Abstract

This study focuses on using the Neural Prophet framework to forecast Bitcoin prices accurately. By analyzing historical Bitcoin price data, the study aims to capture patterns and dependencies to provide valuable insights and predictive models for investors, traders, and analysts in the volatile cryptocurrency market. The Neural Prophet framework, based on neural network principles, incorporates features such as automatic differencing, trend, seasonality considerations, and external variables to enhance forecasting accuracy. The model was trained and evaluated using performance metrics such as RMSE, MAE, and MAPE. The results demonstrate the model's effectiveness in capturing trends and predicting Bitcoin prices while acknowledging the challenges posed by the inherent volatility of the cryptocurrency market.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategy for leveraging the tourism potential of Aceh Province, Indonesia, with the aim of developing the region into a thriving tourist destination. The respondents who participated in the survey included 200 foreign tourists and 100 domestic tourists. The data was tested and verified using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The primary data collected in the field indicates that, on the whole, the variables related to the research are still above the average. The results also reveal that the marketing strategy does not significantly impact the attractiveness of tourism in Aceh Province. However, when examining individual constructs within the marketing strategy model, it becomes evident that some of them positively and significantly contribute to the formation of certain dimensions of the marketing strategy, even though they may not have a statistically significant effect on tourism attractiveness. Furthermore, tourism attraction has been found to have a positive and significant impact on the excellence of tourism in Aceh Province. Tourists perceive all the tourist destinations within Aceh Province as highly superior and competitive when compared to destinations in other regions. As a result, the excellence of tourism, as highlighted in this study, is a direct outcome of tourism attractiveness, which encompasses main attractions (uniqueness), natural landscapes, cultural attractions, and traditional handicrafts.

Abstract

Repurchase intentions are crucial for users of goods delivery services, as they directly influence customer trust and brand loyalty. Regarding this importance, this study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price suitability, and online service facilities on repurchase intentions, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for goods delivery service users in Aceh Province, Indonesia. Utilizing a sample of 220 people, the results of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method demonstrate that service quality, price suitability, and online service facilities significantly and positively influence repurchase intentions. Moreover, customer satisfaction is found to mediate the influence of service quality, price suitability, and online service facilities on repurchase intentions for goods delivery service users. This implies that companies should focus on improving these aspects of their services to encourage repeat business. Establishing a strong base of loyal customers through effective repurchase strategies can lead to long-term growth and sustainability for goods delivery service providers.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of digital marketing, service quality, and product excellence on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Focusing on Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) in Aceh Province, Indonesia, this research uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and reveals that both service quality and digital marketing significantly enhance customer satisfaction at BAS, while product excellence does not exhibit a similar influence. Further analysis demonstrates that customer satisfaction positively impacts customer loyalty. Interestingly, digital marketing, service quality, and product excellence do not directly affect customer loyalty; however, customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. These findings underscore the critical importance of digital marketing and service quality in fostering customer satisfaction and promoting customer loyalty. For banks aiming to enhance loyalty, the study highlights the necessity of robust digital marketing strategies and superior service quality. While product excellence is important for meeting customer needs, it appears less significant in driving satisfaction and loyalty compared to service quality and digital marketing. By prioritizing these areas, BAS can achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction, leading to sustained customer loyalty.

The problem of Ta'arud (outwardly the text of one verse of the Qur'an seems very contrary to the text of the other verse) many mufassir who criticize the synonymity of words in the Qur'an because this synonymity comes not only from the perspective of language but also theology. One of the alleged words is taraduf (containing) synonymity in the Qur'an about the word Nazara. which makes the author interested in this discussion to find out the basic meaning and relational meaning of the word Nazara and the antonymity of the word The word Nazara means to see / pay attention and there are several words that almost have meanings related to each other with the word nazara namely Ra'a and basara also have the meaning of seeing. However, there are some differences in the meaning, namely Naẓara means seeing with the eyes of the head or with the eyes of the heart, namely thinking. There is also a definition as lafaz Naẓara which is seeing or paying attention to an object repeatedly. Baṣara is defined as seeing the ins and outs of objects in a more specific sensory way. And this lafaz is also often mentioned to interpret the sense of sight. And Ra'a is meant to see an object where the object has been known before the process of seeing and lafadz Ra'a also has the meaning of arguing on something. This research uses the library review method with references to journals and theses in previous research.

Abstract

Medical personnel is a profession with a high workload. High work demands can lead to a decline in physical and emotional health. An in-depth understanding of the impact of workload on health, especially mental health, is crucial to implementing measures for their well-being. This literature review aims to gather and compare available information to produce an apparent picture of the mental health of medical personnel and influencing factors. A comprehensive search was conducted utilizing a variety of electronic databases, including Scopus, Science Direct, Springer Link, ProQuest, EBSCO, MED-LINE, and Google Scholar. The literature search focused on papers assessed with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA) methodology. We identified 16 studies that reported the criteria for in-depth analysis. The study concluded that overburdened medical personnel are prone to burnout, which in turn has the potential to lead to mental health problems. Common disorders are burnout, depression, anxiety, and abnormal stress. Further research sourced from internal individuals needs to be done so that it is expected to be more robust and consistent, considering that medical personnel are very likely to work in more than one institution during the process.

Abstract

There are three stages in epidemic psychology, they are fear and panic, moralization, and action to be taken (Strong, 1990), those stages are often reflected in the discourse when communicating and reporting a pandemic. When Covid-19 started to spread at the early stage, all countries including online media channels describe the effort in handling the epidemic as if the Covid-19 is a war and an enemy to fight. But over time, there is a shift on how the Covid-19 is metaphorically described, especially when there is no significant decrease of the infected patients. Instead of describing it as an enemy, there is a tendency to view the Covid-19 as someone or something to live with. This study aims to examine the use of metaphor in describing Covid-19 as an enemy to fight and the Covid-19 as someone or something to accept and to live with. The war metaphor shows an optimism in reducing and controlling the disease, whereas the metaphor of someone or something to live with shows the tendency of pessimism in dealing with the Covid-19 spread and is frequently used at the later months. Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT) will be used as the theoretical background as it provides the framework to analyze metaphorical mapping. The study is qualitative and data will be taken from Indonesian online media news headlines that discuss the Covid-19 pandemic. The result shows that despite the pessimism entailments, the metaphor of FRIEND(SHIP) is far better in giving a positive image-schema particularly to ask people to live a new normal life with new healthy habits, whereas WAR metaphor will take people away from understanding the health issue. This study shall be an opening to further linguistics studies of Covid-19 discourse particularly in Indonesian context to contribute to the current issue worldwide.
