Abstract

Changes in the educational institutions of Islam which is a positive response to the modernist Muslims against Muslims backwardness of modern Western advances. Efforts renewal and modernization of Islamic education is done by improving the quality of education which according to V. Gasparez include keterwujudan, reliability, kecepattanggapan, assurance, and empathy. Quality improvement in schools necessitates the commitment of human resources education   that   participated   memuncukan   productive   work   ethic.   The commitment of human resources education in schools aimed at improving the quality of education embodied in the form of affective commitment in the form of an emotional attachment educators as well as education and awareness normative commitment in the form of individual educators of their responsibilities.

Abstract

Public Public relations behaviour in educational institutions plays a very important role in maintaining communication between institutions and related stakeholders. However, some educational institutions do not understand the duties and functions of public relations. Public relations should also understand the expectations of institutional stakeholders around educational institutions. Understanding the cultural characteristics of society has a major contribution to the behaviour of institutional public relations. This research was conducted to understand the contribution of culture to public relations behaviour in educational institutions in the mountainside area, precisely in the Situbondo district. Qualitative methods were used in this research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data validity techniques of triangulation and extended observation. Based on the results of the research in the mountainside area, there are several cultures that influence the behaviour and PR strategies in the institution. these cultures include the sowan tradition, local communication patterns, door-to-door approach, and rewarding. This research is expected to provide a rich and comprehensive perspective on the contribution of cultural intermediaries to PR behaviour in educational institutions, especially mountain slope institutions.

Abstract

Brand development in improving brand quality at the elementary school (SD) level, namely SDIT Nurul Anshar and SDN 4 Curah Jeru, Situbondo Regency. Brand Innovation is defined to shape public perception, build public trust in the brand, build public love for the brand. The purpose of this article is to explain how as a leader you can develop a school brand to be better, where society currently really needs quality and superior schools to be a place of learning for its children, therefore a brand that is proven to be good will invite the public's trust to become the school of choice. This research uses a qualitative approach by interviewing school principals, teachers, parents, students, and the community as the main respondents. The data collected was then analyzed thematically to identify patterns and findings that emerged regarding the development of the school brand and its impact on the school and community. The research results show that brand development has a positive impact on school quality. Now many schools are following brand innovation methods that can improve school quality. This is achieved by school principals, teachers, students, and the community who can work together to achieve goals. There are several factors that influence school brand development, namely strategic planning which includes positioning, differentiation, and brand service processes. Followed by strategic implementation, namely developing superior programs, developing achievements, and forming character. In addition, this article highlights the importance of support and collaboration between school principals, teachers, students, parents, and the community to achieve optimal results. This research also provides a better understanding of the role of school principals in developing brands. The practical implication of this research is the importance of developing a school brand through appropriate training and education. By developing a school brand, it is hoped that it can improve school quality, community commitment and trust, which will ultimately have a positive impact on education in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the strategies carried out by educators at MAN 1 Probolinggo as superior madrasas in an effort to instill religious moderation values. As well as the implementation of moderation values that were implemented through a literacy culture with a national perspective by educators at MAN 1 Probolinggo towards students. This research used a qualitative approach through case studies. The research was developed through several forms consisting of; integration, indoctrination, democratization and enculturation. The process of data analysis researchers collect data, analyze data. The results of the study showed the success of applying moderation in everyday life through a culture of literacy with a national perspective. So that the benchmark for moderation education was literacy that builds students' critical power, then teacher creativity in class management so that it accommodated the student's critical power and so that teachers indoctrinated religious moderation values in creative and interesting ways according to learners character. The results obtained from this indoctrination were students are able to be tolerant, flexible, not rigid, and open minded.

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the influence of social support and psychological resilience on student behavior. The research is motivated by the need to understand the factors influencing student behavior within the scope of education. Social support is an important factor that can affect the psychological and social development of students, while psychological resilience reflects students' ability to cope with challenges and stress in everyday life. The research approach employed is quantitative with a correlational design. Data for this study were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. ased on the findings of this research, it was found that: 1) There is a positive influence of social support on psychological resilience, as evidenced by the value of 0.187, which is smaller than 0.698. 2) There is a positive influence of social support on student behavior, which is 0.329, smaller than 0.698. 3) There is a positive influence of psychological resilience on student behavior, amounting to 0.195, smaller than 0.684. 4) There is a simultaneous influence of social support and psychological resilience on student behavior, amounting to 0.367, smaller than 0.604. This indicates that social support and psychological resilience play an important role in shaping student behavior. The higher the social support and psychological resilience obtained by students, the higher the positive influence on student behavior. The findings of this research are expected to provide new insights into the importance of social support and psychological resilience in shaping student behavior.

Abstract

This paper present the Kiai in an era of disruption who is required to be involved in the world of politicians without having to reduce the counterproduction of a Kiai. This study uses the Library Research method which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism and emphasizes the ethnographic model which aims to describe cultural characteristics. Furthermore, the authors explain the implementation of the model in various disciplines. The result showed that Kiai Politicians who have great potential to bring pesantren's environment to the realm of politic's world without damaging the reputation of a Kiai himself. By this role as a politician, Kiai is required to be able to influence the community with a sincere spirit who adheres to Islamic law. This is where the role of a politician Kiai requires a circle-C formula in a Kiai Politician Personal Branding. Competency, able to improve the society's paradigm towards politician Kiai. Connectivity, the strategic rule in media education, is better monitored. Creatifity, understanding passion as an action, and Contribution is being able to control the reputation of the keys that have been built.

Abstract

This paper describes the management of early childhood mood in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic through qualitative research approaches and types of case studies. Covid’s-19 pandemic that hit the world has changed most of human activities. This pandemic anables everyone to do their own work by staying at home, studying at home and working at home. It was requested that the government had appealed. This research aims to learn how to regulate early childhood moods so that they can be disciplined in the midst of this pandemic. There are several methods that can be used, use the exemplary method, habitation, and discuss individuals. Besides that, there are other things that can also be done, such a giving awards to children who have met the specified discipline standards, for example, providing additional play time. And give punishment the sentence consist of no award received, not with punches, screams or twists.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the strengths and abilities of leaders in increasing the obedience of their subordinates through the study of figures, namely KH. Moh. Zuhri Zaini is the caretaker of the Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach to character study. Data were obtained from a collection of biographies about KH. Moh. Zuhri Zaini and interviews with his subordinates who act as administrators at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. The results showed the strength of KH. Moh. Zuhri Zaini, in making his subordinates obedient, is charismatic, authoritative, inspiring, and humble. The goal is to understand the character of a person KH. Zuhri Zaini about his strength and ability to make his subordinates obedient by recognizing his subordinates. This research is also an additional insight and reference for leaders in influencing the compliance factor of their subordinates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial governance of Islamic boarding schools where centralization and decentralization policies are the focus of this research. The research method uses qualitative research that is descriptive of a phenomenon that occurs at the research location. Data collection techniques used documentation, interviews, and observations with three steps, namely: data reduction (Data Condensation), data presentation (Data Display), and data verification (Data Verification). There is a problem where the change in decentralization policy to centralization in financial governance has an impact on the sustainability of pesantren education. From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that in the financial management of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, financial governance is carried out through the process of financial planning, implementation, reporting, evaluation, and financial supervision. In this case, Islamic boarding schools need to issue a more decentralized financial policy direction in which regions and educational institutions can optimize their resources and be creative in managing their resources.

Abstract

This research aims to produce Pesantren-based experiential marketing; emotional sense analysis in building customer loyalty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data that has been collected is analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the process of experiential marketing is based on Pesantrens; emotional sense analysis in building customer loyalty is carried out through the provision of stimuli and cognitive consistency. Providing stimuli in Pesantren-based experiential marketing is carried out with osabar, ospectren, and harlah events. Meanwhile building cognitive consistency is done by Exemplary of Kyai, organizational climate and culture of pesantren, and spiritual experience. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menemukan teori tentang marketing based on spiritual experience.
