Abstract

Tidak semua mahasiswa memiliki akses yang sama terhadap sumber daya pengembangan karir. Beberapa mahasiswa mungkin merasa kurang didukung dalam mengakses informasi, seminar, dan sumber daya lainnya yang dapat membantu mereka memahami dunia kerja dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara kompetensi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dimediasi oleh pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penyebaran kuisioner kepada mahasiswa semester akhir di prodi manajemen. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkab bahwa kompetensi kerja berpengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap motivasi kerja mahasiswa semester akhir prodi Manajemen UST. Dan pengembangan karir mampu menjadi variabel mediasi, antara kompetensi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of self-control, cyberloafing, and work motivation on the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City. It is a quantitative research study. The population studied encompasses all Gen Z employees working in the Yogyakarta region, born between 1996 and 2012. The researcher employed a questionnaire to gather data, utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The study targeted employees aged 18-25 or Gen Z individuals working in Yogyakarta. Data analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings indicate that self-control does not significantly affect the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.917 > 0.05. Similarly, cyberloafing does not significantly impact the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City, supported by a significance value of 0.878 > 0.05. However, work motivation shows a significant positive influence on the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City, as supported by a significance value of 0.016 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze: (1) the effect of competence on performance, (2) the effect of compensation on performance, (3) the influence of non-physical work environment on performance, (4) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of competence on performance, and (5) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of compensation on performance. This research is quantitative with a survey method. The data collection uses a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis methods are descriptive and inferential. The results of the study for significance of 5%: (1) competence influences performance with P Values = 0.001, (2) compensation influences performance with P Values = 0.033, (3) non-physical work environment has no effect on performance because P Values = 0.168, (4) non- physical work environment does not moderate the effect of competence on performance because P Values = 0.797 and Original Sample (O) = 0.038, (5) non-physical work environment does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance because P Values = 0.325 and Original Sample (O) = -0.099.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of educational level and work experience on work performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were production employees at PT Tarumartani. The technique used in sampling in this study was simple random sampling, and a total sample of 65 employees of the Production division of PT Tarumartani was obtained as respondents. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method, then the data obtained was processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a significant effect on work performance, work experience does not have a significant effect on work performance, education level does not has a significant effect on work motivation, work experience has a significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has an effect on work performance.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of the Information Technology Training and Internship Program in preparing students' Work Readiness and Human Resources Quality to compete in the world of work in today's digital technology era. The focus and respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, especially the Class of 2020. The method used in this research process is quantitative method, with research data collection using questionnaires sent via social media to students. The total data collected was 85 data and then processed using a computer with the help of the SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS version 4 applications. The results of the analysis in this study show that variable X1 (Information Technology Training) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (HR Quality), variable X2 (Internship Program) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (HR Quality), variable X1 (Information Technology Training) has a positive and significant effect on variable Z (Work Readiness), variable X2 (Internship Program) has a positive and significant effect on variable Z (Work Readiness) and variable Z (Work Readiness) also has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (HR Quality).

Abstract

The study investigates the influence of leadership style, work ethic, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Luar Biasa Technology, Yogyakarta. Employing a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires administered to a sample of 54 employees. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. Various statistical techniques were applied, including validity and reliability tests to ensure data integrity, descriptive statistics to provide an overview of the respondents' characteristics and summarize the investigated variables, and multiple regression analysis to examine the impact of leadership style, work ethic, and organizational culture on employee performance. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests and F-tests, while the coefficient of determination (R-squared) was calculated to measure the explanatory power of the independent variables. The findings reveal that leadership style, work ethic, and organizational culture have a significant positive impact on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results align with previous research, emphasizing the importance of these factors in driving employee productivity and success. Practical implications suggest that companies should focus on enhancing leadership practices, fostering a strong work ethic, and cultivating a supportive organizational culture to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to investigate the extent to which rewards affect the performance of Agracipta Teenage Busana company. The research utilized a quantitative explanatory method based on the S-R theory. Data was collected through questionnaires from a population of 3,000 Busana Teenage Agracipta employees, selected using a simple random sampling technique. Simple linear regression was employed to measure the impact of independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). Data from the questionnaires were analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 24. Based on the findings from the simple linear regression, it was discovered that rewards have 35.3% effect on the performance of Agracipta Teenage.

Abstract

The main concern of this study is to find out (1) how the morale of employees in Fashion Story affects the quality of their work life. (2) How self-efficacy affects the quality of their work life when working at Fashion Story and (3) job satisfaction at Fashion Story Yogyakarta, and its impact on employee welfare. One hundred and fifty workers from Fashion Story Yogyakarta constitute the study population. An error of no more than 10% is allowed when calculating the research sample using the slovin formula. So, 60 employees are randomly selected to participate in the survey. Each component of the Likert scale questionnaire used for data collection has previously been validated for validity and reliability. The t-test and r-test, along with other conventional assumptions and hypothesis tests, were used in the data analysis. One of the findings of this study is that employee morale has no effect on QWL. There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy measures and job satisfaction with their work at Fashion Story.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of distributive justice, organizational culture, job satisfaction on affective commitment. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees of the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Kulon Progo Regency. The sampling technique used a non-probability model with a total sample of 57 employees of the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Kulon Progo Regency. From the T test, the results of distributive justice (X1) have a significant effect on affective commitment (Y) with a sig. of 0.004 <0.05. Organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a sig. of 0.000 < 0.05. and job satisfaction (X3) has a significant effect on affective commitment (Y) with a sig. of 0.009 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not exhibited by all employees within a company. To effectively accomplish objectives, the management must possess a comprehensive understanding of organizational justice, the significance of Islamic values, and the extent to which employee dedication is established. The research aims to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethic and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment. This article employs a quantitative method, with data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents from an Indonesian company and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The study shows that the Islamic work ethic positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior and commitment. Organizational justice positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior and commitment. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and has been proven to be able to mediate such relationships.  Abstrak. Tidak semua karyawan menunjukkan perilaku organisasi kewarganegaraan. Untuk mencapai tujuannya secara efektif, manajemen harus memiliki pemahaman komprehensif tentang keadilan organisasi, pentingnya nilai-nilai Islam, dan sejauh mana dedikasi karyawan dibangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja Islam dan keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku organisasi kewarganegaraan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 65 responden di satu perusahaan di Indonesia. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku dan komitmen kewargaanorganisasi. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Organisasi Kewarganegaraan dan Komitmen Organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Organisasi Kewarganegaraan dan terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan tersebut.
