Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide a significant impact on technological progress, increase performance in various sectors, and improve the quality of human resources. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been applied to various fields to facilitate human activities such as study and work. This study aims to evaluate existing studies related to the use of AI features associated with daily activities in several fields and formulate directions for further studies that must be carried out from the evaluation of the literature. This study uses a systematic review method on case study journals with keywords “Voice Assistant, Virtual Mentor, Smart Content, Presentation Translator” obtained through the Google Scholar database with a range of 2021 – 2023. Based on the researcher's search, there were 6 journals according to the criteria which were then evaluated based on the parameters Voice Assistant, Virtual Mentor, Smart Content, Presentation Translator from case studies of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in everyday human activities. The results of a systematic review show the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) features Voice Assistant, Virtual Mentor, Smart Content, Presentation Translator mostly used in education. The use of these features is proven to have a positive effect on teaching and learning activities. Most of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) features focuses on application in the education sector, so further research is needed regarding the application of these features to other fields.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internal control, internal audit, organizational commitment and integrity on fraud prevention at Hospital X in Sidoarjo. In this regard, to maximize rational, measurable and in-depth research results, this research uses quantitative methods. The data source in this research is a primary data source obtained from respondents from distributing questionnaires indirectly or utilizing existing communication media. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in the research used a probability sampling technique (single random sampling), namely a certain number of employees at Hospital X in Sidoarjo. Data obtained using a questionnaire processed using SPSS 23 for 43 employees of Hospital X Sidoarjo. So the results obtained are that internal audit has no significant effect on fraud prevention, internal control has a significant effect on fraud prevention, organizational commitment has a significant effect on fraud prevention, and Integrity has a significant effect on fraud prevention at Hospital X Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation, trade, and investment on Indonesia's economic growth and purchasing power (1990-2022). Using panel data regression, we find: that inflation and exports have a positive impact on both GDP and purchasing power. Inflation boosts aggregate demand while exports increase income. Imports have a positive impact on purchasing power due to the increased availability of goods, but a negative on GDP due to potential trade imbalances. Domestic and foreign investment hurt both GDP and purchasing power. While investment boosts production, it can also intensify competition, leading to price reductions and dampened purchasing power. The findings of this study have implications for policymakers in Indonesia. Policymakers should focus on policies that can promote inflation, exports, and foreign direct investment. These policies can help to increase purchasing power and improve the standard of living of Indonesians

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an organization's responsibility for the impact of its decisions and activities on society and the environment, through transparent and ethical behaviour that contributes to sustainable development, including the health and welfare of society; consider stakeholder expectations; comply with applicable laws and be consistent with international norms of behaviour; and integrated throughout the organisation and practised in its relations. Companies' corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts can be influenced by a variety of variables. There are firms that focus on CSR as a way of giving back to society (community development), while others see it as a type of corporate giving/charity and continual improvement, with the goal of improving the company's image. The purpose of this study is to synthesise previous research on the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on consumer loyalty in various nations. This study employed a meta-analysis method combined with a qualitative approach. Based on the findings, the author concludes that effective Corporate Social Responsibility can boost customer loyalty through a variety of methods, including improved reputation, image, satisfaction, trust, and customer commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence financial performance, capital structure, profit management, company characteristics, public accounting firms, and good corporate governance on tax avoidance. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements available on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is 21 manufacturing companies listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2022. The sampling technique of this study uses a purposive sampling technique, so that as many as 13 companies were obtained. The data was processed using the SmartPLS program application. The results of this study show that the results of hypothesis testing have a significant positive effect on financial performance on capital structure, profit management on tax avoidance, capital structure on profit management, public accounting firms on good corporate governance, and public accounting firms on tax avoidance. The results of hypothesis testing that resulted in a significant negative effect were financial performance on tax avoidance, profit management on characteristics, characteristics on public accounting firms, characteristics on tax avoidance, good corporate governance on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing that produced a not significant positive effect was the capital structure on tax avoidance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” yang berlokasi di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu gejala dan fakta terhadap objek pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” dengan memilih 3 orang informan yang dianggap representative mewakili karyawan outsourching yaitu supervisor tim House Keeping, Supervisor Tim Keamanan danSupervisor Tim layanan parkir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam ,observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa motivasi kerja sangatlah berperan penting bagi karyawan untuk menunjang kinerjanya. dan kinerja karyawan Badan Pengelola Apartemen “X” dapat dikatakan baik yang dapat dilihat dari terciptanya suatu kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan serta dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how ownership structure and growth opportunities influence the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by considering capital structure, profit margins and financial performance as intervening variables. This research method uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 5 companies in 2016-2023. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions in the field of financial management and corporate governance as well as provide practical guidance for banking company management in making strategic decisions to increase company value. The model used in this research was processed using the smart-PLS application. The research results explain that ownership structure has a significant effect on capital structure, while growth opportunity does not have a significant effect on capital structure. Capital structure has a significant effect on profit margins, while financial performance does not have a significant effect on company value. An increase in the number of assets as an illustration of company size and banking companies can consider capital structure management and growth opportunities to improve the quality of financial performance in the future. Apart from that, it provides advice for investors in making the right decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh pengalaman audit, efikasi diri, religiusitas, dan tekanan ketaatan terhadap pertimbangan audit dengan kompleksitas tugas sebagai variabel moderasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data partial least squares (PLS). Populasi penelitian adalah auditor inspektorat di Bojonegoro dengan metode sampling berupa purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman audit berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertimbangan audit. Efikasi diri dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertimbangan audit. Tekanan ketaatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertimbangan audit. Kompleksitas tugas tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh pengalaman audit dan efikasi diri terhadap pertimbangan audit. Penelitian ini menambahkan religiusitas sebagai pengembangan determinan pertimbangan audit.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for corporate advancement in Indonesia, highlighting the critical role of CSR in fostering sustainable business practices and enhancing stakeholder relationships. Utilizing a literature review methodology, the research compiles and analyzes data from various sources, including academic journals, books, and articles, to explore the trends, implementations, and impacts of CSR initiatives. The findings reveal that companies integrating CSR into their core strategies not only improve their reputations and stakeholder engagement but also contribute to long-term economic development and environmental sustainability. Discussion points emphasize the importance of transparency and accountability in CSR practices, which are crucial for gaining consumer trust and achieving regulatory compliance. The study concludes that adopting comprehensive CSR strategies is imperative for Indonesian companies to ensure their sustainable growth and to positively impact the broader community and environment, underscoring the necessity for continued focus and improvement in CSR practices. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif UKM; menganalisis pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja UKM; menentukan pengaruh keunggulan kompetitif terhadap kinerja UKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 150 pemilik UKM. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner daring yang didistribusikan melalui media sosial yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Alat analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian adalah SmartPLS. dengan tahapan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien terminasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif UKM, manajemen rantai pasokan memiliki dampak langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja UKM, keunggulan kompetitif memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja UKM. UKM perlu terus meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan manajemen rantai pasokan mereka untuk terus mengembangkan bisnis mereka.
