Abstract

VO2max has a very close relationship with the game of soccer because soccer games are played for quite a long time, namely two forty-five minutes, so a player must have good endurance before he can play according to what a coach wants. A soccer player's sporting performance is determined by high muscle endurance and cardiac and pulmonary endurance. Meanwhile, uphill training and fartlek training play a role in maintaining endurance and will help players avoid the risk of Overuse Injury. Many coaches only pay attention to muscle training without taking into account the endurance or VO2max of their players. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of uphill training and fartlek training on the VO2max ability of soccer players aged U13-14. The type of research used was experimental research with a two groob pre test post test design, with a sample size of 25 people who were divided into two groups, 13 people aged 13 years were given uphill training and 12 people aged 14 were given fartlek training. The instrument used to measure VO2max ability is the Bleep Test (multi-stage running). Data analysis used in this research used the t test. The results of this research show that uphill training and fartlek training can increase the VO2max ability of soccer players at SSB Bintang Kejora in students aged 13-14 years.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of interest of students in participating in physical education lessons students feel bored or fed up with the material taught by the teacher because the teacher only provides basic material without games. The aim to be achieved in this research is to improve service-learning outcomes using Problem Based Introduction (PBI) learning volleyball for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. The research method is classroom action research carried out in two cycle, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The population in this study were 11 students who were in class VIII at SMP Negeri 15 Mataramand the sample used in this study was purposive sampling because the sample chosen by the researcher specifically or deliberately chose one class based on the research objectives which were considered representative. The sample in this study was class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. Data collection techniques were by observation and assessment of the results of learning to service volleyball. The data analysis technique used inthis result is descriptive qualitative with persentage results. Based on the result of data analysis in cycle I, it was found that 11 students (34.37%) had completedtheir studies and 21 students (65.62%) had not yet completed their studies and the result of the second cycle II test showed that 28 students (87.5%) had completed their studies and 4 students (12.5%) have not completed their studies.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence Discounts, Promotions and Consumer Trust have on Purchasing Decisions among Shopee Application Users among students at the Mandalika University of Education Management Study Program Class of 2021. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to verify the influence of Discounts, Promotions and Consumer Trust which influence Mandalika Education University students' decisions in purchasing products on the Shopee application. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The results of this research show that there is a significant positive influence of discounts on purchasing decisions for Mandalika Education University students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive influence of promotion on purchasing decisions for Mandalika Education University students who use the Shopee application. There is a significant positive influence of Consumer Trust on purchasing decisions among Mandalika Education University students who use the Shopee application. There is a simultaneous significant positive influence of discounts, promotions and consumer trust on purchasing decisions among Mandalika University of Education Management Study Program Class of 2021 students who use the Shopee application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh model pembelajaran Teaching Games For Understanding (TGfU) terhadap motivasi belajar lompat jauh siswa SDN Petak Praya Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest pada satu kelompok. Sebanyak 41 siswa dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes motivasi belajar yang dilakukan sebelum (pretest) dan setelah (posttest) pemberian perlakuan TGfU. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 103.0256 pada pretest menjadi ke posttest 1129.4871 pada posttest. Uji normalitas dengan Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas variansi menunjukkan bahwa data tidak homogen. Uji-T paired sample t test menghasilkan nilai signifikan (sig.) sebesar 0.000, yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran TGfU terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TGfU efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar lompat jauh siswa. Disarankan agar model pembelajaran TGfU diterapkan secara luas dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani, dengan dukungan pelatihan guru dan variasi metode pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam dampak jangka panjang dan adaptasi model TGfU untuk berbagai jenis olahraga.

Abstract

Limbah kotoran ternak, terutama sapid an kambing saat ini belum termanfaatkan dan sering menimbulkan masalah yang signifikan. Yang menyebabkan pencemaran baik bau, estetika maupun pencemaran lingkungan abagi peternak dan warga masayarakat yang ada sekitar kandang peternakan seperti di Desa Jelantik Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pengabdian internal Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika Tahun 2024 ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan memanfaatkan kotoran ternak sehingga dapat bernilai ekonomis dan dapat memberikan sumber pendapatan tambahan bagi peternak di Desa Jelantik serta mencegah pencemaran lingkungan yang ada. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi sosialisai mekanisme pembuatan pupuk kompos dan praktik langsung dilapangan dalam mengelola limbah dengan pemanfaatan kotoran sapi sebagai pupuk. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui sosialisasi ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada peserta dan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya anggota kelompok tani di Desa Jelantik akan pentingnya pengolahan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi pupuk, sehingga dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomis. Inisiatif ini diikuti dengan demonstrasi praktis tentang cara pembuatan pupuk kompos kotoran sapi. Proses pembuatan pupuk organik telah membuahkan hasil yang positif dan sesuai dengan harapan dan tujuan kegiatan pengabdian direncanakan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the types of evaluation errors commonly made by primary and secondary school teachers in Southwest Praya Sub-district and explore the impact of these errors on student motivation and development. The study also aimed to develop strategic recommendations for developing teachers' evaluative competencies. The main problems identified include difficulties in selecting appropriate evaluation techniques, mismatching questions with students' abilities, and teachers' low understanding in developing Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based questions. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collection through a questionnaire involving teachers as respondents. The results of the analysis showed that 75% of respondents experienced difficulties in choosing evaluation techniques, 80% considered the questions made were not in accordance with students' abilities, and 85% expressed a lack of understanding in developing HOTS-based questions. This finding confirms the need to increase teachers' capacity through structured training that focuses on preparing effective learning evaluations that meet students' needs. The contribution of this research is to provide practical recommendations for education policy makers to design more relevant professional development programs. The implications of the results of this study are expected to help improve the quality of learning evaluation at primary and secondary school levels, especially in the study area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kerjasama siswa melaui permainan tradisional benteng pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Sambik Bangkol Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian PTK (Penelitian Tindakan kelas) yaitu mengenai peningkatan kerjasama melalui permainan tradisional banteng pada siswa kelas v SDN 2 Sambik bangkol tahun 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 26 siswa kelas V SDN 2 Sambik Bangkol. Instrumen penelitian ini Menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan validitas r tabel sebesar 0,329 dan cronbach’s Alpha relibilitas 0,903. Hasil peenelitian pada siklus pertama mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 80 jadi berada pada kategori baik dan pada siklus dua dengan rata-rata sebesar 88 jadi berada pada ketegori sanggat baik

Abstract

Permainan tradisional memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan perkembangan intelektual, sosial, dan karakter anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan usaha untuk memperkenalkan kembali permainan tradisional khas Lombok, dengan tujuan untuk membangkitkan minat anak-anak dalam bermain permainan tradisional tersebut serta meningkatkan aktivitas fisik mereka. Metodenya melibatkan kegiatan sosialisasi yang mencakup teori dan praktik langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup beberapa hal. Pertama, anak-anak usia sekolah dasar menjadi lebih aktif secara fisik dan terlibat dalam melestarikan permainan tradisional Lombok. Kedua, melalui pengenalan permainan tradisional yang dulu sering dimainkan oleh masyarakat kepada anak-anak, aktivitas fisik mereka meningkat, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Ketiga, sebagai hasil lainnya, artikel-artikel mengenai program pengenalan permainan tradisional juga dihasilkan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan permainan tradisional Lombok kepada anak-anak sekolah dasar melalui sosialisasi dan bermain bersama, yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik mereka dan mendukung pelestarian permainan tradisional. Introducing The Traditional Lombok Game To Preserve The Culture Of Elementary School Students In Bayan District Traditional games are closely related to children's intellectual, social and character development. Therefore, efforts are needed to reintroduce traditional Lombok games, with the aim of arousing children's interest in playing these traditional games and increasing their physical activity. The method involves outreach activities that include theory and direct practice.The results of this activity include several things. First, elementary school age children become more physically active and involved in preserving traditional Lombok games. Second, through introducing children to traditional games that people used to play, their physical activity increases, which in turn can improve their health and physical fitness levels. Third, as another result, articles regarding traditional game introduction programs were also produced. Overall, this program aims to introduce traditional Lombok games to elementary school children through socialization and playing together, which can increase their physical activity and support the preservation of traditional games.

Abstract

The goal of the PKM activity is to enhance the quality of learning through intensive training in the creation of teaching modules that integrate the concepts of PBL with the application of TPACK. This reflects the urgency of the teacher's role in adapting the learning approach to the current developments and preparing students to face future challenges. Focusing on the improvement of learning quality provides insights into the importance of integrating PBL and TPACK in innovative and relevant modern learning. The implementation method involves knowledge transfer and the Community Development Model through synchronous and asynchronous online activities. The partners in this activity are students of the PPG Daljab Biology Class of 2023 from the Mandalika University of Education. The activity is carried out for a total of 3 meetings. The results of the activity show that the partners' participation is very active, and there is a significant impact of the training on the partners' understanding of the PBL model and the TPACK approach, as well as their integration into teaching modules
