Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the street vendor relocation policy on Losari Beach, Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Impact of the Street Vendor Relocation Policy on Losari Beach, Makassar City has a good impact. Based on the four indicators of the theory put forward by Samodra Wibawa (1994) on the impact of the policy, it is known that the three indicators are included in the category of having a good impact. These indicators are organizational impact, impact on society, and impact on institutions and social systems, while the individual impact indicator has a less good impact on the street vendor relocation policy on Losari Beach, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Archive Management System at the Representative Office of the National Family Planning Population Agency (BKKBN) of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the Archives Management System at the Representative Office of the National Family Planning Population Agency (BKKBN) of South Sulawesi Province is seen from Ahmad Saransi's Archive Management (2014), namely: (1) Creation of Archives, (2) Arrangement/Storage of Archives, (3) Borrowing Archives, (4) Rediscovery of Archives, (5) Maintenance of Archives, (6) Shrinkage of Archives shows optimal results. The assessment of the Archives Management System is seen from the observations of researchers and the results of interviews between researchers and informants, so it can be concluded that this archive management can be said to be going well. This is proven by the existence of human resources who are experts in managing archives consisting of young archivists, first-time archivists and skilled archivists and are supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure so that the archive management becomes optimal.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is an approach that allows the discovery and understanding of the meaning of certain individuals or groups of people from social or humanitarian problems. The type of qualitative descriptive research used in this research is collecting information about the role of community empowerment in Mammi Village, Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation.The research results show that in essence community empowerment is not forever, in other words community empowerment takes place through a learning process which is carried out in stages until the community achieves independence. The process for community empowerment will take place in stages. The programs that are being carried out so that the advanced TPS3R develops are the 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). By implementing the 3R principle, waste bank management in Mammi village will run in accordance with what the community in Mammi village expects.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Family Planning Village (KB) Program in Controlling the Birth Rate in Lipukasi Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Family Planning Program is quite effective in controlling the birth rate in Lipukasi Village. This can be seen from the results of interviews which show that the implementation of government programs has been going quite well. As well as PUS' understanding and knowledge of the family planning program also showed good results. And seen from the policy implementation indicators, namely: Interests influenced by the policy, Type of benefits generated, Degree of change desired, Location of decision making, program implementers, Resources deployed, Power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, Characteristics of institutions and authorities, Compliance and responsiveness. However, there are still several obstacles faced in implementing the Family Planning Program, namely that there are still people who do not understand or do not participate in the Family Planning Program for various reasons.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Bira Beach Tourism Sector Levy Management Policy in Increasing Regional Original Income in Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and produces descriptive data. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data was analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Bira Beach Tourism Sector Levy Management Policy in Increasing Regional Original Income in Bulukumba Regency. based on 6 major variables that must be achieved, namely: Sources and objectives of policy in the tourism government, especially conducting regulations related to beach management and regulating permits and licensing. The objectives of tourism policy are a) Policy sources and objectives to increase the contribution of the tourism sector to the local economy, b) Policy Sources Local governments, tourism agencies, international organizations, and local communities are very important to achieve holistic and sustainable management. C Characteristics Characteristics An effective tourism implementing agency must have the ability to actively involve local communities in coastal management. d) Communication between organizations has a good impact on tourism managers and local governments in Regional Original Revenue, e) The attitude of tourism implementers includes friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness. In addition, patience is also needed. Facing various kinds of tourists with different characters and needs, f) The economic, social and political environment has an important role in the development of tourism at the level of community participation and lack of knowledge about the procedures for managing tourist attractions. This causes these tourist attractions to not progress and even tend to regress.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Village Leadership Style in Bontorannu Village, Mariso District, Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive data analysis through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the Village Leadership Style in Bontorannu Village, Mariso District, Makassar City, the village head in Bontorannu Village, Mariso District, Makassar City based on leadership style indicators (Kartono, 2018) has a good leadership style in decision-making ability, motivating ability, communication skills, responsibility, and emotional control ability. However, the village head in Bontorannu village, Mariso District still has a poor leadership style in the ability to control subordinates, this is because the village head does not rely too much on the position to force or rule his subordinates and focuses more on developing employee abilities and becoming an inspirational leader. Based on the description of indicators to see the leadership style of the village head, it can be concluded that the style of the village head of Bontorannu village in leading tends to use a democratic leadership style, besides that occasionally the village head of Bontorannu also uses a participatory leadership style

Abstract

This study aims to determine Public Service Accountability in the Implementation of Building Permits (Case Study at the Makassar City Investment and One-Stop Service Office). This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Public Service Accountability in the Implementation of Building Permits (Case Study at the Makassar City Investment and One-Stop Services Office) is based on process accountability indicators according to Sheila Elwood (Raba, 2006), namely: 1) Compliance with procedures, 2) Public services with cost certainty, 3) Compliance with time standards, 4) Responsive public services, that in general are not fully accountable in providing services. This is based on that service references are not fully oriented to the service user (public/applicant), this can be seen from the length of time for issuance of the IMB and the priority of the applicant's interests are not fully prioritized because the applicant sometimes waits because the certainty of the IMB processing time is not informed and the officer concerned sometimes not in place.

Abstract

Policy on Assistance Educational for the Family Hope Program for the Welfare of the People of Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. Thesis. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. Supervised by Muhammad Guntur and Muh. Nur Yamin. This study aims to determine how much the Family Hope Program's educational assistance influences the welfare of the people of Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. In achieving the research objectives, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), and documentation. The data that was obtained from the research results were then processed using quantitative analysis to find out that the educational assistance of the Family Hope Program had an influence on the welfare of the people of Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. The research results show that: (1). The policy of educational assistance for the Family Hope Program in Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency shows that the nine indicators evaluating activities for the distribution of educational assistance for the Family Hope Program, namely availability, relevance, affordability, utilization, coverage, quality, effort, efficiency, and impact can be realized in the distribution educational assistance for the family of hope program in Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. (2). The welfare of the people of Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency shows that the four indicators of community welfare, namely the ability to survive, education, consumption level or pattern, as well as housing and the environment can be realized due to the distribution of educational assistance for the family of hope program in Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. (3). There is a significant influence between the educational assistance of the family hope program on the welfare of the people of Salenrang Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, namely with the value of the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.624 or equal to 62.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Participatory Planning in realizing Development in Salutambung Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that participatory planning is based on indicators of participatory planning steps, so the researchers draw the conclusion that participatory planning in realizing development in Salutambung Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency, is good planning, which has involved the people of Salutambung Village in the process up to the budget planning process that has been mutually agreed upon. The recommendations from this study are that the Salutambung Village Government needs to pay more attention to and coordinate with all Village Officials so that all the community and can be involved in any activities that are known to be implemented such as the Musrenbang and other Coordination Meetings, as well as the community better increasing their involvement in the development planning process such as during Musrenbang activities and Coordination Meetings held by the local Government, because community involvement will make it easier to define and decide on development issues to be carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the exclusive breast milk (ASI) service program in Bontobangun Village, Bulukumba Regency.This research includes qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the Exclusive Breast Milk (ASI) Program Services in Bontobangun Village, Bulukumba Regency including the dimension of achieving goals has been effective, the community has responded positively to the existence of this program and the IMD figures are increasing every year. The integration dimension shows that it is not yet effective because there are still some mothers who do not give their babies the right to breast milk, while the adaptation dimension is still not effective because in terms of increasing capacity, existing resources are not maximal in utilizing social media for socialization and the community wants it to exist. a wider, closed space for mothers.
