Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis mengenai dua paradigma utama dalam Machine Learning yaitu Supervised Learning dan Unsupervised Learning, dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang perbedaan, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA untuk menganalisis studi-studi relevan yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Dari total 540 artikel yang diperoleh, 10 artikel dipilih untuk ditelaah lebih lanjut, terdiri dari lima mengenai Supervised Learning dan lima mengenai Unsupervised Learning. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Supervised Learning menggunakan data berlabel Systematic untuk prediksi dan klasifikasi dengan algoritma seperti K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, dan Support Vector Machine (SVM), yang umumnya menghasilkan akurasi tinggi. Di sisi lain, Unsupervised Learning yang tidak membutuhkan data berlabel, fokus pada eksplorasi data dan pengelompokan menggunakan algoritma seperti K-Means, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), dan Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM), menawarkan fleksibilitas yang lebih besar meski dengan akurasi yang biasanya lebih rendah. Kedua pendekatan ini memiliki kelebihan dan keterbatasan masing-masing, dan pemilihan metode yang tepat harus mempertimbangkan tujuan aplikasi, ketersediaan data, dan karakteristik data.

Abstract

The application of deep learning technology has increased rapidly in recent years. Technologies in deep learning increasingly emulate natural human abilities, such as knowledge learning, problem-solving, and decision-making. In general, deep learning can carry out self-training without repetitive programming by humans. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are deep learning algorithms commonly used in wide applications. CNN is often used for image classification, segmentation, object detection, video processing, natural language processing, and speech recognition. CNN has four layers: convolution layer, pooling layer, fully connected layer, and non-linear layer. The convolutional layer uses kernel filters to calculate the convolution of the input image by extracting the fundamental features. The pooling layer combines two successive convolutional layers. The third layer is the fully connected layer, commonly called the convolutional output layer. The activation function defines the output of a neural network, such as 'yes' or 'no'. The most common and popular CNN activation functions are Sigmoid, Tanh, ReLU, Leaky ReLU, Noisy ReLU, and Parametric Linear Units. The organization and function of the visual cortex greatly influence CNN architecture because it is designed to resemble the neuronal connections in the human brain. Some of the popular CNN architectures are LeNet, AlexNet and VGGNet.

Abstract

The agricultural technology transfer and mentoring program in Pangelak Village, South Kalimantan, aims to improve the efficiency and productivity of paddy rice cultivation through the application of appropriate technology and environmentally friendly cultivation practices. This activity involved 4 active IPB students, 1 person as project manager, 1 person as supervisor, and 4 IPB lecturers. The mentoring implementation method consists of preparation, program implementation, and evaluation. The program implementation stage begins with preparation, which includes field surveys and FGDs to understand the needs and conditions of the community. The next stage is assistance and technology transfer, which includes assistance in paddy rice cultivation, bioimmunization of seeds, and making organic plant ingredients as alternative fertilizers. The evaluation stage includes conducting interviews and discussions with farmers after the mentoring and technology transfer activities. The creation of IPB 3S demonstration plots was carried out in the context of innovation adoption through training and direct practice to farmers on more efficient cultivation techniques and the use of organic fertilizers. The mentoring program can increase knowledge and skills on effective and efficient cultivation techniques to farmers, introduce the latest technologies and innovations in rice cultivation, increase the productivity of paddy rice and the welfare of farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 dapat digunakan untuk melindungi data. Keamanan data menjadi semakin penting untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan dan pencurian data, terutama dalam komunikasi digital dan penyimpanan data sensitif, berkat kemajuan teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian literatur dengan mengacu pada berbagai literatur dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma enkripsi simetris AES-256 dapat dengan efektif mendekripsi dan mengenkripsi data sambil memastikan kerahasiaan, integritas, dan keaslian data. Selain itu, studi kasus dilakukan pada aplikasi WhatsApp yang menggunakan enkripsi end-to-end untuk menunjukkan bagaimana AES-256 melindungi komunikasi pengguna.

Abstract

Cloud computing has changed the paradigm of IT infrastructure by providing access to computing resources over the Internet, enabling organizations to manage their applications and data without having to manage the physical infrastructure. AWS (Amazon Web Services) is the leading choice in providing reliable and innovative cloud solutions, supporting a wide range of industries with scalable and secure services. However, in Indonesia, AWS implementation is still limited. The study investigates the use of AWS Skill Builder to implement NoSQL databases on AWS, highlighting the key role of case-based training and projects in accelerating the understanding and application of this technology. Through a systematic literature review approach, the study provides in-depth insight into how AWSSkill Builders can enhance user technical skills in managing and implementing NoSQL data bases effectively in an AWS environment.

Abstract

Green spaces will only be adequately maintained with the active support of residents. Eco-literacy in the Z generation is essential in encouraging the behavior of those who care about the environment. The research was conducted using quantitative methods by sending questionnaires to Z-generation respondents. The questionnaire uses Likert scale including indicators scientific integration, program sustainability, internet literacy, the importance of waste management, concerns about waste, and volunteers. The majority of Z generation agrees that scientific integration educates them about environmental challenges and waste management. Concerning programmed sustainability, they are neutral about waste management programmed in schools. They appreciate environmental issues and try to educate the people using the internet. They feel good waste management will affect the environment, agree that Z generation is concerned about waste, and volunteer extensively for the environment.

Abstract

Water pollution exacerbates global water crises by reducing freshwater availability and quality. Agricultural wastewater, containing pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and organic matter, can contaminate water bodies if untreated. This study optimizes electrocoagulation (EC) parameters—voltage, time, and calcium concentration—to maximize nitrogen compound removal using response surface methodology (RSM). Results show a nitrate reduction of 88.37% (2.960 mg/L) at 45 V, 15 minutes, and 7 mg/L calcium, while ammonia was reduced by 99.37% (0.016 mg/L) at 30 V, 1.5 minutes, and 4.5 mg/L calcium. Calcium enhances coagulation by forming calcium hydroxide. The optimal conditions for nitrate and ammonia removal (3.709 mg/L and 1.338 mg/L) were 45 V, 15 minutes, and 5.09 mg/L calcium. EC also removed 96.73% of iron, with magnesium concentrations remaining very low (0.001 mg/L).

Abstract

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes to corporate governance, presenting various opportunities and challenges. The implementation of AI in corporate governance can have a significant impact on the level of governance and create conditions that support better decision-making. However, the use of AI also has negative impacts such as data privacy violations, gender discrimination, reputational loss, and compliance issues. Additionally, there are legal challenges in the application of AI, including the legality of data utilization, accountability, fairness, transparency, security, and data privacy. Through a systematic literature review, including the analysis of articles, legal documents, and relevant regulations, this study aims to analyze the impact of Generative AI on corporate governance, identify potential legal challenges, and investigate relevant legal perspectives in addressing these challenges

Abstract

Penderita gagal ginjal mengalami gangguan sistem metabolic dan gejala fisik yang berdampak pada aspek psikis, sosial dan spiritual. Secara keseluruhan kondisi penderita gagal ginjal akan berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup yang buruk. Konsep kualitas hidup sangat penting dalam ranah pelayanan untuk memahami kondisi dan berimplikasi pada perawatan yang berkualitas. Tujuan analisis ini untuk konsep menjelaskan lebih spesifik tentang kualitas hidup penderita gagal ginjal kronis. Analisis konsep kualitas hidup dengan dilakukan melalui tinjauan artikel yang relevan dari database Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Googlescholar dan ProQuest dengan kriteria jurnal berbahasa inggris, fulltex, open access, publikasi 5 tahun terkahir (mulai tahun 2019-2024), menggunakan kata kunci “Quality of Life”, “quality of life of chronic renal failure”, “concept analysis,”. Pencarian artikel didapatkan 30 artikel untuk dilakukan review dengan menggunakan teori Walker dan Avant untuk memperjelas atribut utama dan faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronis. Hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa konsep kualitas hidup penderita gagal ginjal terdiri dari 4 atribut yaitu aspek fisik, aspek psikologis, aspek social dan aspek lingkungan. Atribut ini menjadi domain utama untuk menilai kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal secara komprehensif. Hasil penilaian digunakan sebagai dasar bagi tenaga kesehatan, khususnya perawat, dapat merancang intervensi yang mendukung dimensi fisik, emosional, sosial, dan lingkungan pasien. Pendekatan ini memastikan praktik perawatan lebih berfokus pada kebutuhan individu dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the Auto Bending Lead Capacitor PCB Control Unit machine in manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency and production capacity. The study begins with a literature review on the use of bending machines in various manufacturing industries, including integration with polarity inspection using Keyence Fiber Optic sensors. The implementation of this machine is based on kaizen and improvement initiatives for continuous improvement in production efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality enhancement. The findings show significant increases in production capacity with a time efficiency improvement of 2.87 seconds per product and monthly cost savings of Rp. 11,671,647. The Break Event Point (BEP) analysis indicates that the initial machine investment can be recouped within 2.7 months post-implementation. Recommendations for improvement include adding distance sensors for bend result detection and integrating production monitoring systems to enhance overall operational control. This research contributes significantly to improving manufacturing process efficiency through cutting-edge technology in electronic component production.
