Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui : 1) Seberapa besar pengaruh Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Penawartama Tulang Bawang Lampung. 2) Seberapa besar pengaruh Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Penawartama Tulang Bawang Lampung. 3) Seberapa besar pengaruh Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik dan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Penawartama Tulang Bawang Lampung. penelitian Ex-PostFacto atau pengukuran sesudah kejadian. Berarti penelitian ini mengungkap data yang telah ada tanpa memberikan perlakuan atau manipulasi variable penelitian, melainkan mengungkap fakta berdasarkan pengukuran yang telah ada pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Penawartama Tulang Bawang Lampung yang terdiri dari 116 guru PNS dan 66 guru Non PNS, jadi jumlah total populasi adalah 182 guru dengan menggunakan teknik cluster proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Sebelum instrumen digunakan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknin pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket , wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik (X1) terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Guru (Y), terdapat pengaruh lansung positif Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran (X2) terhadap Produktiitas Kerja Guru (Y), terdapat pengaruh positif pelaksanaan supervise akademik (X1) dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran (X2) terhadap produktifitas kerja guru (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance dan corporate social responsibility melalui employee engagement terhadap employee retention pada perbankan BUMN di Kota Semarang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari 102 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan kriteria merupakan karyawan tetap generasi z dan milenial, telah bekerja di perbankan tersebut minimal 3 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan offline. Pengujian data menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, corporate social responsibility dan employee engagement secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap employee retention. Selain itu, work-life balance dan corporate social responsibility secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Meskipun, pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee engagement relatif kecil. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung corporate social responsibility terhadap employee retention yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement. Namun, employee engagement tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee retention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. This type of research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) which are addressed at HTC Solo Lt. UG Parking Jl. Ir. Soekarno Grogol, Madegondo Hamlet, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Indonesian Selling Car. The research plan will be carried out for 3 months. The population in this study is 120 employees who work at PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. In this study, it was determined that 40% of 120, namely 48, was rounded up to 50 employees. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique.The results of this study discipline, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Selling Cars (OLX Autos) Solo. Based on the t test, the results of discipline, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the effect of financial structure, asset composition, and liquidity level on the profits of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Over a period of 24 months, 78 companies in the manufacturing sector suffered losses due to sampling. It was successfully studied that the impact of asset structure on profitability was not significant, the impact of capital structure on real profitability, and liquidity had a significant impact on manufacturing companies based on this study. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the quality of management, workplace discipline, and staff productivity at the Boyolali Regency Ministry of Religion. Quantitative description is used in this kind of study. Employees at the Kantor Kementerian Agama in Kabupaten Boyolali were polled using a questionnaire. Employees of the Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Boyolali were the subjects of this investigation. This study has a sample size of 44 people. Saturated sampling is being used. Classical tests of assumptions, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination are all examples of methods that may be used to analyze data. Processing is done using IDM SPSS Statistics 26. This study found that three variables had a positive and statistically significant effect on employee output: leadership quality, disciplinary measures, and the physical setting of the workplace. Abstract

Abstract. The Sharia property industry in Indonesia has increased exponentially in recent years. Many Association of Sharia Property Developers (ADPS) members have recorded significant home sales. However, it is different with Tasnim Property, which has experienced a decline in home sales. This research aims to analyze consumer behaviour in making home purchase decisions, analyze internal factors, analyze micro and macro external factors, formulate alternative strategies and formulate strategic priorities that can be applied to Tasnim Property's business development strategy. This research was conducted from November 2022 to September 2023 with quantitative and qualitative approaches. In consumer behaviour analysis, the sampling technique used voluntary sampling through an online survey involving 75 respondents, and data analysis used SEM-PLS to determine the direct effect of product, price, place and promotion variables on home purchase decisions. In the strategic management analysis, the sampling technique used purposive sampling involving 6 respondents. Data analysis used the IFE matrix, Porter's Five Forces, PESTLE, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT and QSPM matrix. The results showed that the product and promotion variables significantly affected home purchasing decisions. In contrast, the price and place variables did not significantly affect home purchasing decisions. There are 8 alternative strategies that have been formulated, namely: (1) increasing cooperation with a large number of Sharia Property Agency partners, (2) a home sales strategy with a unit booking system through Virtual Reality technology, (3) increasing marketing activities through B2G, B2B and B2C cooperation offers, (4) recruiting professional and experienced CEOs in the property sector, (5) introducing Tasnim products by enlarging marketing areas, (6) implementing simplified licensing procedures through the OSS (Online Single Submission) application, related agencies in local governments and online PBG, (7) a strategy to buy materials directly from factories/distributors, and (8) establishing a research & development division. The priority strategy that can be recommended for Tasnim Property is to increase cooperation with many Sharia Property Agency partners. This strategy is essential for the company to increase the market share of Sharia property with more massive and vigorous marketing efforts. Industri properti syariah di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan secara eksponensial dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Banyak member Asosiasi Developer Properti Syariah (ADPS) berhasil membukukan rekor penjualan rumah dengan signifikan. Akan tetapi, berbeda dengan Tasnim Property yang mengalami penurunan penjualan rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian rumah, menganalisis faktor internal, menganalisis faktor eksternal mikro dan makro, merumuskan alternatif strategi dan merumuskan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam strategi pengembangan bisnis Tasnim Property. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2022 hingga September 2023 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pada analisis perilaku konsumen, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan voluntary sampling melalui survei online yang melibatkan 75 responden, dan analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji pengaruh langsung variabel product, price, place dan promotion terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah. Pada analisis manajemen strategik, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 6 responden, dan analisis data menggunakan matriks IFE, Porter’s Five Forces, PESTLE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel product dan promotion memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, sementara variabel price dan place tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah. Terdapat 8 alternatif strategi yang telah dirumuskan yaitu (1) meningkatkan kerjasama dengan mitra Agency Property Syariah dalam jumlah yang banyak, (2) strategi penjualan rumah dengan sistem booking unit melalui teknologi Virtual Reality, (3) meningkatkan aktivitas pemasaran melalui penawaran kerjasama B2G, B2B dan B2C, (4) merekrut CEO profesional dan berpengalaman di bidang properti, (5) memperkenalkan produk Tasnim dengan memperbesar wilayah pemasaran, (6) penerapan penyederhanaan prosedur perizinan melalui aplikasi OSS (Online Single Submission), dinas terkait di pemerintah daerah dan PBG online, (7) strategi membeli bahan material langsung ke pabrik/distributor, dan (8) membentuk divisi research & development. Strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan bagi Tasnim Property adalah meningkatkan kerjasama dengan mitra Agency Properti Syariah dalam jumlah banyak. Strategi ini sangat diperlukan perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan market share properti syariah dengan usaha pemasaran yang lebih masif dan gencar. Abstract

Studi ini dijalankan dengan maksud agar analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan kompetensi pada kinerja Polres Boyolali bisa diketahui. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam studi ini. Purposive sampling dipakai sebagai teknik untuk mengambil sampel dalam studi ini. Observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka adalah sejumlah metode yang dipakai untuk menghimpun data dalam studi ini. Uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi adalah sejumlah uji yang dipakai peneiti untuk menganalisis data. Hasilnya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi positif signifikan atas kinerja anggota Polres Boyolali. Kedisiplinan mempengaruhi positif signifikan atas kinerja anggota Polres Boyolali. Kompetensi mempengaruhi positif signifikan atas kinerja anggota Polres Boyolali. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted 0,415 dan sisanya mendapat pengaruh dari variabel lainnya yang tidak ada dalam studi ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and recommend business development strategies for Genong Farm Madiun using the Business Model Canvas approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results identify that the business model of Genong Farm Madiun encompasses nine elements of the Business Model Canvas: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and Cost Structure. Based on this analysis, strategic recommendations are provided for each element to enhance business operational effectiveness and efficiency. This research provides valuable insights into how Genong Farm Madiun can optimize its business model to achieve sustainable growth and increase market competitiveness. The recommendations given are expected to assist Genong Farm Madiun in designing better and more innovative business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of career development, self-efficacy and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. This type of research is a survey. The research subjects were 50 employees. This data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) career development has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction with a t count value of -0.211 < t table 2.01290 with a significant 0.834. 2) self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction with a t count value of 2.506> t table 2.01290 with a significant 0.016. 3) Non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a t count value of 3.572> t table 2.01290 with a significant 0.001. 4) Leadership, compensation, and work environment simultaneously affect employee work discipline with an F count value of 22.616> F table 2.81 with a significant 0.000. The contribution of leadership, compensation and work environment has a positive effect on employee work discipline by 59.6%.
