Abstract

Buah harendong (Melastoma affine D. Don) secara empirik digunakan sebagai obat anti diare. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh formula sirup dari liofilisat ekstrak buah harendong yang stabil secara farmasetika dan untuk mengetahui aktivitasnya terhadap bakteri penyebab diare seperti Escherichia coli, Shigella dysentriae dan Salmonella sp. Penelitian ini diawali dengan menentukan konsentrasi liofilisat dari ekstrak buah harendong yang memiliki aktivitas terhadap beberapa bakteri penyebab diare dengan mengukur diameter daya hambat bakteri. Pengujian stabilitas sirup dengan metode penyimpanan dipercepat melalui parameter organoleptis, homogenitas, viskositas dan pH sediaan. Konsentrasi ekstrak dan sirup liofilisat buah harendong untuk uji aktivitas terhadap beberapa bakteri penyebab diare yaitu 0,5%; 1%; 1,5%; 5%; 10% dan 15%. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak dan sirup buah harendong tidak aktif terhadap bakteri penyebab diare kecuali pada ekstrak liofilisat buah harendong 10% resisten terhadap S.dysentrie dan Salmonella sp dan konsentrasi 15% resisten terhadap S.dysentrie dan intermediate terhadap Salmonella sp. Hasil uji stabilitas sirup liofilisat buah harendong menunjukkan tidak ada perubahan pada tiap konsentrasi secara organoleptis (bau, warna dan konsistensi), homogenitas dan pH. Sedangkan viskositasnya mengalami peningkatan pada konsentrasi 0,5% dan mengalami penurunan pada konsentrasi 1% dan 1,5%.

Abstract

When Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermis are isolated from acne-proneskin, the essential oil and curcuminoids in curcumin (Curcuma zanthorrhiza Roxb) exhibitantibacterial activity against blemished skin. The purpose of this study was to create an antiacne loose powder using Curcuma rhizome extract and to determine which formulationsmeet the best test requirements. Extraction was carried out using the maceration methodwith 96% ethanol solvent. The powder formulation consisted of alba bolus, magnesiumcarbonate, magnesium stearate, zinc oxide, oleum rosae, and talc, developed withtemulawak rhizome extract at concentrations of F0 (0%), F1 (8%), F2 (10%), and F3 (12%).The evaluation of the powder preparation was organoleptic, humidity, powder flow rate,specific gravity, and pH.. The results indicated that the F1 formulation's humidity test resultsof less than 10%, the speed of the powder flow evaluation test results was 15.6%, the angleof repose test result was 26.6°, and the measurement of pH showed that the result of 6fulfilled the requirements. Based on a physical test of the anti-acne loose powder, theCurcuma rhizome extract in the FI formulation with an 8% concentration produced optimalresults. Abstract

A wound patch is a dosage form that delivers drugs through the skin to produce systemic effects, with the advantage of controlled drug release. Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.) is widely used to heal incision wounds on the skin. The most important component was asiaticoside, which plays a major role in accelerating wound healing. This  study  was  conducted  to  test  the  effectiveness  of  transdermal  patches  from Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.) against incision  wounds was performed on 5 rabbits divided into different treatment groups, namely group I without treatment, group II wound patch base (negative control), group III plaster (positive control), and groups IV and V, comprising a wound patch of gotu kola leaf extract at concentrations of 16% and 32%, respectively. The data obtained were statistically tested for normality using the Shapiro-Wilk test.  The results showed that the wound patch preparation of 16% gotu kola leaf extract showed  a significant difference (p < 0.05) in wound length reduction compared to the negative and normal controls.  The wound healing time observed at concentrations of 16% and 32% provided wound healing effects. The best effect was observed at a concentration of 16%, with an average wound closure time of 12 days. It can be concluded that gotu kola leaf extract in the form of a wound patch preparation was effective in wound healing. Abstract

Kumparan.com and Tirto.id now exist as online news portals that are not only written. But also through videos, images, and infographics. Like other companies, Kumparan.com and Tirto.id are profit-oriented in media economics. This research aims to reveal the existence of the media market in Indonesia related to Kumparan.com and Tirto.id reviewed from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses an instrumental case study method that explicitly covers all aspects of the media economy at Kumparan.com and Tirto.id. This study finds that in their market role, Kumparan.com and Tirto.id make the customer the king (service market), providing full service in the form of customization to clients. As viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, universal values are the foundation for building Islamic economic theory. Such as the prophetic values (nubuwwah) that should be emulated by the Prophet Muhammad by business people, especially honesty (siddiq), responsibility (amanah), intelligence (fathanah), marketing (tabligh), and government (khalifah), then justice ('adl) must be implemented at all stages of the economy. A good business is a business that can uphold justice for its perpetrators. This study implies that media business people are prohibited from pursuing personal gain, and other parties are exploited.***Kumparan.com dan Tirto.id kini hadir sebagai sebuah portal berita online yang tidak hanya berupa tulisan, tetapi juga melalui video, gambar, dan infografik. Dalam ranah ekonomi media sama halnya dengan perusahaan lain, Kumparan.com dan Tirto.id juga berorientasi pada profit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap eksistensi pasar media di Indonesia terkait Kumparan.com dan Tirto.id ditinjau dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus instrumental yang mencakup semua aspek secara eksplisit dari ekonomi media di Kumparan.com dan Tirto.id. Temuan studi ini adalah bahwa dalam peran pasar, Kumparan.com dan Tirto.id menjadikan konsumen sebagai raja (service market) yaitu memberikan servis penuh dalam bentuk kostumisasi kepada klien. Adapun ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, terdapat nilai-nilai universal yang menjadi pondasi untuk membangun teori ekonomi Islam tersebut, seperti nilai kenabian (nubuwwah) yang patut diteladani dari Nabi Muhammad oleh para pelaku bisnis khususnya jujur (siddiq), bertanggung jawab (amanah), cerdas (fathanah), pemasaran (tablig), dan pemerintahan (khalifah), kemudian adil (‘adl) yang harus diimplementasikan pada semua tahapan ekonomi. Bisnis yang baik adalah bisnis yang dapat memegang teguh keadilan bagi para pelakunya. Implikasi dari studi nilai ini adalah bahwa pelaku bisnis media tidak dibolehkan untuk mengejar keuntungan pribadi dan adanya unsur eksploitasi kepada pihak lain.

Abstract

The cutting tools used today are very traditional using a blade without a base. The Appropriate Technology recommended to the public is in the form of a meatball cutting tool to reduce work accidents such as cut hands. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to apply cutting tools using the right technology and increase knowledge about anticipating accidents while working. The methods used with partners are observation, interviews and outreach. Based on the results of interviews and joint discussions with UMKM actors, they really need cutting tools that can speed up the production process and provide safety to UMKM partners for workers. The conclusion from the effort to implement this meatball cutting tool is still the 75% expected by UMKM partners because the standard meatball size tool is too thin and for safety in terms of cutting tools this gets a percentage of 100% because with this tool there is little chance of a small cut.

Abstract

Religious moderation exists as an adhesive for similarities, not for sharpening differences. Many religious conflicts occur, such as rejection of the construction of places of worship, rejection of certain religious communities, hatred, hatred, hatred of places of worship, lack of peace in worship and many others. Therefore, effective communication facilities are needed to educate the public about the importance of implementing tolerance between religious communities so that life becomes harmonious. Diverse moderation is needed to be able to create peace in diversity. Therefore, the application of religious moderation in Indonesia is very necessary as a cultural strategy. There are many media that can be used, one of which is documentary films. This is also reflected in the documentary film “Selaras” which carries the theme of moderating the various people of Pekon Ambarawa Pringsewu. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The paradigm in this research is constructivism. The theory used in this study is the Tubbs and Moss model of effective communication theory. The results of this study it can be concluded that in the documentary "Selaras" there are various indicators of moderation.

Abstract

Naval base as one of the integral components of the SSAT is the spearhead of power in carrying out support for the tasks of the operating units both in peacetime and during war. In carrying out its duties the Navy has an Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) which is the integration of strength of the capabilities of the KRI, Aircraft, Marines and Naval base components. To find out the professional level of the soldier, it is necessary to hold a Test of Combat Naval Base Task Force in order to realize, maintain and improve the skills of both individuals and groups, which in turn will increase the establishment of Operational Command and Control, Operational Procedures and the establishment of mastery of appropriate techniques and tactics. With the implementation of the test, it is expected to know about Naval Base Combat Readiness, a condition where the base can carry out its main tasks.Combat Duty Rehearsal is an exercise carried out by KRI or base to maintain the ability and professionalism of soldiers both programmed and programmed. This study aims to determine whether the relationship of human resource readiness influences the professional abilities of the Naval Base on west coast of Sumatera.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan mengenal bilangan pada anak di PAUDQU Al Ikhlas pada umumnya belum mencapai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bilangan pada anak melalui permainan puluk botol, dan Untuk menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan mengenal bilangan pada anak melalui permainan pukul botol di Lembaga PAUDQU Al Ikhlas Karangrejo Grobogan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik perbandingan prosentase antar siklus. Hasil penelitian pada pra siklus terdapat ketuntasan sebesar 35%, siklus 1 sebesar 75% dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 89%, sehingga terjadi peningkatan dari pra siklus ke siklus 2 sebesar 54%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan pukul botol angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bilangan pada anak.

Abstract

Diabetes and obesity are closely related, with obesity as a nutritional problem that continues to increase. Obesity occurs due to an imbalance in energy intake and expenditure, while diabetes is often not realized until serious complications appear. A diet high in fiber and low in sugar can reduce the risk of diabetes. Meal replacements such as powdered milk and snack bars can be used, but consumption needs to be limited because their nutritional content is less than ideal and has the potential to cause health problems if consumed excessively. The research was carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods on 3 types of meal replacement milk powder drinks, namely brand A, brand B and brand C. This was done by collecting samples deliberately according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which is the sampling strategy used in this research. then research evaluation carried out 3 types of tests; Molisch's test, Benedict's test and Fehling's test. The results of the research show that the three samples of meal replacement milk circulating in the city of Medan contain sugar, but are quite safe for consumption in general and the sugar content in meal replacement milk does not exceed the daily sugar level.

Abstract

One part of the tridharma of higher education is community service. One example of community service activities is Student Work Lectures or KKM. In KKM activities, there are several work programs that must be carried out and divided into each sector. Like the religious sector, in realizing the work program in the religious sector, KKM Group 72 UNIBA held an open donation activity for compensation for orphans at Link. Sumur Jaya RT/RW 04/02 Tamansari Village. After the donations were collected, they were then handed over to the local Risma administrators to be given to them. to orphans.
