The main concern of this study is to find out (1) how the morale of employees in Fashion Story affects the quality of their work life. (2) How self-efficacy affects the quality of their work life when working at Fashion Story and (3) job satisfaction at Fashion Story Yogyakarta, and its impact on employee welfare. One hundred and fifty workers from Fashion Story Yogyakarta constitute the study population. An error of no more than 10% is allowed when calculating the research sample using the slovin formula. So, 60 employees are randomly selected to participate in the survey. Each component of the Likert scale questionnaire used for data collection has previously been validated for validity and reliability. The t-test and r-test, along with other conventional assumptions and hypothesis tests, were used in the data analysis. One of the findings of this study is that employee morale has no effect on QWL. There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy measures and job satisfaction with their work at Fashion Story.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of distributive justice, organizational culture, job satisfaction on affective commitment. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees of the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Kulon Progo Regency. The sampling technique used a non-probability model with a total sample of 57 employees of the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Kulon Progo Regency. From the T test, the results of distributive justice (X1) have a significant effect on affective commitment (Y) with a sig. of 0.004 <0.05. Organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a sig. of 0.000 < 0.05. and job satisfaction (X3) has a significant effect on affective commitment (Y) with a sig. of 0.009 <0.05.

Abstract. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not exhibited by all employees within a company. To effectively accomplish objectives, the management must possess a comprehensive understanding of organizational justice, the significance of Islamic values, and the extent to which employee dedication is established. The research aims to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethic and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. This article employs a quantitative method, with data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents from an Indonesian company and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The study shows that the Islamic work ethic positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior and commitment. Organizational justice positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior and commitment. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and has been proven to be able to mediate such relationships. Abstrak. Tidak semua karyawan menunjukkan perilaku organisasi kewarganegaraan. Untuk mencapai tujuannya secara efektif, manajemen harus memiliki pemahaman komprehensif tentang keadilan organisasi, pentingnya nilai-nilai Islam, dan sejauh mana dedikasi karyawan dibangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja Islam dan keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku organisasi kewarganegaraan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 65 responden di satu perusahaan di Indonesia. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku dan komitmen kewargaanorganisasi. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Organisasi Kewarganegaraan dan Komitmen Organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Organisasi Kewarganegaraan dan terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan tersebut.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously and partially on the commitment of the employeesoftheSambipituGunungkidul Department Store. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the department store with a total sample of 85 people. the type of data used is primary data. The aftereffects of this examination show that the workplace suffers a heart attack and critical impact on representative responsibility, work discipline suffers a heart attack and huge impact on worker responsibility, inspiration suffers a heart attack and huge impact on worker responsibility and work. environment, work discipline, and motivation have a significant effect together on commitment. This research aims to find out the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment to employee kineja in the Girisubo District Office. Researchers have tested empirically in survey data to 30 respondents.The method used by the census method. The results showed that job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment had a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Girisubo District office employees of Gunung kidul Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and commitment on employee performance as well as the influence of the work environment in memorizing the relationship between job satisfaction and commitment to the performance of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman employee. The population and samples used in this study were all employees of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman, totaling 60 people using the saturated sample method.. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.3.7 application was used as data analysis through three testing stages, namely: evaluation of the measurement model (outer model), evaluation of the structural model (inner model) and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables on employees performance. The work environment cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance and the work environment can moderate the relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman.

Employee engagement is one of the key success factors that is always needed or strived for in almost every company. The work of employees in the company is very important. Achieving company goals requires high performance in all efforts to cooperate with employees. Employee performance can be achieved through 3 factors, namely (i) Intrinsic motivation is the motivation that makes someone perform well that comes from himself, (ii) Extrinsic motivation is the motivation of employees to complete their work. culture is an individual organization or company that can complete the work of employees, (iv) The purpose of this research is to identify and the importance of differences between intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Yogyakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency office. The following research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 45 employees. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using IBM SPSS application. The results of the research variable Intrinsic Motivation (X1) have no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) as indicated by the results of the t test and the calculated t value of 0.767 < the t table value of 2.021 and its significance. 0.449 which means more than 0.05. Then the Extrinsic Motivation variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) which is shown from the results of the t test, the t count value is 0.094 t table value of 2.021. 0.001 which means 0.05 is smaller than 05

Peningkatan volume limbah tekstil di berbagai daerah termasuk limbah kain, menuntut adanya solusi pengelolaan yang lebih berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Circular Economy (CE). Keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dan minimnya pemanfaatan limbah kain menjadi tantangan utama bagi sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di industri kreatif. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah kain dengan model Circular Economy menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis melalui pendekatan berbasis pendampingan. Program ini didukung penuh oleh Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (DPPM) Diktisaintek melalui pendanaan selama program berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan keterampilan circular economy dan operasional pengolahan limbah kain, fasilitasi peralatan/teknologi tepat guna, serta pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa MATSYA Production mengalami peningkatan produksi sebesar 200 pcs dengan 2 jenis produk baru serta peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan dari penjualan produk bundling maupun satuan. Selain itu, peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan secara bertahap, mulai dari memahami konsep circular economy, mengopersional peralatan untuk menghasilkan produk hasil olahan limbah kain. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memberikan kesempatan bagi mitra untuk memperbaiki dan menguasai keterampilan secara mandiri sehingga dapat memperkuat operasional dan kemandirian ekonomi. Implikasinya, program ini berpotensi diperluas sebagai model pemberdayaan berbasis circular economy yang berkelanjutan dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta keberlanjutan usaha.

This research purported to discover the influence of corporate culture, compensation and working discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCN) using motivation as moderating variable. Research population covered all employees in PERUMDAM Bantul having permanent officer status as many 115 persons. Research sampling was based on Slovin method resulting in 90 people selected using random sampling technique. Research method was based on quantitative approach. The research utilized SmartPLS 3.2.8 to conduct inferential analysis. Based on the result of inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.8 it can be concluded that there was tangible influence of corporate culture, compensation and working discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCN) using motivation as moderating variable.The result of this research is applicable as reference to improve OCB in any companies simply by strengthening corporate culture, rationalizing compensation, maintaining workplace discipline and motivating the employees to work even harder.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi, dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Minat berwirausaha merupakan indikator penting dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang mandiri dan berorientasi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja. Dalam era digital saat ini, faktor internal seperti kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti media sosial, diduga memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk minat tersebut. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS, dengan jumlah sampel 81 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan penggunaan media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha.
