Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of digital marketing, demographic factors, and human resource competencies on the marketing performance of UPPKS Bergas sub-district, Semarang district, during the COVID-19 recovery period. Ex post facto quantitative methods are used in the research design. Five UPPKS were used by the population, totaling 50 employees. A simple random sampling technique was used in this study. The research data is derived from primary data sources, such as questionnaires and observations, as well as secondary data sources, such as related documents. Digital marketing, demographic factors such as gender and age, HR competencies, and marketing performance are the research variables. The data was analyzed using classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests in the form of T tests and F tests, which were aided by the SPSS program. The outcomes of the analysis show that: (1) digital marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance with a significance value of 0.014 in the low category; (2) gender has a significant effect on marketing performance with a significance value of 0.015; (3) age has a significant effect on marketing performance; (4) HR competencies has a significant effect on marketing performance with a significance value of 0.038 in the low category; and (5) all variables combined have a significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

Eco-friendly is an environmentally friendly product or behavior that has minimal impact on the environment. This research aims to determine and assess the impact of brand image, brand reputation and perceived quality variables on the dependent variable, namely purchase intention. The research uses a quantitative approach method. The research sample was 100 respondents taken using a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and measured using Likert scale parameters. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that the variables brand image, brand reputation and perceived quality have a significant influence on the purchase intention variable for ECO-Friendly products in modern retail stores.

Abstract

The behavior of purchasing products via e-commerce is quite often carried out by Gen Z who are attracted by discount promos and are tempted by cheap prices. This research aims to determine the influence of impulsive buying and technology acceptance model (TAM) through the trust variable on product purchasing decisions in e-commerce by Gen Z. This research is a quantitative research with associative methods using primary data with a sample of 100 respondents from all final year students in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS and is processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of data analysis show that five hypotheses were tested, four hypotheses were accepted and one hypothesis was rejected. The impulsive buying and technology acceptance model variables have a significant effect on the trust variable, while the trust variable also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then the technology acceptance model variable has no influence at all on the trust variable, so the fourth hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

This study wants to see the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, quality of human resources, and marketing strategies on business development, in this case MSMEs in the city of Salatiga, Central Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. The population is SMEs in the city of Salatiga and obtained 60 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of the partial test showed that all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable with a significance above 0.005. The contribution of the entrepreneurial characteristics variable, the quality of human resources, and the marketing strategy based on the simultaneous test is 75% of the business development variable (Y). Characteristics of entrepreneurs is the independent variable that most dominantly affects the dependent variable with a t-count value of 4.217.

Abstract

This research aims to see how much influence the leadership, organizational culture and competency variables have on employee performance variables. Data collection uses a questionnaire to obtain answers to research variables and respondent data. The sampling method uses a convenience sampling technique. The respondents were 96 lecturers at the University of Computer Science and Technology in the city of Semarang. The indicators for assessing questionnaire answers use a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression and is processed using the SPSS 24 application. The research results reveal that the leadership, organizational culture and competency variables have a significant influence on employee performance. The most dominant leadership variable in achieving optimal employee performance for respondents, namely lecturers at the University of Computer Science and Technology.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan pelatihan pemasaran digital kepada pelaku Unit Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Nyamat, Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang. Pelatihan pemasaran digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva untuk membuat desain media promosi produk UMKM. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 15 orang peserta pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2022 di Balai Desa Nyamat. Setiap kelompok diminta untuk membuat desain media promosi produk UMKM yang dimiliki kemudian memilih design templte pada Canva. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan peserta hal mendesain promosi produk menggunakan Canva. Hasil evaluasi dan monitoring memperlihatkan hasil peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta yang mencapai 70%. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan baru bagi pelaku UMKM dalam membuat desain media promosi menggunakan aplikasi Canva.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect partially and simultaneously on the marketing mix variable and the trust variable on patient satisfaction at PUSKESMAS Srondol Semarang city. The object of the research is the Srondol PUSKESMAS patients who have used the service facilities in the last 3 months or from January to March 2021 a total of 30 people. Collecting data using an online questionnaire/questionnaire using Google Form and measured by a Likert scale. The research method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 data processing. The results show that the marketing mix variable and the trust variable have a significant influence on patient satisfaction at PUSKSMAS Srondol and marketing mix variables have a dominant effect on patient satisfaction at PUSKSMAS Srondol in Semarang.

Abstract

The research aims to measure and determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on the interest in using QRIS digital payments by MSME actors in Salatiga City, Central Java Province. Data collection uses Google Forms with a Likert scale. The sample that will be used is 60 MSME respondents in the city of Salatiga with a non-probability sampling technique of the convenience sampling type, namely because of the ease of obtaining data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods and was processed using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk have a significant influence on the interest in using QRIS digital payments by MSME actors in Salatiga City and the perceived usefulness variable has a dominant effect on the interest in using QRIS digital payments by MSME actors in Salatiga City, Central Java Province.
