Background: Pemphigus Vulgaris is an autoimmune disease attacking the skin and mucous membranes. This disease is considered a rare disease. Epidemiological data for Pemphigus Vulgaris in Indonesia remains limited, correspondingly, nursing management in this disease. This study aims to describe nursing management in patients with Pemphigus Vulgaris.Case presentation: a case of Pemphigus Vulgaris in a 28-year-old male was reported, with complaints of blisters all over his body appearing since 2019 and have not been completely recovered at the Banyumas General Hospital, Central Java, Indonesia. Conclusion: A combination of wound care, nutrition, vitamins, and pharmacology can accelerate the recovery of patients with Pemphigus Vulgaris

The current technological advancement follows a pattern of both disruptive and gradual changes. The field of communication is currently the most extensively utilized technology. The rapid development of AI has enabled those without a background in computer coding or specialized health knowledge to utilize this technology, which gives rise to numerous issues. This phenomenon elicits curiosity and engenders debate among the general public, scholars, healthcare providers, and researchers in the health industry. Utilizing AI in the composition of scientific publications necessitates explicit norms and regulations, a robust validation procedure, and effective collaboration between AI systems and human expertise. Ensuring transparency and acknowledgment of AI usage is crucial to maintaining human researchers' accountability for the ultimate outcomes of their research.

Background: The incidence of scratched by ampoule fragments while preparing medicine could harm the nurse. It needs specific tools and techniques that are effective to minimize scratches when opening an ampoule.Technique: We compared a manual ampoule opening technique and another using a unique tool, the "ampoule opener" developed by research. The trial was carried out on 100 nurses in the health science faculty laboratory of the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto and at the Ajibarang Hospital. The safety and convenience variables were assessed to determine the effectiveness of the two techniques. The results showed that using the ampoule opener was proven to be more comfortable and safer from several techniques tested. Conclusion: The technique of opening the ampoule using the ampoule opener proved to be more comfortable and safer for a nurse.

Background: Currently, the splint used in the hospital is not yet practical; it still requires a long installation time and causes the child to experience anxiety when the infusion is installed. Thus, a limb splinting innovation is needed to ease nurses' inserting the needle infusion and reduce young patients' anxiety.Technic: This splint uses a wood material covered with foam, wrapped in a cotton fabric having cartoon printing, and it has an adhesive cloth at its bottom. It has a hole at the top to monitor the needle that goes into the vein. Conclusion: This innovative splint is proven to be easier to use to fix the infusions in children. It is safer and more comfortable. It indeed can reduce anxiety symptoms in children during the infusion.
