Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan  penyusunan dan penerapan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila bagi guru-guru SD di Kota Prabumulih ini ber­tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang penyusunan dan penerapan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Selain itu juga dilakukan untuk memotivasi guru-guru SD agar dapat menyusun projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila untuk menguatkan dan mengembangkan nilai karakter siswa. Metode dan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pembinaan dan pelatihan, dengan Teknik ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, dan penugasan. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 23 guru SD yang berasal dari Kota Prabumulih. Guru-guru tersebut diberikan pretes dan postes serta penugasan modul projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Berdasarkan hasil pretes dan postes, dapat dinyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan nilai rata-rata postes yang lebih besar dari pada pretes. Nilai rata-rata pretes sebesar 68,43 dan nilai rata-rata postes sebesar 78,48 nilai-nilai tersebut menunjukan peningkatan.

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health concern despite a decline in prevalence from 24.4% (2021) to 21.6% (2022), as reported by the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI). One strategy to address stunting is preventing anemia in adolescents. This study examines the effectiveness of a sweet potato leaf-based functional drink in preventing anemia among adolescents in the Nusaherang Health Center, Kuningan Regency, where sweet potato cultivation is abundant. A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control design was used, with stratified random sampling to select adolescents aged 10–19 years who met inclusion criteria. Hb levels were measured before and after the intervention. Results showed a median Hb level increase from 11 to 12, with a p-value 0.001, indicating a statistically significant improvement. These findings suggest that sweet potato leaf-based functional drinks are effective in preventing anemia, offering a cost-efficient and accessible intervention for adolescent health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV pada pendidikan pancasila melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media konkret. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes.[1] PTK dilakukan dalam 2 siklus pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar naik pada siklus I sebesar 57% [2] menjadi 87% setelah siklus II. Selain itu hasil belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yakni 79,833 siklus II menjadi 83,66 sehingga studi penelitian ini mendaptkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD melalui Model PBL berbantuan media konkret pada pada pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes in mathematics in whole numbers in class VI at SDN 013 Sukamaju can be seen from the 32 students, 18 students scored below the KKM or incomplete category, and 14 students scored above the KKM or completed category. Apart from that, student activity is still relatively low. The aim of this research is that using the Numbered Heads Together Structure model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, the main material of integers for class VI SDN 013 Sukamaju, 2022/2023. This research uses 2 cycles of classroom action research, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The target of this research was class VI students at SDN 013 Sukamaju. The data collection techniques used in this research are observations filled in by supervisors and student evaluations given at the end of the learning process. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that in cycle 1 learning activities the students who achieved the KKM score were 14 students or 44% of the 32 students. In learning cycle 2, 27 students scored KKM or 85% of the 32 students. From these data it can be concluded that the Numbered Heads Together Structure learning model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects covering integers in class VI SDN 013 Sukamaju in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V di SDN 04 Palembang. Rendahnya pencapaian ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan serta kurang efektifnya pemilihan pendekatan, media, dan metode oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pendekatan TPACK terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V di SDN 04 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) . Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa kelas V SDN 04 Palembang sebanyak 32 siswa. Teknik analisis data dikumpulkan melalui pre-tes dan post-test yang dilakukan setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pada tabel siklus 1 diperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,5 dan siklus 2 diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,5. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan Pendekatan TPACK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V SD Negeri 04 Palembang.

Abstract

The nursing code of ethics played a crucial role in ensuring that pediatric nursing care adhered to professional, ethical, and legal standards. However, its implementation faced various challenges. This study analyzed the application of the code of ethics in pediatric nursing care based on Law No. 17 of 2023 and the factors influencing its implementation. This research employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with nurses in the pediatric care unit at RSU Muhammadiyah Babat Lamongan, as well as an analysis of the nursing code of ethics and legal regulations. The findings reveal that nurses' understanding of the code of ethics varies, influenced by work experience and training. Five main themes emerged: the relationship between nurses and clients, nursing practice, society, colleagues, and the profession. The alignment of the code of ethics with Law No. 17 of 2023 is evident in several articles, including Articles 44-49, 23(2), 177(1), and 291(1). The primary challenges included ethical conflicts in decision-making, communication with patients' families, and limited resources. Continuous training and clearer hospital policies were necessary to enhance compliance with the code of ethics.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of ESD-oriented Google Sites learning media to improve critical thinking skills of grade IV students of SDN 05 Indralaya. The type of research used in this study is development with the ADDIE model. The subjects used in this study were class IV A of SDN 05 Indralaya. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, tests, observations and documentation. The results of the validation of material experts obtained a percentage of 98.21% with a very feasible category. The validation of media experts obtained a percentage of 90.38% with a very feasible category. The validation of practitioner experts obtained a percentage of 99.07% with a very feasible category. The results of student responses at the individual stage obtained a percentage of 96.53% with a very practical category and at the small group stage obtained a percentage of 97.22% with a very practical category. The N-Gain score obtained was 0.855 with a very high category, thus it can be concluded that the resulting product is feasible to use in learning activities.

Abstract

Introduction: Students have many tasks, especially in nursing students but not a few students who often delay doing tasks. This is called the habit of academic procrastination. An important factor or triggers the habit of academic procrastination, one of which is time management. This research aims to analyze the relationship of time management with academic procrastination habits in nursing students. Method: This study uses analytic correlation design. The sample was taken with a simple random sampling technique that is as many as 110 respondents. Data collected from respondents using questionnaire sheets, then tested using spearman rho test. Results: The results showed that 77 students (70%) had adequate time management. Student prokrastization is in the moderate range, which is 72 students (65.5%). Spearman Rho test obtained a value of P = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between time management and the academic procrastination habits of nursing students. Conclusions: A good timing management such as preparing to make a list of everything that will be done which is arranged according to their level of importance, arrange activities to be carried out so that they are self-disciplined, determine task priorities according to their vital level of importance, arrange what is being done today and tomorrow will have an impact on the low habit of academic procrastination. Student can practice to do time management well, so that students can achieve good academic goals with many extracurricular activities

Abstract

Nurses work conflict due to lack of balance between work and personal life in health services. Nurses, as the largest health workforce, should have a high work-life balance so they can provide quality service to patients. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between work conflict and nurses' work life balance. This research design uses a cross-sectional approach. The population was 107 nurses and selected using cluster random sampling so that there were 81 nurses. Research data was taken using a questionnaire instrument. Research shows that almost all (97.5%) nurses experience high work conflict, and almost all (67.9%) experience low work-life balance. Based on the results of the analysis using the Spearman Rho test, the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) and value = -0.618, meaning that H1 is accepted so that there is a relationship between work conflict and work life balance among nurses. Organizational support and the role of superiors play an important role in reducing work conflict and increasing work life balance with minimal conflict occurring in the workplace.

Abstract

The transformation of learning in the digital era requires the development of innovative, interactive, and contextual media to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the need for developing interactive multimedia based on Canva as an adaptive learning solution tailored to the characteristics of 21st-century students, particularly for the Earth's Layer Structure curriculum in eighth grade. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis from teachers and students at SMP Negeri 4 Lalan, located in Desa Bumi Agung P18, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin. The pilot class in this study was class VIII 2, consisting of 20 students. The results of the study indicate a significant need for learning media that can integrate visual elements, animations, and interactivity that are easily accessible and aligned with students' digital preferences. Most teachers face limitations in utilizing conventional media to explain abstract geoscience concepts. These findings serve as the foundation for the development of an interactive multimedia prototype based on Canva, which is expected to enhance students' learning motivation, conceptual understanding, and academic performance. This study provides an initial contribution to the design of responsive and needs-based educational media in the secondary education setting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva sebagai solusi pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap karakteristik peserta didik abad ke-21, khususnya pada materi Struktur Lapisan Bumi kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dari guru dan siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Lalan yang beralamat di Desa Bumi Agung P18 Kec. Lalan Musi Banyuasin.  Kelas uji coba dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VIII 2 yang berjumlah 20 orang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan signifikan terhadap media pembelajaran yang mampu mengintegrasikan elemen visual, animasi, dan interaktivitas yang mudah diakses serta sesuai dengan preferensi digital siswa. Sebagian besar guru mengalami keterbatasan dalam memanfaatkan media konvensional untuk menjelaskan konsep geosains yang abstrak. Temuan ini menjadi landasan pengembangan prototipe multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman konseptual, serta hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi awal terhadap desain media pembelajaran yang responsif dan berbasis kebutuhan aktual di lingkungan pendidikan menengah.
