Abstract

Nilai IC50 ekstrak rimpang temu ireng sebesar 746,75?g/mL, nilai IC50 masker gel peel-off ekstrak rimpang temu ireng sebesar 5.569,90?g/mL, dan nilai IC50 vitamin C sebesar 24,65?g/mL.

The research results show that the laws used to assist in the corruption crime in this case meet the elements of assistance regulated in Article 56 of the Criminal Code. However, there are challenges in ensuring substantive justice, especially in considering the role and contribution of the accomplice to the main crime. The focus of this analysis is on the fulfilment of the elements of the crime of aiding, the role of the defendant in the overall corruption crime, and the conformity of the decision with the applicable laws and regulation.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of State Asset Management (BMN) at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of South Sulawesi Province through the utilization of two key digital systems: the Institutional Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) and the State Asset Management Information System (SIMAN). Both systems serve as integrated tools that support accurate, efficient, and accountable recording, administration, monitoring, and reporting of government-owned assets. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with asset management personnel at BPS South Sulawesi and with supervisory institutions, namely DJKN and KPKNL. Data analysis was carried out through categorization, data reduction, and visualization using the R libraries wordclouds and ggplot. The findings reveal that implementing SAKTI and SIMAN has significantly improved transparency, data accuracy, and process efficiency in BMN management. However, several challenges persist, including limitations in human resource competencies, data inconsistencies across systems, delays in updating asset information, and technical constraints on system access and connectivity. Strengthening system integration, enhancing staff capacity, improving inter-unit coordination, and upgrading technological infrastructure are essential further to improve the effectiveness and accountability of state asset management.

Abstract

This study examines how human resource management (HRM) practices enable the successful implementation of Indonesia’s Merdeka Curriculum to support deep learning in elementary schools. Using a qualitative multiple-case study design, data were collected from four elementary schools in Palu City, Indonesia. The data sources included interviews with school leaders and teachers, classroom observations, and relevant district-level policy documents. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns in HRM practices related to curriculum implementation. The findings reveal four interdependent themes: strategic HRM alignment, professional development transformation, leadership and school culture, and systemic support and constraints. These themes form an integrated HRM–Deep Learning Synergy model, illustrating a continuous relationship in which supportive policy environments sustain teacher recruitment, capacity building, and collaborative leadership. The study also finds that weaknesses in one component—such as limited professional development or rigid administrative structures—can disrupt the overall cycle and reduce curriculum effectiveness. This research contributes to the literature on educational leadership, HRM, and deep learning by offering practical implications for policymakers and school leaders seeking to transform schools into learning organizations that foster higher-order thinking and meaningful learning.
