses dari MUI membuat konsumen semakin percaya terhadap kehalalan produk mixue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana penyembelihan hewan pada juru sembelih halal yang berlokasi di RPH Kota Pamekasan. Masyarakat Indonesia khususnya Kota Pamekasan yang mayoritas beragama Islam dan banyak juga yang menjadi konsumen di RPH Kota Pamekasan maka haruslah mendapat daging dengan kualitas yang halal, serta sesuai dengan standart sertifikasi penyembelihan. Hal ini menjadi salah satu alasan peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti lebih mendalam mengenai juru sembelih halal yang berdasarkan Fatwa MUI nomor 12 tahun 2009 tentang Standar Sertifikasi Penyembelihan Halal. Terdapat beberapa ketentuan bagi penyembelih hewan yang harus dipenuhi, ketentuan hewan yang harus disembelih, ketentuan alat yang digunakan saat menyembelih, ketentuan proses menyembelih, dan tata cara untuk menyembelih hewan sebagaimana yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Fatwa MUI no 12 tahun 2009. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah juru sembelih yang ada di RPH Kota Pamekasan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, serta dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses penyembelihan hewan pada juru sembelih halal di RPH Kota Pamekasan ditinjau dari Fatwa MUI nomor 12 tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyembelihan hewan pada juru sembelih halal RPH Kota Pamekasan telah melaksanakan semua indikator yang sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang ada didalam Fatwa MUI Nomor 12 Tahun 2009. Namun, terdapat satu hal yang belum terlaksana yaitu penyembelihan dengan metode stunning. Sehingga juru sembelih halal RPH Kota Pamekasan berhadap bahwa tahun ke depannya RPH dapat mempunyai alat penyembelihan yang lengkap dan modern agar bisa melakukan penyembelihan dengan metode stunning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential and problems of the Mandangin Islands as a Tourism Village in Supporting the Dewi Cemara Program (Tourism Village whose Communities are Intelligent, Independent and Prosperous). The purpose of this program is to encourage rural-based economic growth centers, where activities are supported by the motivation and enthusiasm of the community and various facilities, the existence of objects and attractions, having physical access and market access, having the potential for partnerships, and the availability of public facilities. Researchers will conduct a research as a step to find out the potential and problems on Mandangin Island in supporting the Dewi Cemara Program, by determining Mandangin Village as the object of research. The approach used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, additional data collection is carried out by studying literature from various sources, both printed and statistical databases, with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory of identification of potentials and problems to dissect the supporting instruments of the Dewi Cemara Program on Mandangin Island. Technically, the researcher will mapping the informants consist of Head of DISPORABUDPAR Sampang, Head of POKDARWIS Sampang, Head of Mandangin Village, Tourists and the local community at Mandangin. In this case the researcher wants to absorb their aspirations. The mandatory achievement target in this research is one article published in a national scientific journal accredited at least SINTA 4.

Abstract

The need for halal products is very urgent at the moment, especially regarding Muslim consumers in Indonesia. In an effort to improve the Islamic boarding school economy, the government launched the "One Islamic Boarding School, One Product" (OPOP) program, to support halal products. Al-Falah Bangkalan Islamic Boarding School is working on the Islamic boarding school business, by producing Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) under the Kepank brand. Even though water in fiqh is considered holy and halal, even though it has undergone a filtering process, it requires a halal test to make it safe for consumption, especially for Muslim consumers. This writing examines the implementation of the Halal Guarantee System (SJH) in Kepank AMDK products produced by the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan. According to incidents in the field, Islamic boarding schools do not pay attention to halal quality guarantees in accordance with HAS 23000. AMDK producers are starting to realize this need and are trying to implement SJH in every production.  This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are taken from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this writing show that the HAS that has been determined in HAS 23000; includes halal management, employee training, as well as halal processing and storage procedures that Kepank AMDK has met standardization, sterilization and components in HAS 23000 as a whole in the SJH process, Kepank AMDK is assisted in the certification process by the halal center of Madura Trunojoyo University and has received halal certification from BPJPH in 2024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam pedagang muslim pada destinasi wisata Pantai Lombang di Kabupaten Sumenep. Hal ini menjadi salah satu alasan peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti lebih mendalam mengenai penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam pedagang muslim pada destinasi wisata Pantai Lombang di Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adaldah pelaku usaha pedagang muslim destinasi wisata pantai Lombang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, lalu untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Pantai Lombang di Desa Lombang, Kecamatan Batang-Batang, Kabupaten Sumenep. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui etika bisnis Islam pedagang muslim pada destinasi wisata pantai Lombang.

Abstract

MSMEs in Poreh Village, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency face challenges in fulfilling business legality and market access, especially related to the lack of understanding of halal certification procedures and low digital literacy in marketing. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of MSME actors through assistance in the halal certification process and digital marketing strategy training. The methods used include socialization of halal regulations, technical training in managing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and the SiHalal application, and introducing digital platforms for product promotion. The participatory approach involved MBKM students and the Halal Center of Trunojoyo University, Madura. The activity significantly increases business actors’ understanding of halal certification procedures. Two MSME actors succeeded in obtaining halal certificates through the self-declare scheme after following all stages. In addition, business actors began implementing digital marketing strategies by creating business social media accounts, uploading product content, and reaching consumers outside the village area. Reflections from the activity showed that the combination of practical training and intensive mentoring effectively increased the awareness, skills, and motivation of MSME actors in increasing product competitiveness. Major obstacles, such as low digital literacy and the absence of business legality, were successfully overcome through direct assistance and technical simulations. This activity proves that integrating halal certification and digital marketing is a relevant, applicable, and sustainable empowerment strategy in developing village MSMEs
