Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of TQM in influencing the quality of HRemployees of PT. BFI Finance Tbk. Solo Branch. The population in this study were all employees,while the total study sample of 40 people and using the technique of saturated samples. In thisstudy using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of studies using multipleregression analysis linieer known that the variable role of employee and organizational aspectshave a significant influence on the variable quality of human resources. While the dominantvariable in the study is the role of the employee variable, it can be seen from the magnitude of thebeta coefficient greater than the other independent variables.

Abstract

Abstract The presence of Fintech (Financial Technology) services in digital financial inclusion in Indonesia has become a new market share in line with the growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce) which has increased in the last five years. Fintech is currently in great demand and is used because of the ease of doing banking transactions with the support of user friendly technology. In this study using 40 student respondents with a sampling technique using convenience sampling associated with Fintech-based payment applications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The purpose of this study is to find out how enthusiastic the young generation or students are in the perception of acceptance of Fintech-based payment application technology. Based on the analysis using quantitative descriptive approach shows that most respondents strongly agree with the existence of this technology indicated by the acquisition of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system use percentage ranges of 45-72%.

Abstract

The presence of online shopping or e-commerce applications in Indonesia in the era of the covid-19 pandemic is very helpful to meet all needs and avoid crowds and direct contact. The increase in the number of e-commerce users can be seen from the level of visits to e-commerce applications which is almost close to the total population of Indonesia of 270 million visits. This research was conducted on 100 respondents consisting of XYZ University students in the city of Semarang to measure the level of satisfaction in the use of e-commerce with the Technology Acceptance Model approach. Using a Likert scale with an indicator rating of 1-5, the researcher wants to know student satisfaction in the use of e-commerce in everyday life. The result is the majority of students answered strongly agree on average about 70%.

Abstract

This research technique uses interviews. Interviews were conducted with several UMKM in Tingkir Lor Village who are customers in Islamic Banking, and 1 (one) mantri at Bank Muamalat KCP Salatiga. However, in this study, the researcher will also use the literature study method or the method of using document materials, because the researcher does not directly examine and process the data obtained from the respondents themselves but examines and copies the data or documents produced by other parties. In addition to supporting the results of the interview, it is also used to describe in general the real role of Islamic banking towards UMKM.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital semakinn cepat dan dinamis, dimana menuntut semua stakeholder wajib mengikuti setiap perubahan yang ada. Pelayanan jasa payment gateway pada financial technology telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat dalam tata cara pembayaran. Persepsi masyarakat pengguna layanan payment gateway dapat diukur menggunakan metode end user computing satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian tentang persepsi pengguna layanan payment gateway dilakukan pada responden dosen STEKOM Salatiga dengan menggunakan teknik Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar dari keseluruhan responden merasa sangat puas sebesar 40%, serta sebesar 40% merasa sangat tidak puas pada faktor timeliness. Hal ini dapat dijadikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan penyedia jasa payment gateway dan pemerintah selaku pembuat regulasi.

Abstract

Aplikasi belanja online atau e-commerce menjadi sarana baru bagi masyarakat dalam gaya hidup berbelanja dengan media internet sebagai perantaranya. Kepuasan pelanggan dalam berbelanja secara elektronik amatlah diperhatikan oleh toko online untuk memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel information quality, financial security dan system quality terhadap variabel customer satisfaction pada pengguna paltform digital Shopee dengan melibatkan 100 responden mahasiswa jurusan komputer di kota Salatiga. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling method dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan independent variable memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap dependent variable dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi saran kebijakan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan untuk mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Guru Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) sebagai pengajar profesional berperan sebagai tenaga pendidik yang dituntut berpikir kreatif dalam membuat berbagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien bagi para murid pra sekolah dasar agar bisa memahami materi yang diberikan. Peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru TK dalam adaptasi teknologi, khususnya mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia untuk mendukung sistem Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) di era pandemi Covid-19. Kondisi pembelajaran TK Tarbiyatul Banin 58 di Kota Salatiga, Jawa Tengah saat ini hanya memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp (WA) untuk melakukan interaksi pembelajaran dengan orang tua murid. Dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring (online) sekolah memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung seperti laptop atau notebook tetapi belum secara optimal pengaplikasiannya. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di TK Banin 58 tim dari Universitas STEKOM menggunakan metode penyuluhan terkait pemanfaatan media sosial seperti YouTube dan Google Drive sebagai alternatif pembelajaran berbasis multimedia untuk menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan para guru-guru sangat antusias serta bersemangat ingin segera menerapkan ilmu yang telah didapat untuk segera diterapkan pada sistem Belajar dari Rumah (BDR).

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada dunia pendidikan, terutama perguruan tinggi saat ini mutlak menjadi kebutuhan. Pelayanan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) bagi sebuah intitusi kampus memiliki peran sentral dalam mengatur proses pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD berdasarkan variabel user satisfaction dengan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) pada Sekolah Tinggi Komputer di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Pengujian penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan nilai F-hitung sebesar 19,445 > F-tabel 2,68 dengan sig. 0,000a < 0,05 yang dapat dijelaskan seluruh independent variable (information content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap dependent variable (user satisfaction). (information content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines). Variabel Timelines (T) merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap User Satisfaction (US) dan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan (<0,05).
