Abstract

Stunting in children is closely related to nutritional problems. Spinach is one type of vegetable that is highly nutritious. Spinach can provide benefits to the health of the body from the nutritional content in it. Spinach is a vegetable that is easily obtained at a very affordable price. Variations of processed spinach into snacks are needed to increase the appetite of children who do not like vegetables, especially green vegetables. Spinach vegetables can improve nutritional nutrition in preventing stunting in children. The partner problems are: Spinach vegetables have a lot of nutritional content that is good for the body, and are still underutilized by farmers, especially housewives In terms of food diversification that is of economic value, there is still low public knowledge about diversifying spinach processing into advanced processed products, so an activity is needed that can increase public knowledge about various processed products that can be developed from spinach so that the economic value of spinach leaves can be increased. The results of the service showed that there was an increase in mirta's knowledge from the pre-test activity in the sufficient category (85%) while for the post-test it increased to 95%. There was an increase in partner attitudes from pre-test activities in the sufficient category (80%) while for the post test it increased to 95%. There was an increase in partner actions from pre-test activities in the sufficient category (85%) while for the post test it increased to 90%.

Abstract

Moringa is loaded with phytonutrients, which are plant-based nutrients believed to have health-supporting effects. The partner problems are: There is still low public knowledge about the diversification of moringa leaf processing into advanced processed products, so an activity is needed that can increase public knowledge about various processed products that can be developed from moringa so that the economic value of moringa leaves can be increased, Moringa leaves have a lot of nutritional content that is good for the body, and are still underutilized by farmers, especially housewives.... Lack of development of moringa potential as an alternative food source and processed substitute for various kinds of food products.  The need for innovation of highly nutritious processed menus using local raw materials (Moringa) in order to produce superior products.  The level of consumer interest in moringa product processing and moringa powder capsules has not been found. The solutions offered are: Application of appropriate technology in the form of techniques for utilizing environmentally friendly natural ingredients, Counseling on natural ingredients as an effort to increase community knowledge and understanding of the importance of utilizing natural ingredients in everyday life, Training on appropriate technology for making moringa tea as an antioxidant drink Extension method in the form of video playback on the technique of making TEKOR (moringa tea)

Abstract

The presence of hawkers is an important factor because it is related to food intake for students. Activities at school have taken up a considerable amount of time in daily activities, including eating activities. In general, school children, in addition to consuming food at home, also have the habit of buying snacks at school. The presence of snack sellers is an important factor because it is related to food intake for students. Activities at school have taken up a large amount of time in daily activities, including eating activities. In general, school children, in addition to consuming food at home, also have the habit of buying snacks at school. In general, the sellers of snacks with ingredients that are harmful to health argue because they do not know the existence of illegal BTP in the raw materials of the snacks they sell. The partner problems are: Many unhealthy snacks are sold at school and the habit of students snacking at school without bringing their own lunch from home. There is no media from the school to transfer knowledge about healthy snacks. The school is not able to prohibit snacks sellers around the school considering that most snacks sellers are local residents around the school. Schools do not have the capacity to educate students and do not have the capacity to train school canteen managers to provide healthy snacks. Canteen managers have not implemented personal hygiene and food safety measures.

Abstract

Poor environmental sanitation factors include inadequate access to clean water, contributing to an increase in infectious diseases such as diarrhea.This research is descriptive quantitative The population in this study were 5 boreholes The population in this study was the community in Paramppungata Hamlet, Kampili Village, Gowa Regency of 200 people. The sampling technique with exhautif sampling method (total sampling) is that all populations are sampled in this study as many as 200 people. The results showed that the quality of borehole water in terms of physical parameters in the turbidity parameter exceeded the lowest NAB at point 3 (0.48), and the highest at point 5 was 240. Likewise with odor and taste parameters that are problematic at points 2, 3 and point 4. Chemical parameters meet the requirements of drinking water quality standards for both Fe, nitrate (No3) parameters, only the total hardness parameter does not meet the requirements. biological parameters at all points do not meet the drinking water quality requirements, the highest at point 3 by 5400 ml / l and the lowest at points 1 and 2 each by 130 ml

Abstract

Clean Water is One of the Basic Needs for Human Life. Dug Well Water is Used by the Jenemadingi Hamlet Community as a source of clean water for daily life such as: bathing, washing clothes, kitchen activities, and bathrooms/toilets. This counseling activity took place in Je'nemadingi Hamlet which was attended by 30 residents. The methods used during the activity were lectures and discussions. At the beginning of the activity, the team conducted counseling related to well water sanitation and its impacts and how to overcome it. The method of this counseling stage was carried out through 3 stages, namely: the socialization stage, the Implementation stage. This activity includes 3 sessions, including: The first stage: Pre-test, which is given through a questionnaire, through the lecture method, questions and answers, and discussions Post-test and assessing the results of the post-test and Stage 3 monitoring and evaluation. The clean water sanitation access education program for the Community succeeded in significantly increasing the knowledge of participants. The average value increased from 19.26 in the pre-test to 21.78 in the post-test, with a p-value of 0.001 indicating a significant difference. These results confirm the effectiveness of the clean water sanitation education program
