Abstract

This study aims to determine the capability of the Office of Education and Culture in managing heritage tourism in Sukabumi City. The research method in this study uses a qualitative research type, with 4 informants through observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results found that overall, the management of heritage tourism in Sukabumi City can be said to be good and quite effective. However, in practice, a holistic approach is needed that includes better coordination between institutions, increased promotional efforts and legal improvements, as well as active community involvement to ensure more effective preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. In addition, researchers found that the biggest challenges faced in the management of cultural heritage in Sukabumi City include legal aspects, budgeting, and conflicts of interest between institutions. The importance of a strong legal stipulation related to cultural heritage was highlighted. Meanwhile, cooperation between institutions such as the Culture Office, Tourism Office, and Archives Office needs to be strengthened to better promote destinations and maintain cultural heritage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the one-stop integrated service program (LTSA) in the effort to protect Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) in Sukabumi Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are measured by indicators of implementation by Charles O Jones (1996), namely organization, interpretation and application. The results of this study are that the implementation of the program involves many parties, where inter-agency cooperation is important to ensure service integration and provide maximum benefits to the community. Then the application of the LTSA program for the protection of migrant workers is to pay attention to important aspects such as justice, non-discrimination, confidentiality and active participation of migrant workers, this aims to minimize the form of exploitation by irresponsible individuals. The implementation of the program is still faced with the obstacle that there are still illegal migrant workers who are exploited or get violence due to departure and work abroad not according to existing procedures.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of divorce case services at the Sukabumi Religious Court, and to find out what are the driving and inhibiting factors in providing divorce case services at the Sukabumi Religious Court. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The unit of analysis in this research is the one-stop Integrated Service function. The data collection techniques used was observation, interview, and documentation. This research uses data triangulation in testing data validity or data validation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study highlights noteworthy improvements in the operations of the Sukabumi Religious Court, which encompass upgraded complaints desks and waiting room facilities, indicative of heightened accessibility. Demonstrating empathy awareness, measures have been taken to comprehend applicants' socio-economic conditions. Service reliability is bolstered through monthly evaluations and the provision of clear procedural information. The court's prompt resolution of complaints underscores its commendable responsiveness. Moreover, endeavours to uphold privacy and professionalism contribute to fostering confidence in the court's proceedings.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi kehidupan Agama dan sosial budaya masyarakat Arab sebelum Islam masuk masih menganut paham Jahilliyah yang diantaranya, menyembah berhala, perbudakan serta seni arsitektur dan syair. Setelah Islam masuk di Jazirah Arab yang dibawa oleh Nabi Muhammad Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam paham-paham Jahiliyah mulai ditinggalkan, didalam perkembangan Islam di Jazirah Arab munculah beberapa tokoh penyebar Agama Islam salah satunya adalah Bilal bin Rabbah. Peranan Bilal bin rabah yang sangat berpengaruh dalam perkembangan Islam yaitu sebagai kepercayaan Rasull untuk mengumandangkan Adzan sekaligus menjadi Muadzin Pertama dalam Islam di seluruh dunia hal itu berdampak bagi kehidupan sekarang khususnya bagi kaum Muslim. selain itu juga Bilal berperan dalam Perang badar dia berhasil membunuh bekas majikannya semasa masih menjadi Budak yaitu Umayah bin Khalaf sekaligus menandai kemenangan kaum Muslim dalam perang tersebut.Kata Kunci: Bilal, Jazirah Arab ABSTRACTThe results showed that the condition of religious and socio-cultural life of Arab society before Islam arrived, still adopts Jahilliyah. there are a few characteristics of Jahilliyah, such as: dolatry, bondage and architectural art and poetry. After the Islamic religion which is brought by Prophet Muhammad Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam entered in Jazirah Arab, the notion of Ignorance Jahilliyah becoming obsolete. in the development of Islam in Jazirah Arab emerged several prominent propagator Islam, one of them is Bilal bin Rabbah. The role of Bilal bin Rabah highly influential in the development of Islam that as a person who is trusted by the prophet to peal Adzan and become the first Muezzin of Islam around the world. nowadays, it has implications for life, especially for Muslims. Besides that, Bilal bin Rabbah have an important role in the War of Badr. he succeeded to kill a former master “Umayyah bin Khalaf” when he was still a slave. it shows that the victory of Muslims in the war.Keyword: Bilal, Jazirah Arab

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship and test the influence of togetherness and solidarity on the spirit of mutual cooperation, as well as to see the influence of togetherness and solidarity on the leadership of RT apparatus in Belian sub-district. Methodology: In this study, there are several stages that are carried out to get the expected results. Starting from conducting field observations, looking for what relationships can strengthen the spirit of mutual cooperation and improve the leadership of RT apparatus. Results: The results obtained from this study are that there is a strong influence between the variables studied due to the results obtained, namely the value of CR is greater than the value of the t-table, which shows that there is an influential effect on the research conducted. The relationship and influence between independent variables and dependent variables is quite strong and it can also be seen that the influence of the intervening variable The influence of Togetherness on Leadership Through the Spirit of Mutual Cooperation has a direct effect with the t-count value (1.882503) greater than the t-table (1.655), and this can be said that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable and by using the intervening variable turns out to have a direct and significant influence result. Limitations: In this study, the researcher has limitations on the variables that are studied and this allows other researchers to use this research as a reference and replace some variables that are considered very influential to improve the leadership of the RT device.

Abstract

Infrastruktur jalan memainkan peran vital dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Ruas Jalan Pangleseran-Cibatu di Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan jalur strategis yang kondisinya mengalami kerusakan signifikan, mengancam keselamatan pengguna dan menghambat aktivitas ekonomi. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kabupaten Sukabumi, melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) terkait, bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Dinas PU dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan infrastruktur Jalan Pangleseran-Cibatu, termasuk strategi yang diterapkan, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampaknya terhadap kondisi jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Dinas PU telah melakukan upaya perbaikan, namun keterbatasan anggaran, kondisi cuaca, dan tingginya intensitas lalu lintas menjadi hambatan utama dalam pemeliharaan jalan. Diperlukan peningkatan koordinasi antar instansi, perencanaan yang lebih efektif, dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan kualitas infrastruktur jalan di Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Collaborative Governance in basic social rehabilitation for the elderly in Sukabumi City. The focus of this research is to understand how collaboration among various stakeholders can enhance the effectiveness of services for the elderly. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with six informants from various institutions involved in elderly services, including the Social Affairs Office, the Health Office, and the Elderly Institutions (LLI). The results show that initial conditions, such as imbalances in resources and knowledge, affect the effectiveness of collaboration. Good institutional design, with clear basic rules and planning, has proven essential in guiding and facilitating collaboration. Facilitative leadership also plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth process of collaboration, supported by related parties who help guide and motivate stakeholders. The collaborative process, involving intensive communication, trust-building, and joint strategic planning, yields tangible benefits for elderly services. These findings affirm that trust, a shared mission understanding, and strategic planning are key factors in the success of Collaborative Governance for the social rehabilitation of the elderly in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation is implemented and find out what are the obstacles in the policy of procuring Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for honorary teachers in Sukabumi City. In order to approach this problem, the theoretical references of Donald S. Van Metter & Carl E. Van Horn are used, using 6 variables including a) Executor's size and objectives, b) Resources, c) Relationships between organizations, d) Characteristics of implementing organizations, e ) Social, political and economic conditions, f) Disposition of the executors. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation in Sukabumi City is running effectively and has no significant obstacles, the implementation of PPPK procurement policies in Sukabumi City has involved various parties who pay attention to the relevant parties, optimizing existing resources, maintaining inter-organizational relations, prioritizing the character of implementing organizations, conditions social, political, and economic, as well as maintaining the disposition of the executors.

Abstract

This study aims to detect leptospirosis serologically and serovars found in cattle in the Sukabumi and Cianjur areas. 165 cattle serum samples were taken randomly in the Sukabumi and Cianjur region. Microscopic Agglutination Tests (MAT) were used for serological testing using the antigens of Leptospira serovar Icterohaemorrhagiae, Javanica, Celledoni, Canicola, Ballum, Pyrogenes, Cynopteri, Rachmati, Australis, Pomona, Grippotyphosa, Hardjo, Bataviae, and Tarassovi. The MAT results showed that positive serum leptospirosis in cattle in Sukabumi region was 18.75%, with serovars Hardjo 16.25%, Tarassovi 1.25%, and Hardjo and Tarassovi (1.25%). Meanwhile, in Cianjur region, positive serum was 30.60% with serovar Hardjo 22.35%, Tarassovi 2.35%, Icterohaemorrhagiae 1.18%, Grippotyphosa 1.18%, Hardjo and Tarassovi 1.18%, Cynopteri and Hardjo (1.18%), Rachmati, Pomona, Bataviae and Tarassovi (1.18%). Leptospira serovar Hardjo was the dominant serovar in both regions. Overall, one serovar was detected in 22.42% of cattle, two serovars in 1.82% and four serovars in 0.61% cattle.

Abstract

The Sukabumi City Manpower Service is an element implementing the technical tasks of regional autonomy which has the task of regional government affairs based on the principle of regional autonomy, as well as carrying out the functions of formulating policies, administering government affairs and coaching and implementation in accordance with the scope of its duties. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Capacity Building of the Sukabumi City Manpower Office is absorbing labor. The background to this research is the lack of quality and quantity of instructors, the absence of functional training instructors owned by the Sukabumi City Manpower Office, and the still limited modules and standards for job training, which affects the process, capacity and quality of training. This research uses theory according to Grindle (1997:5) with three dimensions. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, as well as data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that various programs carried out by the Manpower Department have been running but have not been effective, seen from the lack of job training instructors and the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure.
