Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the direct or indirect influence of study habits, nutritional status and economic level on the physical fitness of students at SMA N 7 Kerinci. This type of quantitative research uses a comparative causal approach, the population in this study was 101 class X students of SMA N 7 Krinci and the sample used was 30 people with sampling using random sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaire sheets for study habits and economic level variables, the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) for physical fitness variables and body mass index (BMI) measurements for nutritional status variables. The data obtained will be analyzed using (Part Analysis). The results of the research and analysis show: (1) There is a direct influence of study habits on physical fitness, with a Py1 of 0.316 or 9.98%. (2) There is a direct influence of nutritional status on physical fitness, with a Py2 of 0.306 or 9.93%. (3) There is a direct influence of economic level on physical fitness, with a py3 of 0.461 or 21.25%. (4) there is no influence of study habits through economic level on fitness, with a p-value of 0.289 > 0.05. (5) There is no influence of nutritional status through economic level on physical fitness, with a p-value of 0.235 > 0.05. (6) There is an influence of study habits, nutritional status and economic level together on physical fitness with an Rsquare value of 0.399 or 39.9%.

Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers in the field, it can be seen that the football dribbling skills of Guguk Malintang Junior SSB students are still low. It is suspected that the learning strategies used by trainers are still less effective and also less attention is paid to students' coordination abilities. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning strategies, inquiry learning strategies and coordination skills on soccer dribbling skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population of this study were all 32 students of SSB Guguk Malintang Jumior who were registered at SSB. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling, so the sample in this study was 32 people. The instruments used in this study were the Körperkoordinationstest Für Kinder (KTK) test and the dribbling skill test. Data were analyzed using two way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by a T-test. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) Overall, the football dribbling skills of Guguk Malintang Junior SSB students. those who were taught through the cooperative strategy had better results than the group of students who were taught through the inquiry strategy (Fcount = 2.515 Ftable = 2.048).(2) Overall there is a difference in the results of the treatment of football dribbling skills between groups of students who have high coordination abilities and students who have low coordination skills are accepted, because the calculation results show that Fcount = 28.18 Ftable = 4.20. (3) There is an interaction between the learning strategy and the ability to coordinate the soccer dribbling skills of Guguk Malintang Junior SSB students (Fcount =10.68 Ftable = 4.20).(4) In the group of students who have high coordination skills who are taught through a cooperative strategy the results are better than the group of students who are taught through an inquiry strategy(Qh=9.393 Q = 2.145).(5) In the group of students who have low coordination skills who are taught through cooperative strategies the results are better than the group of students who are taught through inquiry strategies(Qn = 0.530 Qt = 2.145).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the learning program of Physical Education Sports and Health of basic locomotor movements in Tabir District Public Elementary School, Merangin Regency Jambi, with aspects of the relevance of learning to the merdeka curriculum, the background of physical education sports and health (PJOK) teachers and facilities and infrastructure, the process of implementing Physical Education Sports and Health (PJOK) learning, and the value received during learning. This type of research is qualitative research with a program evaluation method. The design of the research model to be used is based on the CIPP model which involves all parties in the evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, documentation, and observation methods. The results of this study from the Context aspect, the PJOK learning program for locomotor basic movement material of State Elementary Schools in Tabir District, Merangin Regency, Jambi is relevant to the Merdeka curriculum that is being implemented in schools. From the Input aspect, public elementary physical education teachers in Tabir District, Merangin Jambi Regency have an undergraduate educational background (S1) in sports education who have completed their education from various universities in Sumatra. From the aspect of facilities and infrastructure in public elementary schools in Tabir District, Merangin Jambi Regency, it is still incomplete. In the process of implementing learning, teachers have used teaching modules and ATP (flow of learning objectives) in accordance with the MERDEKA curriculum but teachers are still learning the curriculum because in some schools there are still teachers who have never attended training related to the merdeka curriculum. From the Product aspect, the achievement of PJOK learning outcomes in the basic locomotor material of State Elementary Schools in Tabir District, Merangin Regency, Jambi has not been maximized. This can be seen from the scores of students who are still below the KKM.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap amalan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Desa Suka Datang. Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah adalah salah satu tarekat sufi yang memiliki pengikut yang cukup banyak di Indonsia. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada bagaimana masyarakat di Desa Suka Datang memahami, mengamalkan, dan proses amalan-amalan yang dilakukan oleh pengikut tarekat ini. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam skripsi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif sebagai tekhnik pengumpulan data. Wawancara akan dilakukan dengan beberapa anggota tarekat Naqsyabandiyah dan juga masyarakat Desa Suka Datang yang tidak terlibat dalam tarekat ini. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikn gambaran yang jelas tentang persepsi masyarakat terhadap amalan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Desa Suka Datang. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang keberagaman keagamaan di Indonesia dan juga memberikan wawasan bagi masyarakat umu tentang tarekat Naqsyabandiyah.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum adanya model latihan Fisik sepak bola yang dirancang khusus menggabungkan semua komponen latihan kondisi fisik yaitu daya tahan (endurance), kekuatan (strength), daya ledak (power), kecepatan (speed), kelentukan (flexibility), kelincahan (agility), keseimbangan (balance), dan koordinasi (coordination) yang disebut dengan model latihan fisik holistik di lingkungan Sumatera Barat khususnya Universitas Negeri Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model latihan fisik dengan pendekatan holistik dalam sepak bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan desain model yang diadaptasi dari Borg & Gall.Subjek penelitian adalah pemain sepak bola junior SSB Adiyaksa Rejang Lebong usia 17serta tiga orang ahli sepak bola sebagai penilai.Pengembangan model latihan ini dilakukan dengan mengujicobakan model terhadap atlet SSB Adiyaksamenggunakan uji kelompok kecil yang berjumlah 10 orang atlet dan uji kelompok besar yang berjumlah 20 orang atlet dimana metode yang digunakan adalah metode validitas ahli dengan penilaian menggunakan instrumen angket dan metode pre-test dan retest untuk uji reliabilitas produk (model latihan fisik) yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus r korelasional. Proses pengembangan model latihan holistik ini dilakukan melalui tahapan pertama yaitu mencari potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, disain produk, validasi disain, revisi disain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, dan revisi produk.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu: 1) Angket/Kusioner penilain untuk pengembangan model, 2) Tes latihan fisik dengan Yo-Yo Intermitten Recovery Test (Yo-Yo IR test) pengembangan tes VO2Max untukmengetahui kemampuan Daya tahan seorang atlet. Kemudian dilakukan uji validasi ahli dengan penilaian angket sehingga diperoleh validitas 89,6% kategori “Sangat Baik/layak” dan uji reliabilitas kelompok kecil sebesar 0.999 dengan kategori “Tinggi” dan kelompok besar sebesar 0.997dengan kategori reliabilitas keduanya “Tinggi”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui keefektifan model project based learning dalam kurikulum merdeka terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar lempar lembing pada mahasiswa kepelatihan olahraga Universitas Jambi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan model penelitian pre-test-post-test pada kelompok (kelas) yang berjumlah 26 mahasiswa. Peneliti menemukan hasil:1) Ada perbedaan keterampilan teknik dasar lempar lembing mahasiswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkannya model belajar berbasis proyek, 2) Penggunaan model belajar berbasis proyek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap teknik dasar lempar lembing pada mahasiswa kepelatihan olahraga, dan 3) Penggunaan perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif pada keterampilan teknik dasar lempar lembing dan berada pada kategori baik

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran  yang disusun menggunakan model problem based learning berbantuan multimedia dan mendeskripsikan penerapan model problem based learning berbantuan multimedia dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tim pada kegiatan pemecahan masalah siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitianini  adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Tempat penelitian SDN 64/I Muara Bulian, subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V. Prosedur penelitian: 1) perencanaan 2) pelaksanaan, 3) pengamatan dan 4) refleksi. Teknik Pengumpulan data : Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian telah dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus.Hasil penelitian yaitu rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran disusun bersama tim peneliti dan guru kelas yang mengikuti standar pada kurikulum 2013, Penerapan model problem based learning berbatuan multimedia dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tim, terlihat dalam kegiatan pemecahan masalah di dalam kelompok/tim pada proses pembelajaran IPA di kelas V. Setiap tim diberikan sebuah permasalahan melalui video pembelajaran dan mendiskusikannya bersama anggota. Selanjutnya tim mempresentasikan hasil dari diskusi /kerja tim yang telah dilakukan. Hasil pengamatan pada siklus I di peroleh data 70.23% siswa telahberkontribusi dalam kegiatan kerja tim, dan pada siklus II juga semakin meningkat menjadi 90.23% siswa.Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Keterampilan Kerja Tim       Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know the form of learning implementation plan that is prepared using multimedia assisted problem based learning models and describe the application of multimedia assisted problem based learning models in improving team work skills in problem solving activities of elementary school students. This type of research is classroom action research. The place of research is SDN 64 / I Muara Bulian, the subject of research is class V students. Research procedures: 1) planning 2) implementation, 3) observations and 4) reflection. Data collection techniques: Observation and Documentation. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The results of the study are that the implementation of learning plans are arranged together with the research team and class teachers who follow the standards in the 2013 curriculum. The application of multimedia-based problem based learning models in improving team work skills is seen in problem solving activities in groups / teams in the science learning process in class V Each team is given a problem through learning videos and discussing them with members. Next the team presents the results of the discussion / team work that has been done. The results of the observations in the first cycle were obtained by 70.23% of students who had contributed to the team work activities, and in the second cycle it also increased to 90.23% of students.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Team Work Skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan teknik pukulan pada atlet bulutangkis yang tergabung di Club Masri M Kota Payakumbuh. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi empat teknik dasar pukulan yang meliputi servis, lob, dropshot, dan smash. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif terkait tingkat penguasaan teknik dasar tersebut pada para atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan populasi sebanyak 20 atlet bulutangkis di Club Masri M. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui serangkaian tes keterampilan teknik pukulan, yang kemudian dianalisis untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan masing-masing teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan teknik pukulan para atlet berada pada kategori sedang, yang masih memerlukan peningkatan signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi para pelatih dan atlet untuk lebih fokus dalam pembinaan teknik dasar bulutangkis, terutama dalam meningkatkan akurasi dan efektivitas pukulan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan proses pembinaan atlet di Club Masri M dapat lebih terarah sehingga dapat menghasilkan prestasi yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian serupa dalam mengembangkan strategi latihan bulutangkis yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pemahaman teknik lari dan kecepatan lari 100 meter pada atlet lari putri Kota Padang. Lari 100 meter merupakan nomor sprint yang sangat kompetitif, membutuhkan kombinasi kekuatan fisik, teknik optimal, dan daya tahan mental. Teknik yang baik memungkinkan atlet memaksimalkan efisiensi gerakan dan mengurangi risiko cedera. Sebanyak 20 atlet lari putri Kota Padang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Pemahaman teknik lari sebagai variabel independen diukur menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert (1–5), sedangkan kecepatan lari 100 meter sebagai variabel dependen diukur menggunakan stopwatch atau sistem pengukur waktu elektronik dalam satuan detik. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan rata-rata pemahaman teknik lari sebesar 3,25 dengan standar deviasi 0,97, dan rata-rata waktu tempuh lari 100 meter sebesar 14,42 detik dengan standar deviasi 0,82. Analisis korelasi Pearson mengungkapkan hubungan positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara pemahaman teknik lari dan kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,952 (p < 0,01). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pemahaman teknik lari, semakin cepat waktu tempuh atlet. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan pelatihan atlet di Kota Padang. Pendekatan berbasis teknik, penguatan fisik, dan dukungan psikologi olahraga dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan performa sprint. Namun, keterbatasan ukuran sampel dan faktor eksternal menjadi kendala yang memerlukan penelitian lanjutan. Dengan hasil ini, diharapkan atlet lari putri Kota Padang dapat bersaing lebih kompetitif di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

The problem in the research is in the background because the understanding of the football game of Shiva Sd Bakti 2 nairatul jannah has not been maximized. This is suspected, because the learning process given to students does not run well for the understanding of elementary school students. The purpose of the research is to develop physical education teaching materials E-Module for Physical Education, Sports and Health on Football Materials Based on Playing Football for elementary school students. The research model used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall approach modified by Sugiyono. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a modified development model from Borg & Gall. The research stages include problem identification, data collection, e-module design, expert validation, product trials, and revision and refinement. The subject of the study was a student of SD IT Bakti 2 Nairatul Jannah, who showed high enthusiasm for the game of football but had difficulty in understanding the game strategy effectively. The validation results show that the e-module developed meets the eligibility criteria with the category of "very feasible" to be used in PJOK learning. In addition, field trials showed an increase in students' understanding of basic football techniques, game strategies, as well as increased motivation to learn. Thus, this e-module is expected to be an innovative solution in increasing the effectiveness of PJOK learning in elementary schools.
