Abstract

This paper is initial research that seeks to explore the results of previous studies in the field of global outsourcing using the Literature Systematic Review (LSR). The purpose of mapping with LSR is to find out what global outsourcing topics have been researched. The search was carried out on Scopus and Global Outsourcin google Scholar. A total of 6 global outsourcing articles published electronically, both in the form of scientific journals and conference proceedings, are included in the inclusion criteria. The results of this slr provide an overview of opportunities to explore new topics in global outsourcing or exploit existing topics. recommendations from this study include the need for more research on global outsourcing so that it can be used as a reference in the scientific development of human resources management; it is necessary to develop global outsourcing research in overcoming workers' problems; the development of new concepts and frameworks in global outsourcing still requires further study; studies on global outsourcing research objects need to be developed.

Abstract

Millennial workers are known to easily change jobs, tend to be free of expression, and want fast progress in careers and competencies, they dominate with a proportion of 56.1% of the total workforce. This study aims to reveal recommendations for retention strategies for millennial workers from recent studies. The method used is a systematic literature review of journal articles published in reputable international journals from the Emerald and SAGE Journals databases. The search results identified 9 journal articles relevant to the research objectives. The results of the study show that a competitive climate that values achievement, openness to express opinions, open opportunities to pursue careers and competencies, quality mentors, and appreciation for expression creates a culture in relevant corridors are a series of strategies that are seen as able to accommodate millennial workers to develop, last longer, and improve the competitiveness of company.

Abstract

Teachers have an important role for the education of the Indonesian nation.They must teach during the pandemic corona virus.They have many duties to do. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers in order to achieve the ideals of the Indonesian nation in the intellectual life of the nation. In order for teachers to get maximum work results, it is necessary to achieve job satisfaction that can be felt by teachers in carrying out their activities. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods, namely through questionnaires and interviews were analyzed using PLS which was conducted on 119 teachers in Jakarta. The results of this study found that work stress has an effect on job satisfaction, work life balance has an effect on job satisfaction and work life balance has a relationship with work stress.

Abstract

The performance of an employee will certainly affect the activities in a company or organization; therefore, it is important to find out the factors that can cause a decrease or increase in the performance of an employee, in order to optimize the capabilities possessed by each employee. So, the purpose of this study is to find out various factors that are related and can also affect the performance of an employee. The method used in writing this research is a Systematic Literature Review, using Scopus which is the source of data in this study. The data used is limited by the year of publication, starting from 2018 to 2022, the journals used in this study are published in English, and have citations from more than 200 journals. A total of 22 journals were selected for research use. Based on the results obtained in this study, there are various factors that are related and can also improve performance ranging from Leadership, Satisfaction, Motivation, and Employee Resilience, and there are several factors that can also mediate the relationship to Employee Performance.
