Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pada dasarnya kuman penyebab TB paru dapat menyerang organ tubuh lain, akan tetapi sebagian besar menyerang paru-paru. Jumlah kasus TB paru di wilayah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow sebanyak 522 kasus. Jumlah kasus di Puskesmas Inobonto pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 25 kasus dan tahun 2019 sebanyak 35 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Inobonto. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 73 orang dengan cara pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan (ρ = 0,000), riwayat kontak (ρ = 0,003), dan kebiasaan merokok (ρ = 0,006), dengan nilai ρ < 0,05 memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian TB paru. Perlunya meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan penyakit TB paru secara mendalam.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Analysis of the Quality of Educational Services at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School, Lahat Regency." The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the quality of educational services at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School, to identify and analyze the factors influencing the improvement of educational service quality at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School, and to identify and analyze strategies for improving the quality of educational services at Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi Junior High School. The data analysis techniques used were data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and data analysis techniques. The results showed that tangible indicators, reliability indicators, and assurance indicators were all functioning well but needed further optimization. The inhibiting factors in improving the quality of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi from the research results are: discipline, there are still teachers who are less disciplined in obeying school regulations and there is still a lack of existing learning media such as projectors which are only 2. While supporting factors include: the use of learning resources outside the classroom that can be utilized such as: nature, and the environment as well as the existence of good interaction and communication between school residents and parents. While the principal's strategy in implementing the improvement of the quality of MTS Al-Ikhlas Tanjung Sakti Pumi teachers is by involving teachers in scientific forums (seminars, training, workshops, workshops and courses), further studies, welfare allowances, provision of supporting facilities such as provision of internet facilities to access new information, purchasing new books that support teacher performance and involving teachers in professional certificate programs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction, individually and collectively, on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial and simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Human resource development significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Job satisfaction significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction simultaneously significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency.
