Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously and partially on the commitment of the employeesoftheSambipituGunungkidul Department Store. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the department store with a total sample of 85 people. the type of data used is primary data. The aftereffects of this examination show that the workplace suffers a heart attack and critical impact on representative responsibility, work discipline suffers a heart attack and huge impact on worker responsibility, inspiration suffers a heart attack and huge impact on worker responsibility and work. environment, work discipline, and motivation have a significant effect together on commitment. Sambipitu Department store employees in Gunungkidul.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment to employee kineja in the Girisubo District Office. Researchers have tested empirically in survey data to 30 respondents.The method used by the census method. The results showed that job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment had a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Girisubo District office employees of Gunung kidul Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and commitment on employee performance as well as the influence of the work environment in memorizing the relationship between job satisfaction and commitment to the performance of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman employee. The population and samples used in this study were all employees of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman, totaling 60 people using the saturated sample method.. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.3.7 application was used as data analysis through three testing stages, namely: evaluation of the measurement model (outer model), evaluation of the structural model (inner model) and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables on employees performance. The work environment cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance and the work environment can moderate the relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

Employee engagement is one of the key success factors that is always needed or strived for in almost every company. The work of employees in the company is very important. Achieving company goals requires high performance in all efforts to cooperate with employees. Employee performance can be achieved through 3 factors, namely (i) Intrinsic motivation is the motivation that makes someone perform well that comes from himself, (ii) Extrinsic motivation is the motivation of employees to complete their work. culture is an individual organization or company that can complete the work of employees, (iv) The purpose of this research is to identify and the importance of differences between intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Yogyakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency office. The following research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 45 employees. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using IBM SPSS application. The results of the research variable Intrinsic Motivation (X1) have no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) as indicated by the results of the t test and the calculated t value of 0.767 < the t table value of 2.021 and its significance. 0.449 which means more than 0.05. Then the Extrinsic Motivation variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) which is shown from the results of the t test, the t count value is 0.094 <t table value 2.021, which is 0.926, which means more. Do 0.05 Differences in organizational culture (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the t test, with a significance value of t count 6.110 > t table value of 2.021. 0.001 which means 0.05 is smaller than 05

Abstract

Peningkatan volume limbah tekstil di berbagai daerah termasuk limbah kain, menuntut adanya solusi pengelolaan yang lebih berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Circular Economy (CE). Keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dan minimnya pemanfaatan limbah kain menjadi tantangan utama bagi sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di industri kreatif. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah kain dengan model Circular Economy menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis melalui pendekatan berbasis pendampingan. Program ini didukung penuh oleh Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (DPPM) Diktisaintek melalui pendanaan selama program berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan keterampilan circular economy dan operasional pengolahan limbah kain, fasilitasi peralatan/teknologi tepat guna, serta pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa MATSYA Production mengalami peningkatan produksi sebesar 200 pcs dengan 2 jenis produk baru serta peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan dari penjualan produk bundling maupun satuan. Selain itu, peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan secara bertahap, mulai dari memahami konsep circular economy, mengopersional peralatan untuk menghasilkan produk hasil olahan limbah kain. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memberikan kesempatan bagi mitra untuk memperbaiki dan menguasai keterampilan secara mandiri sehingga dapat memperkuat operasional dan kemandirian ekonomi. Implikasinya, program ini berpotensi diperluas sebagai model pemberdayaan berbasis circular economy yang berkelanjutan dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta keberlanjutan usaha.
