Abstract

This research is about the principal’s management in improving teacher competence regarding student moral development at SDIT Al-Fadiyah. This study aims to: 1) Develop managerial abilities of school principals in increasing teacher competence at SDIT Al-Fadiyah, 2) Developing forms of moral development at SDIT Al-Fadiyah in Gowa, 3) Understanding the principal's strategy for increasing teacher competence in developing participant morals studied at SDIT Al-Fadiyah. This study uses a qualitative research approach, researchers use data collection analysis by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources for this study were school principals, deputy principals, teachers, student representatives and other information deemed necessary in this study. The data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis relating to the Management of Principals in Improving Teacher Competence Against the Moral Development of Students at SDIT Al Fadiyah Gowa. The results of the study are as follows: First: the managerial ability of the principal in improving teacher competence includes: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising. Second: The form of moral development of students at SDIT Al-Fadiyah Gowa has been going well starting with the formulation of moral development goals, compiling moral development programs, using lecture methods, direct practice, discussions, exemplary and giving awards. Third: The principal's strategy in improving teacher competency in moral development includes: carrying out functional education and training, empowering KKG and carrying out teacher supervision.

Abstract

This study discusses Management Implementation in the context of Islamic education at SMK Muhammadiyah Berau. The scope of the study includes key aspects of management, such as Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of management in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMK Muhammadiyah Berau. Research methods involve literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed the positive impact of Management Implementation on the quality of Islamic Education at SMK Muhammadiyah Berau. This is evidenced by increasing efficiency, student participation, and quality of learning. The conclusion confirms that implementing effective management can be the key to the success of Islamic education at SMK Muhammadiyah Berau, positively contributing to the development of students' potential and ensuring the vision of competitive Islamic education

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the environment (X1) and interest (X2) on learning achievement (Y) in al-Qur'an-Hadith. This research uses a non-experimental quantitative research design with ex-post-facto causality using parametric inferential statistical analysis in the form of correlation (regression). The population in this study was all 137 students of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Bantaeng for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample size was determined using the purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 31 people.The results of the research show that the learning environment has an influence on Al-Qur'an-Hadith learning achievement as shown by the results of the t test which obtained a result of 0.000 or less than <0.05 and higher than the t table value of 1.773. Interest in learning has an influence on Al-Qur'an-Hadith learning achievement as shown by the results of the t test which obtained a result of 0.021 or less than <0.05 and higher than the t table value of 1.772. The learning environment and learning interest in learning influence the learning achievement of al-Qur'an-Hadith as shown by the results of the f test which obtained a result of 0.000 or less than <0.05 and f value that was higher than the f table value of 742,050. It is known that the R Square value is 0.821, which means that the influence of the learning environment (X1) and learning interest (X2) simultaneously on the learning achievement (Y) of MA Muhammadiyah Bantaeng students is (82.1%). Future research can further analyze the influence of several domains included in the question of learning environment variables and learning interest variables. Future research can carry out in-depth information mining using mixed method research methods.

Abstract

Islamic education is the most important and important provision for children, and that's why parents have a responsibility to children in terms of providing teaching, especially Islamic religious education as a provision for children to welcome the future. Islamic religious education in the family environment should be well actualized because Islamic religious education is a strong initial foundation for children and families, especially parents have an important role in providing Islamic education to children, especially in today's modern era parents must pay extra attention to parenting and providing Islamic religious education. The obligation of parents to provide education to children is in line with the right of children to get education from their parents. This is explained in the 1945 Constitution in article 208 (1) "Everyone has the right to education and teaching. Education is the right of every citizen and is mandatory for citizens". Furthermore, this study aims to determine the actualization of Islamic education to children, the methods used in its application, and the challenges faced by parents. Using qualitative research methods with data sources in the form of parents in the Rangas neighborhood. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education is actualized by parents, namely; belief education, worship education, and moral education. Using four teaching methods including; the qishah (storytelling) method, hiwar (dialog) method, habituation method, method, and exemplary method. As well as various kinds of challenges faced, among others; children having difficulty accepting advice, children having their own opinions, and so on.

Abstract

This research examines the renewal of Harun Nasution's thinking about Islam in Indonesia. With the aim of research to construct his thoughts, both in the form of offers in the form of ideas about Islamic theology and renewal in thinking about the development of Islamic higher education. Using the descriptive-analytic method, the researcher answered the problem formulation regarding Harun Nasution, how Harun Nasution formulated reform in Islam. This research uses a library approach (Library Research), by taking library sources written by Harun Nasution, as the main source (Primary Source) and other books that discuss Harun Nasution's thoughts, especially those related to the renewal of Islamic thought, as a second source (Secondary Source). The researcher then examined several research findings regarding Harun Nasution's thought, in addition to analyzing the works regarding the Renewal of Harun Nasution's Islamic Thought. The results of this thesis research show that Harun Nasution's concept of thought regarding renewal in Islam is rational. The rationality of his thinking was built on classical Muslim thought and modern Muslim thinkers. The influence of classical thinkers can be found from the thinker Ibn. Sina and Ibn. Rushd, who has a rational explanation of religious science and general science. Modern Muslim thinkers were influenced by Muhammad Abduh, in the aspect of the importance of using reason in understanding religion. Regarding Harun Nasution's contribution to the development of Islam in Indonesia, Harun was strongly influenced by the reforms of Muhammad Abduh, who attempted to overcome adversity and create the belief that fate can be determined by oneself, responding to the various impacts of problems from the modernization movement. And developed by Harun Nasution through ideas when he returned home. The relevance of Harun Nasution's thoughts to education in Indonesia. What was initiated by Harun Nasution was the development of morals and morals in students. As stated in the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the objectives of the extracurricular activities of the PAI Mosque Youth Association at SMPN 6 Makassar. Describe the implementation of PAI Mosque Youth Association extracurricular activities at SMPN 6 Makassar. Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for extracurricular activities of the PAI Mosque Youth Association at SMPN 6 Makassar. This type of research is field research by taking data sources in the field through interviews as the main source. Supporting data is relevant to the research object that being studied. Then presented several findings regarding the extracurricular activities of the PAI Mosque Youth Association of SMPN 6 Makassar, how the implementation of extracurricular activities of the PAI Mosque Youth Association at SMPN 6 Makassar improving the good character and religious devotion. Inhibiting and supporting factors for the PAI Mosque Youth Association extracurricular program at SMPN 6 Makassar. The results of this research are the extracurricular activities of the PAI Mosque Youth Association in improving the good character and religious devotion. Achieve a balance between physical and spiritual education. During the activity. Starting with an opening, then delivering the material and ending with a closing. Many things are taught such as discipline, responsibility, family in the organization, and leadership. 3) Strategies in the extracurricular activities of the Mosque Youth Association include discipline, memorization, grouping and repetition. Meanwhile, the methods used are coaching methods, social activities and direct student involvement. The learning model used is cooperative. The strategies used in extracurricular worship include strategies to get more grades in PAI subjects. Guidance, practice, delivery of prayer material and prayer laws.

Abstract

This study discusses the Development of Discipline Culture of each Student in an effort to improve discipline. Likewise, what happened at Islam Junior High School (MTs Negeri) Takalar. Where the Implementation of Vision and Mission Becomes a benchmark for achieving disciplined Students. This study is a descriptive Qualitative study, Data collection instruments are observation, interviews and documentation, Informants in this study were the head of the madrasah, deputy head of the madrasah, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers, Students. The results of the study showed that the Culture of Discipline at Islam Junior High School (MTs Negeri) Takalar is a school culture based on Islamic culture, which prioritizes emotional spiritual development and strict discipline without neglecting intellectual development. The level of discipline of students at Islam Junior High School (MTs Negeri) Takalar is quite good, several discipline factors, based on observations and data obtained, students show a fairly good level of discipline in terms of time discipline, dress discipline, discipline in class, and discipline in school activities. The impact of implementing the school's vision and mission in developing a culture of discipline at Islam Junior High School (MTs Negeri) Takalar is that the school applies a disciplined attitude to students, both directly and indirectly and consciously, where the school culture that is applied is in accordance with the vision and mission that have been prepared by the school.
