Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten gowa, menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten Gowa serta menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 196 responden. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi penelitian, analisis regresi berganda serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, serta profesionalisme dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara serempak atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yakni sebesar 40,3% terhadap kinerja guru perempuan tingkat sekolah dasar di kabupaten gowa. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of female elementary school teachers in Gowa Regency, analyze the effect of the principal's transformational leadership style on the performance of female elementary school teachers in Gowa Regency and analyze the effect of professionalism and the principal's transformational leadership style on the performance of female teachers.  elementary school level in Gowa district.  This research is descriptive quantitative using a quantitative approach.  The sample in this study amounted to 196 respondents.  To implement these objectives, data collection techniques were used through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using research instrument tests, research assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.  The results of the study found that professionalism and partially significant positive effect on teacher performance, principal's transformational leadership partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and professionalism and principal's transformational leadership simultaneously or jointly had a positive and significant effect of 40,3% of the performance of female primary school teachers in the district of Gowa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di bursa efek indonesia, menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia yang di Makassar yang terletak jalan DR Ratulangi No. 124 Kec Mariso, Kota Makassar Waktu penelitian direncanakan kurang lebih satu bulan lamanya. Jenis data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data-data laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang di dapatkan secara tidak langsung melainkan data yang telah diolah melalui  website www.idx.co.id berupa data laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Variabel Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dan Variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of working capital on profitability of food and beverage companies on the indonesia stock exchange, analyze and determine the effect of capital structure on profitability of food and beverage companies on the indonesian stock exchange, analyze and determine the effect of liquidity on profitability of companies food and beverage on the indonesia stock exchange. 124 mariso sub-district, makassar city. the research time is planned for approximately one month. the type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data on the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data that is obtained indirectly but data that has been processed through the website www.idx.co.id in the form of financial report data for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study found that the Working Capital Turnover Variable had a significant negative effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The capital structure variable has a significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And the Liquidity variable has no significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Global competition is getting tougher, forcing companies to continue to improve the quality of the products or services they produce and improve company performance to compete well in the global market. In the property business, companies must pay attention to the quality of project development, after-sales service, and building aquality and maintain a good company reputation (Caby et al., 2020). Global competition is getting tougher, forcing the Indonesian government to improve its infrastructure to attract foreign companies and investment. Good infrastructure development can improve people's quality of life and provide better job opportunities, which can help economic growth (Amoako-Gyampah et al., 2019). Good infrastructure development can also increase the demand for property because the demand for residential and commercial property will increase along with the increase in population and the need for business development. Pro-business government policies and the tax amnesty program offered by the government can also improve public interest in investing in the property sector, thereby increasing the sector's growth.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of studies regarding the behavior of fishery commodity agribusiness development in the province of South Sulawesi. The analysis model in this study uses a structural equation model to examine the relationship between variables according to the proposed hypothesis. The variables studied in this study consist of exogenous variables, including production, marketing, and financial management capabilities. The intermediate variable in this study is the development of sales, and the variable increase in business profit is an endogenous variable. The three types of variables are built based on a theoretical approach that forms a constellation of relationships between variables, where each variable has dimensions and indicators. As for the respondents in this study, there were 250 fishing communities and people's aquaculture groups in Pangkep district. The results of the study found that generally, respondents from fishing communities and farmers had production, marketing, and financial management capabilities for increasing sales volume and increasing profits. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the agribusiness of fishery commodities (sea and land fish) can develop through the role of the government and related parties so as to be able to improve people's living standards and increase regional income sources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap penguasaan teknologi, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 63 pegawai sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah Pegawai sebanyak 75 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Mei s.d Juni 2022. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS melalui penguasaan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui penguasaan teknologi. This research aims to: (1) analyze the direct influence of work ability, work discipline, and work motivation on performance, (2) analyze the direct influence of work ability, work discipline, and work motivation on mastery of technology, (3) analyze the indirect effect work ability, work discipline, and work motivation on performance. This study uses primary data through a survey of 63 employees as a sample of the total number of employees as many as 75 people, the survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, from May to June 2022. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS program through mastery of technology. The results showed that: (1) work ability, work discipline and work motivation had a direct effect on employee performance, (2) work ability, work discipline, and work motivation had an indirect effect on employee performance through mastery of technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja yang di moderasi oleh kepuasan kerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4. Objek penelitian adalah pelanggan dan pegawai PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai dan Pelanggan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 dan pegawai PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Perserp) Regional 4. Jumlah sampel diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang dengan metode metode sampling non-probability. Pengambilan data menggunakan kusioner dengan analisis data Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hipotesis yang dajukan sebanyak 7 (tujuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja; (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja; (4) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja; (5) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yang di moderasi oleh kepuasan kerja; (6) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yang di moderasi oleh kepuasan kerja; (7) kualitas pelayanan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja yang di moderasi oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilaksanakan pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 135 orang, dengan menggunakan tehnik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS ver. 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; b) tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan c) pelatihan dan tambahan pennghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and additional employee income on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. This research is quantitative at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The research population consisted of 135 employees, using a total sampling technique to include the entire population as the research sample. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis was multiple linear regression with the SPSS ver. 22 analysis tool. The results showed that a) training had a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of the employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province; b) additional employee income has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Board of South Sulawesi Province; and c) employee training and additional income have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan metode evaluasi kinerja program yang dilaksanakan dan untuk menganalisis dampak program kerja yang dilaksanakan Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau Takalar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi kinerja program di BPAP Takalar dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi berdasarkan input, output, manfaat, dan dampak dari pelaksanaan program kerja. Dampak dari pelaksanaan program kerja berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa input program menunjukkan sangat berpengaruh karena sumber daya meliputi sarana dan prasarana yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program. Output program menunjukkan penilaian sangat berpengaruh. Output dari program yang dilaksanakan yaitu melalui penerapan beberapa teknologi yang adaptif, aplikatif, efektif dan efisien guna mewujudkan perikanan budidaya yang berkelanjutan. Manfaat program menunjukkan penilaian berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan program dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh responden terkait pelaksanaan program beragam tergantung dari jenis programnya. This study aims to describe the method of evaluating the performance of the program implemented and to analyze the impact of the work program carried out by the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Center. The results showed that the program performance evaluation at BPAP Takalar was carried out by identifying based on inputs, outputs, benefits, and impacts of the work program implementation. The impact of the implementation of the work program based on the results of the study shows that based on the program input is very influential because the resources include facilities and infrastructure that can support the success of the program implementation; the program output shows a very influential assessment. The output of the implemented program is through the application of several adaptive, applicable, effective, and efficient technologies to realize sustainable aquaculture, and the benefits show an assessment of the impact of the program implementation, the benefits felt by respondents related to the implementation of the program vary depending on the type of program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Ada empat variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, Keadilan Organisasi (X1), Kompetensi (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (Y1), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y2). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran data kuesioner secara online (e- questionnaire) kepada pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 98 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Keadilan organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kepuasan tidak memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study uses a quantitative approach to research. There are four variables used in this study, Organizational Justice (X1), Competence (X2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), and Employee Performance (Y2). Data collection was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaire data (e-questionnaire) to the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service Regency employees. The sample used is 98 respondents. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. Analysis of the data used is path analysis and descriptive analysis. Organizational justice has no significant effect on the performance of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service. The results of the competency research have a significant effect on the performance of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service District. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service Regency. Organizational justice has no significant effect on the job satisfaction of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service employees. Competence significantly affects job satisfaction of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service. Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational justice on the performance of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service District. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of competence on the performance of the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of market orientation and innovation on marketing performance. The number of samples used was 50 employees who were divided from 5 Creative Industry MSME Sectors in Makassar city. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that market orientation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. Product Innovation (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on marketing performance.
