Abstract

Desa Batu Mila yang terletak di Kecamatan Maiwa Kabupaten Enrekang memiliki masyarakat yang dominan bekerja sebagai petani lahan kering. Tanaman budidaya yang dikembangkan adalah jagung dengan sistem monokultur menggunakan input eksternal cukup tinggi. Kurangnya curah hujan mengakibatkan banyak petani gagal panen dan mendorong sebagian petani untuk memelihara ternak kambing sebagai usaha alternatif. Pemeliharaan ternak yang dikembangkan belum menjadi suatu usaha menjanjikan karena dikelola secara tradisional, sehingga banyak limbah dari hasil tani dan ternak terbengkalai. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk yang bersumber dari limbah pertanian dengan tujuan limbah pertanian dapat dikelola secara in situ. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Tani Sikamaseang dan Kelompok Wanita Tani Dasawisma. Metode yang digunakan terdiri atas dua metode pendekatan, yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Tahap pertama, penyuluhan dengan memberikan materi tentang pemanfataan limbah yang bernilai ekonomis, sedangkan tahap kedua dengan pelatihan di lapangan tentang cara memfermentasi limbah pertanian menggunakan teknologi sederhana dan tepat guna. Dari hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan mitra mengelola usaha taninya, utamanya untuk memanfaatkan limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk organik demi menekan pupuk anorganik. Proses pembuatan pupuk dikhususkan adalah limbah perternakan (feses kambing), karena cukup tersedia. Hasil pelatihan diperolah pupuk sudah jadi yang difermentasi selama satu bulan. Untuk mengoptimalkan hasil dari pelatihan, diharapkan peserta yang telah berhasil dapat membantu dalam penyebaran pengetahuan dan pengalaman agar semua peserta berhasil mengelola limbah yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran kopi arabika di Desa Potokullin Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis efisiensi pemasaran. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 23 petani kopi, 8 orang pedagang pengumpul dan 3 orang pedagang besar 11 orang pedagang (pedagang pengumpul). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran kopi yang efisien yaitu dari petani yang sekaligus sebagai pedagang ke konsumen dan dari petani ke pedagang pengumpul kemudian ke konsumen.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditi penting dalam perdagangan global karena sebagai sumber devisa, penyediaan lapangan kerja dan menjadi sumber pendapatan bagi petani maupun bagi pelaku ekonomi lainnya yang terlibat. Kondisi sebagaimana dalam permasalahan pertanian pada umumnya adalah bahwa produksi kopi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peran petani kecil yang dominan masih berada dalam garis kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi luas lahan, biaya usahatani, tenaga kerja dan jumlah pohon produktif dengan tingkat produksi kopi. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan cara purposive yaitu Kabupaten Enrekang, Kabupaten Toraja Utara, Kabupaten Sinjai dan Kabupaten Bantaeng dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah tersebut merupakan sentra produksi kopi di Sulawesi Selatan. Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dengan jumlah ssampel sebanyak 400 petani kopi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan, jumlah pohon produktif,biaya usahatani dan tenaga kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kopi dan secara parsial luas lahan, jumlah pohon produktif dan biaya usahatani berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap produksi kopi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dukungan instansi terkait untuk mengupayakan jumlah tanaman produktif dengan peremajaan tanaman untuk meningkatkan produksi kopi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

The buying decision process by consumers is influenced by the motivation or drive within them to fulfill their needs and desires, namely by recognizing needs, seeking information on a product, evaluating alternatives, then deciding to buy until the behavior that occurs post-purchase, so that consumers can achieve satisfaction from their needs and desires. the wish fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer motivation in purchasing Lylo Donut products in Pinrang Regency in terms of product quality, service quality and promotion. This study uses a data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 90 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with SPSS version 21. From the results of the study it is known that product quality, service quality and promotion have a positive influence on consumer motivation. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0.423. This shows that product quality, service quality and promotion are able to explain consumer motivation by 42.3%. while the remaining 57.7% is explained by other variables that are not observed. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of product quality, service quality and promotion on consumer motivation in purchasing Lylo Donuts, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of land area, experience, age, income, production, and geography factors significantly or not on farmers' decisions in conducting corn farming in Tungka Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. This research was conducted in Tungka Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency in June-August 2022. The research method used was a survey method. While the sampling method used is simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. There were 48 samples in this study which were processed using the SPSS 21 application and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it is known: that the decision of farmers in cultivating corn farming is partially influenced by factors of age (X3), income (X4), and topography (X6) while simultaneously the six independent factors namely large area of ​​land, experience, age, income, production, and topography no real effect.

Abstract

Fungal plants in Indonesia still have the opportunity to be developed and managed properly. Oyster mushrooms in Indonesia are relatively good for cultivation, this is because the natural resources they have can be used as materials for the production of oyster mushrooms, for example sawdust as the main ingredient for making mushroom media. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the contribution of white oyster mushroom business to family income in Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are primary data and secondary data. There are 2 samples in this study, namely workers who work in the thumb mushroom business. Then processed using contribution data analysis. From the research results obtained: that the contribution of white oyster mushroom craftsmen to family income in Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 35%. This shows that the contribution is classified as moderate.

Abstract

This research is entitled analysis of partnership patterns of breeder farmers with PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Sidrap Seed Production Unit. This study analyzes the partnership pattern of breeder farmers with PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Sidrap Seed Production Unit. The form of data collection in this study is primary data and secondary data. By using the method of descriptive data analysis by simply tabulating, the data obtained from the sample either by interview or by existing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the partnership pattern that exists between breeder farmers and PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Sidrap Seed Production Unit is included in the ENOUGHLY EFFECTIVE category. From the results of the interviews conducted, it was found that the partnership pattern used was an agribusiness operational cooperation partnership (KOA) pattern. In the partnership implementation process, there are 7 activities carried out, namely: location survey, partnership proposal, administration and partnership contract, implementation/monitoring, evaluation and operational assistance. While the effectiveness of the partnership pattern that has been established is quite effective, however there are several factors that need to be further improved, namely the supply of heavy equipment and the availability of means of transporting captive-bred animals.

Abstract

Kebab Durian merupakan kreasi dari kebab daging yang berisian daging buah durian asli dan segar. Selain dinikmati aroma yang khas dan kelezatannya juga memiliki kandungan gizi yang relatif lengkap dibandingkan dengan buah-buahan lainnya. Kebab Durian ini diharapkan dapat membuat konsumen merasa puas. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen dapat menjadi faktor pendorong dan mengoptimalkan usaha yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Kebab Durian Pada Usaha Kebab Durian Ucok Kelurahan Lancirang Kecamatan Pitu Riawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dari segi faktor produk, harga, tempat/lokasi dan tampilan fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, karena pelaksanaan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan data kuantitatif didapatkan dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus matematika, data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Terdapat 90 sampel dalam penelitian ini  kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisisis Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh: 1) Sebanyak 4 sub variabel dalam tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada usaha kebab durian ucok. 2) Yang paling sesuai dengan kepuasan konsumen adalah sub variabel tampilan fisik dikarenakan warna gerai sudah sangat menarik, lampu yang memadai, WiFi dan WC tersedia, meja dan kursi tersedia banyak dan dekorasi/music yang nyaman. Durian Kebabs are creations and meat kebabs that contain original and fresh Durian fruit flesh. Apart from enjoying the distinctive aroma and deliciousness, it also has a relatively complete nutritional content compared to other fruits. Kebab Durian is expected to make consumers feel satisfied. The level of customer satisfaction can be a driving factor and optimize the business carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of Durian Kebabs in Ucok Durian Kebab Business, Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and in terms of product factors, price of place/location and physical appearance. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, because the implementation of qualitative data is obtained through interviews, questionnaires. observation, and quantitative data obtained in the form of numbers that can be analyzed using the mathematical formula of the data used. primary data and secondary data. There were 90 samples in this study which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using the Likert Scale analysis technique. From the results of this study, it was obtained 1) A total of 4 sub-vanables in the level of consumer satisfaction in the Durian Ucok kebab business 2) The most appropriate with consumer satisfaction is the display sub-vanable physically because the color of the booth is very attractive, the lights are adequate, WiFi and WC are available, tables and chairs are available, and the decorations/music are comfortable.

Abstract

Covid-19 atau virus corona merupakan penyebab satu kasus penyakit pneumonia, kasus pneumonia ditemukan di Wuhan Cina pada akhir Desember 2019, sehingga membuat World Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan sebagai salah satu wabah yang harus segera ditangani, dampak dari pandemi Covid-19  yang dirasakan disektor pertanian adalah petani, harga produk pertanian yang mengalami penurunan drastis disebabkan daya beli masyarakat yang turun. Hal ini tidak sebanding dengan usaha dan biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan petani saat melakukan budidaya. Kebijakan pemerintah yang menyulitkan petani dalam memasarkan hasil produk budidaya berakibat produk pertanian mengalami kemunduran mutu dan membusuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap 1) kegiatan usahatani padi 2) pengetahuan petani 3) fungsi kelompok tani 4) motivasi petani pada kegiatan usahatani padi di masa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Batulappa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Terdapat 42 sampel dalam penelitian ini kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) Sebanyak 64,29%’ petani responden memiliki persepsi selama pandemi mutu produksi mengalami penurunan, harga produk yang murah, serta biaya operasional budidaya yang meningkat. 2) 53,17%’ petani berkesimpulan informasi penyuluh tentang proses budidaya maupun pascapen sangat minim selama pandemi. 3) 54,76%’ menurut petani fungsi kelompok tani selama pandemi jarang melakukan pertemuan antar kelompok ataupun anggota. 4) 43,65%’ petani berkesimpulan kurangnya dorongan dan perhatian pemerintah dalam membantu petani dalam melakukan proses budidaya selama pandemi.. Government policies that make it difficult for farmers to market their cultivated products have resulted in a decline in quality and decay of agricultural products. The purpose of this study was to determine farmers' perceptions of 1) rice farming activities 2) farmer knowledge 3) farmer group functions 4) farmers' motivation in rice farming activities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Batulappa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods and the data used are primary and secondary data. There are 42 samples in this study then processed using Microsoft Excel, and analyzed using Likert Scale analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that 1) 64.29% of respondent farmers had a perception that during the pandemic the quality of production had decreased, product prices were cheap, and cultivation operational costs had increased. 2) 53.17% of farmers concluded that there was very little information about the extension process for cultivation and postpen during the pandemic. 3) 54.76% according to farmers the function of farmer groups during the pandemic rarely held meetings between groups or members. 4) 43.65% of farmers concluded that the government lacks encouragement and attention in assisting farmers in carrying out the cultivation process during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of farmer groups as learning classes, collaboration vehicles, production units, and business units in Lemoe Village, Bacukiki District, Parepare City. This research was conducted from 7 July 2023 to 7 August 2023 in Lemoe Village, Bacukiki District, Parepare City. This study uses primary data collection techniques and secondary data. The method used is descriptive analysis and Likert scale. The results showed that (1) Farmer groups played a very important role as a learning class for increasing corn production in Lemoe Village. (2) The role of farmer groups is very important as a media for cooperation in increasing corn production in Lemoe Village. (3) The role of farmer groups as a production unit plays a role in increasing the production of corn in Lemoe Village. (4) The role of farmer groups as a business unit plays a role in increasing corn production in Lemoe Village.
