Abstract

This article is based on the learning evaluation process which is still done manually which takes time to correct students' answers, the obstacles that often occur are due to the limited number of printed books used to see the questions where students have to share printed books with their deskmates. Therefore, students become unfocused when working on the questions given by the teacher. So that the learning evaluation process becomes less effective with the methods used by the teacher. Therefore, valid, practical and effective learning evaluation media are needed to help teachers and students in the learning evaluation process at MTsN 6 Solok. Research and Development (R&D) research method. Media development with PEE consists of planning, production, evaluation. Evaluation of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the product is carried out using a questionnaire to assess the media that has been developed. This assessment involves media experts, teachers, and students. The test results showed that the validity test involving 4 experts produced a score of 0.82 with a valid category. The practicality test involving 11 respondents produced a score of 0.94 with a very high category. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test conducted by 1 teacher and 34 students obtained a score of 0.89 with a high effectiveness category. Abstrak Artikel ini didasarkan pada proses evaluasi pembelajaran masih dengan cara manual yang membutuhkan waktu untuk mengoreksi jawaban peserta didik, kendala yang sering terjadi karena terbatasnya buku cetak yang digunakan untuk melihat soal dimana peserta didik harus berbagi buku cetak dengan teman sebangku. oleh karena itu peserta didik menjadi tidak fokus saat mengerjakan soal yang diberikan guru. Sehingga proses evaluasi pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif dengan metode yang digunakan guru. Oleh karena itu diperlukan media evaluasi pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dan efektif agar dapat membantu guru dan peserta didik dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran di MTsN 6 Solok. Metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Pengembangan media dengan PEE terdiri dari planning atau perencanaan, production atau memproduksi, evaluation atau evaluasi. Evaluasi terhadap validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan produk dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket untuk menilai media yang telah dikembangkan. Penilaian ini melibatkan ahli media, guru, dan peserta didik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa uji validitas yang melibatkan 4 ahli menghasilkan skor 0,82 dengan kategori valid. Uji kepraktisan yang melibatkan 11 responden menghasilkan skor 0,94 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Sementara itu, uji efektivitas yang dilakukan oleh 1 guru dan 34 peserta didik memperoleh skor 0,89 dengan kategori efektivitas tinggi.

Abstract

Informatics learning in class VII at SMPN 2 Bukittinggi experiences problems, namely students feel bored and waste time because they write too much material. so learning media such as learning videos are needed. This video was developed using powtoon. The research method used is Research and development (R&D) with the Planning, Production, Evaluation (PPE) development model. The results of this research produced a product in the form of a learning video created using Powtoon and accessed via the Linktree platform. The product test results show that the validity test involving 5 experts produced a score of 0.80 in the "valid" category. The practicality test involving 3 respondents produced a score of 0.94 in the "very high" category. The effectiveness test involving 1 teacher and 28 students produced a score of 0.86 in the "high effectiveness" category. This shows that learning video products created using Powtoon and distributed via Linktree are considered to have high validity, practicality and effectiveness in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process of Information and Communication Technology where educators tend to only explain everything to students, or only with print media. The tendency of learning that is less attractive to students is a natural thing. However, if this continues to be applied, it will have an unfavorable impact on student learning outcomes. So it is necessary to make an update in the learning process using video media. Video is the medium used in this research, video is a set of media that is capable of displaying both images and sound at the same time. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of learning videos has on student learning outcomes in the subjects studied by the researchers, namely Information and Communication Technology. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method. The research was conducted at Jami'yyatul Hujjaj Elementary School, Bukittinggi. The population is class III SD and the sample is class IIIB as the experimental class and class IIIC. The instrument used in the form of multiple choice test, and prerequisite analysis using normality test, homogeneity, t test, with the hypothesis using SPSS version 2.0. The results of the research that have been carried out there are differences between the prettest value and the posttest value, from the t-test value on the posttest data, the value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 with a comparison level of 0.05 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So from the statement value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 then this hypothesis test is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of this learning video on the learning outcomes of Information and Communication Technology.  Keywords: Video Media, Learning Outcomes, ICT

Abstract

This research was conducted from the problems that the authors found during observations at SMAN 4 Pariaman which so far the teacher has not maximized the use of technology in ICT learning, students only rely on verbal learning from the teacher, so students get bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. . Therefore, the author designed Adobe Animate-based learning media so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce a design for supporting ICT learning media based on Adobe Animate that is valid, practical and effective. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (material collection). ), assembly (manufacture), testing (testing), and distribution (distribution). And the product test carried out in this research is the validity test given to lecturers who are field experts or field experts, practicality tests are carried out by ICT subject teachers and effectiveness tests are given to students at SMAN 4 Pariaman class XI. Based on the results of product testing that has been carried out by the author of the validity test, the average value is 0.78 which is declared valid, for the practicality test, the average value is 0.75 which is declared high practicality and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained. the average is 0.91 which is declared high effectiveness. Abstract

The background of the author raised this point because the learning and teaching process in general still uses conventional methods. The results achieved are less than optimal and student activity is less visible. This method causes students to tend to be passive and only listen. So, one of the efforts that teachers can make so that students are able to participate in learning is by using the Group Investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative method of experimental type with a pre-experimental research design in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class XII MIPA at SMA N 1 Pariaman. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling where class XII MIPA1 was the experimental class and class XII was MIPA as the control class. The data on ICT learning research results were obtained from the final test. The results of the study, based on data analysis, it was known that the final test of ICT learning outcomes was calculated using a t-test with the help of the SPSS version 2.5 application. From these results it is clear that the calculation obtained that H0 is rejected because tcount = -10,524 is greater than ttable = 0.339 and P-value = 0.0000. From these results it can be said that, "The ICT learning outcomes of students who take lessons using the Group Investigation (GI) cooperative learning model are better than students who take conventional learning". Abstract

Queuing is a common occurrence in everyday life, which involves one or two more people, such as waiting in front of the counter to get a train ticket or cinema ticket, at the toll road gate, at the bank, at the library and other situations. which is often encountered, the situation of queuing is not a new thing that we encounter but has become a very common situation that we can encounter in our daily lives. In the real world we are not used to waiting, so it's no wonder we have the opinion that waiting is a tedious job. Very long queues and too long to get a service turn annoying. The book lending queue system is a system that helps the library processor at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi in overcoming long and irregular student queues. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) research using the ADDIE version of the development model which consists of several stages, namely Analyze (analysis), Design (design), Develop (development), Implement (implementation), and Evaluate (evaluate). system development model using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by applying the waterfall model consisting of communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of product testing that have been carried out with several lecturers, teachers and students, the average value of the validity test is 0.77 (valid), the average practicality test value is 0.77 (high), and the average value of the effectiveness test is is 0.787 (high). The value obtained proves that the loan queuing system can help and is ready to be used. Keywords: Books, queues, Queuing systems for borrowing books.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam pembentukan karakter dan peningkatan kapasitas intelektual generasi muda serta memiliki peran spiritual dalam Islam. Namun di MTsN 2 Payakumbuh, pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam pemeliharaan, pencatatan prestasi, dan pelaporan kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen ekstrakurikuler di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah SDLC Agile Software Development, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara iteratif dan fleksibel sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan siswa, guru pembina, dan staf administrasi, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam pendaftaran online, manajemen jadwal, dan pelaporan kegiatan. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, transparansi informasi, serta partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam penerapan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah, meskipun masih terbatas pada kegiatan di luar kurikulum formal di MTsN 2 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

The professional competence of a teacher has a crucial role in transferring knowledge to students. Learning media becomes the teacher's main tool in the knowledge transfer process, with impacts that include improving cognitive, psychomotor and effective aspects of students' learning outcomes. To achieve this goal, teacher creativity and innovation in delivering material, both through direct delivery and the use of learning media, are key. One of the innovations that can be developed is the creation of learning media that can foster students' interest in learning independently or with the help of teachers.Learning media, as an intermediary in learning, can be visual or non-visual, such as video, text, and audio known as multimedia. Although technology has developed, not all teachers are able to utilize multimedia in learning. Effective learning design for subjects in elementary school should be able to attract and motivate students in accordance with the learning objectives.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency of data management and academic processes at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi through the implementation of a web-based Academic Information System (SIAKAD). The current academic administrative management is inefficient due to the use of manual systems and outdated data backup methods. Academic processes, especially in communicating students’ grades, are cumbersome and time-consuming. The implementation of SIAKAD is expected to provide accurate, fast, and timely information, as well as enhance the quality of services and the efficiency of academic data management. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method to develop and test the feasibility of the product. The system development model used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model, which emphasizes sequential and analytical stages, flowing from top to bottom like a waterfall. Product testing results show a high level of validity (average score of 0.95) from validation by two experts and excellent practicality (average score of 0.98) based on assessments by two practitioners. The effectiveness test also shows a high level of success (average score of 0.91) based on the kappa formula analysis involving 15 respondents. The web-based academic information system developed using Laravel 10 framework demonstrates excellent performance in speed, responsiveness, and stability. The design of this system successfully resulted in the website http://siakadsmk.uinftik.my.id. The testing results of SIAKAD at the TKJ department of SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi indicate an average validity score of 0.95, practicality of 0.98, and effectiveness of 0.91. This application proves to be effective and efficient in managing academic data, facilitating interactions among teachers, students, and administrators, and improving the quality of academic information services at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Perancangan media pembelajaran bertujuan sebagai sarana peserta didik untuk menambah pemahaman terhadap materi serta dapat mengulang pembelajaran matematika di rumah. Perancangan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran matematika ini menggunakan software Articulate Storyline 3. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development yang terdiri dari 5 langkah (ADDIE) yakni analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluate. Hasil uji produk menunjukkan bahwa (1) uji validitas tergolong valid dengan nilai 0,89; (2) uji praktikalitas tergolong sangat praktis dengan nilai 0,87; (3) hasil uji efektifitas tergolong sangat efektif dengan nilai 0,83. Berdasarkan uji produk, maka media pembelajaran dinilai layak serta dapat dimanfaatkan pada mata pelajaran matematika. Kata kunci: Articulate Storyline 3, matematika, media pembelajaran, perancangan.
