Abstract

The goal of this research is to investigate the effects of job motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of Islamic bank employees. The scope of this research is limited to a single Islamic bank branch in Central Java. This is a quantitative study in which the data was collected using a questionnaire. The participants in this study were chosen from a population of 30 people using saturated sampling or census sampling methods, in which samples were taken from the entire community. SPSS 23 for Windows was used to analyze the data, which was done using multiple linear regression.  All independent variables have a positive and significant influence on sharia bank workers' performance factors, either partially or simultaneously, according to the study.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi pada segala aspek saat ini sudah bisa dinikmati lebih cepat dan mudah diakses. Website dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis dengan bantuan API dari yang telah disediakan Google merupakan hal yang terkini dan mudah. website untuk media promosi sehingga kurang memaksimalkan dalam pemasaran produk dan pemetaan sistem informasi geografis. Persebaran koordinat dapat membantu dalam daftar isian berita lengkap detail mengenai produk yang akan terhubung apabila salah satu UKM di pilih dan ditampilkan pada halaman detail produk. Penataan website dan isi berita menggunakan CMS dan kustomisasi pengkodingan Google API Service untuk Sistem Informasi Geografis persebaran titik pelaku bisnis UKM di Kota Salatiga dan Jawa Tengah diharapkan memudahkan pencarian dari sisi konsumen untuk membeli produk yang ada dan pemilik usaha lain yang membutuhkan bahan baku ataupun bahan jadi yang diproduksi UKM dengan memanfaatkan website pemasaran produk secara daring.

Abstract

This study was made to see the effect of wage variables, incentive variables, and social security variables on the performance of employees of multifinance company XY in the city of Salatiga. The number of respondents who were used as research samples as many as 30 people with saturated sampling technique, ie all the population was used as respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire by providing several questions related to the variables of wages, incentives, social security and employee performance. Measurement of research instruments using a Likert scale and data analysis using multiple linear regression. With the help of the SPSS 23 program, it is known that wages, incentives, and social security variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance variables of multifinance company XY employees in the city of Salatiga, this is evidenced by a significance value of less than 0.05. And simultaneously it is known from the F test, that the variables of wages, incentives, and social security have a significant influence of 0.000 on the employee performance variable.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the business world where this pandemic has greatly reduced people's purchasing power. The implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in the Java and Bali regions has resulted in a significant decrease in sales turnover and income for MSME actors. This study has the aim of implementing a digital branding strategy through social media such as YouTube to increase product sales of MSME actors in Boyolali district, Central Java. The researcher took a case study of the Angkringan Joglo Boyolali UMKM which is located in the Mojosongo sub-district as the object of research. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection using several ways including: interviews, questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. Based on the implementation of the YouTube social media utilization strategy as well as the results of monitoring and evaluation measured from the results of the respondents' questionnaires (consumers), the results were obtained from the average visitor assessing the digital branding strategy of Angkringan Joglo Boyolali through social media such as YouTube giving answers strongly agree with a value above 60% based on indicators of personal branding dimensions (competence, style and standards). In the future, it is hoped that MSME players can enter the world of e-commerce to increase their business capacity as business partners.

Abstract

The research conducted analyzes the effect of the relationship between financial literacy and the accessibility of digital financial innovation on financial inclusion, financial literacy on digital financial innovation and moderating the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion through digital financial innovation. The study used a non-random sampling technique that was taken as many as 40 MSME actors and the technique of distributing questionnaires was convenience sampling. Completion of the multiple linear regression model and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) interaction test. The results obtained that financial literacy and accessibility of digital financial innovations have a significant effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy has a significant effect on digital financial innovation. The research findings show the high level of financial literacy of the community and MSME actors as well as digital and financial technology literacy behaviors and attitudes, making it easier to promote the use of digital financial innovation products so that they can expand financial inclusion. Meanwhile, digital financial innovation information does not have a direct role in mediating the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion.

Abstract

World economic conditions changed in early 2020, where the Covid-19 pandemic made several countries in the world experience recession. Indonesia has also experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially small businesses or SMEs which are the main pillars of the national economy. The community service webinar entitled business and business dynamics in the new normal era is expected to provide an overview for employers as well as workers or employees who have experienced termination of employment and can take various business opportunities that can be used as solutions to survive. Community service activities in the form of webinars were attended by up to 350 participants from various elements such as entrepreneurs, academics, students, and the general public. The resource persons consisted of four people with backgrounds of entrepreneurs, professionals and academics who provided material exposures about the business world in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

Abstract

SAE Kerupuk Bawang adalah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner (makanan). Pengelola SAE Kerupuk Bawang hanya mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan secara global serta tidak menggunakan perhitungan yang terperinci sehingga dalam menentukan laporan masih dikatakan belum memenuhi standar akuntansi. Penulisan laporan keuangan perlu diperhatikan karena akan berpengaruh pada perhitungan rasio untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perbandingan rasio menggunakan metode Profitabilitas yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Sistem informasi untuk pengolahan harga pokok produksi dan laporan keuangan dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menghetahui perbandingan rasio, sehingga dapat mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio .Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem informasi ini yaitu dapat memperhitungkan perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan periode bulan ini dengan periode bulan sebelumnya

Abstract

Perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha dan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk menentukan harga jual produk. Selain itu perhitungan harga pokok produksi dapat menunjukan besar laba yang diperoleh dari setiap produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual dari setiap produk di UMKM Empat Bintang. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang digunakan adalah metode harga pokok proses (Process costing method), sedangkan untuk penentuan harga jual produk menggunakan metode cost plus pricing. Sistem informasi penentuan harga pokok produksi dibutuhkan untuk penentuan harga jual produk yang tepat, menghitung biaya produksi yang dibebankan setiap produk supaya mengetahui perolehan laba yang sesungguhnya. Rancang bangun sistem informasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server dan MySQL sebagai database. Abstract

The use of smartphones for the millennial generation will now become a primary need which is the main requirement in supporting various activities, both telecommunications, and entertainment. This study tries to analyze the various factors that influence the millennial generation in making choices in smartphone purchasing decisions with all STEKOM University students as respondents. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people with a sampling method using convenience sampling, namely selecting respondents based on the ease of finding or access. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method and processed with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the test results show that price, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of smartphones. The variable that is the most dominant and the most influential is the price variable.
