Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia. At SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi there is an issue that learning activities are carried out using textbooks and PowerPoint slides as the main teaching tools. It was concluded from the results of interviews between researchers and several teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bukittingi that the average learning media still uses conventional media. This is less effective in its application, especially in chemistry lessons which require special media that are more realistic, such as pictures of molecules and are easily visible inside and outside the classroom. Regarding this problem, research was carried out with the aim of designing Augmented Reality (AR) based chemistry learning media at SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Researchers use the Unity application as a media design tool. The aim of this research is to design Augmented Reality learning media using Unity at SMA N 1 Bukittinggi that is valid, practical and effective. Researchers use the Hannafin and Peck model as one of the development models for the SDLC method in this research. In the final stage, researchers used validity, practicality and effectiveness tests to draw conclusions about this research. The results of the effectiveness test from 34 students of class 4 validators got an average score of 0.85 (valid). This value test proves that the learning media that has been designed is useful and can be used in learning.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the use of learning media that has not yet supported the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at SMA N 1 Matur. Based on interviews conducted by the author with teachers and students, it was found that the learning media used in Islamic Religious Education consisted of printed books, blackboards, and the teaching method was mostly lecture-based. The use of computer technology in education not only facilitates the learning process but also opens up new opportunities for innovation and more interactive self-directed learning. By using digital platforms such as Canva in the development of learning media, teachers can present materials in a more engaging and easily understood manner for students. Based on the results of observations and interviews with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMA N 1 Matur, it was found that the use of digital learning media is still limited and predominantly relies on lecture methods and textbooks. This condition causes students to be less active in the learning process and less motivated to study independently. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) model with the Hannafin and Peck approach, which consists of three stages: needs analysis, design, and implementation. The developed product was tested for its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The validity test results showed that the developed media fell into the "very valid" category with a score of 0,948. The practicality test obtained a high score of 0.97, and the effectiveness test also showed a high result with a score of 0.73. Therefore, the Canva-based self-learning media in the Islamic Religious Education subject is declared valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process of students at SMA N 1 Matur, and it can encourage students to learn actively and independently. Abstrak Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang belum optimal dalam mendukung proses belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA N 1 Matur. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, diketahui bahwa media yang digunakan masih terbatas pada buku cetak, papan tulis, serta metode ceramah sebagai pendekatan utama. Padahal, pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia pendidikan tidak hanya mempermudah jalannya pembelajaran, tetapi juga memberikan peluang besar untuk menghadirkan inovasi dan menciptakan pembelajaran mandiri yang lebih interaktif. Melalui pemanfaatan platform digital seperti Canva, guru berkesempatan menyajikan materi secara lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik. Hasil observasi dan wawancara peneliti dengan guru PAI menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital masih minim dan dominan menggunakan metode ceramah serta buku paket, sehingga membuat siswa kurang aktif serta tidak terlalu termotivasi untuk belajar mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan Hannafin dan Peck yang mencakup tiga tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, dan implementasi. Produk media yang dikembangkan kemudian diuji melalui uji validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektivitas. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa media yang dihasilkan termasuk kategori sangat valid dengan skor 0,948. Pada uji praktikalitas diperoleh nilai tinggi sebesar 0,97, sedangkan uji efektivitas memberikan hasil tinggi dengan skor 0,73. "Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran mandiri berbasis Canva pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam ini dinyatakan valid, praktis, serta efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar siswa SMA N 1 Matur, sekaligus mampu mendorong mereka agar lebih aktif dan mandiri dalam belajar. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur mengenai pengembangan media pembelajaran digital pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, memberikan alternatif solusi praktis bagi guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran interaktif, serta dapat dijadikan acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT:In its implementation, motivated by the need for an e-module learning media that is more interesting, one that can be utilized is the application of electronic modules (e-modules). E-modules can be made with various applications, one of which is the sigil application. Components are made to make it easier for students to understand learning with the features that exist in the application, besides that in solving existing problems students can also see the steps on how to complete the exercises and assignments. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) research method. The system development model uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by applying the development model (Luther Sutopo). The results of the validity test conducted by computer experts showed that this product with a value of 0.82 was very good. The results of the practicality test conducted by the informatics subject teacher of this product were declared very practical, the value of 0.86 was very practical. And the results of the effectiveness test carried out with a value of 0.86 are very good.ABSTRAK:Dalam pelaksanaannya, dilatar belakangi oleh perlu adanya sebuah media pembelajaran e-modul yang lebih menarik, Salah satu yang bisa dimanfaatkan adalah penerapan electronic modul (e-modul). E-modul dapat dibuat dengan berbagai macam aplikasi, salah satunya aplikasi sigil. Komponen yang dibuat untuk mempermudah siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran dengan fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi tersebut, selain itu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada siswa juga bisa melihat langkah-langkah bagaimana menyelesaikan latihan dan tugas yang dikerjakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan menerapkan model pengembangan (Luther Sutopo). Hasil uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh ahli komputer menunjukkan produk ini dengan nilai 0,82 sangat baik. Hasil uji praktikalitas yang dilakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran informatika produk ini dinyatakan sangat praktis nilai 0,86 sangat praktis. Dan hasil uji efektifitas yang dilakukan dengan dengan nilai 0,86 sangat baik.

Abstract

Education is an important part in signaling the progress of a country, especially for a developingcountry, namely Indonesia. Education aims to improve intellectuals, skills and habits to changeone's attitudes and thoughts in order to create a generation of potential and quality in all aspects of life. For Mild Autistic Children at the Amanah Bunda Special School (SLB), there was a problemwhere the learning media still used the natural surroundings such as grass, took it from the internet and then printed it. The use of media is repeated without any development so that it makes students feel bored, not to mention the erratic mood changes of students. So that the Researchers Design Educational Game Learning Media for Children with Special Needs (ABK) Using Scratch on Mild Autistic Children in Amanah Bunda Special Schools (SLB). The method used in this research is the 4-D (four D) version development method. 4D which consists of define, design, develop, and develop Luther-Sutopo multimedia. The results of the validity test of 2 tests are expert is 0.79 with valid criteria, and the results of the test with 2 practicality examiners with a total of 0.91 with very high criteria, and the results effectiveness test with teachers worth 0.05 who are effective and students have an average value of 0.86. And it can be concluded that this educational game learning media is valid, practical and effective and can be used by mild autistic students.

Abstract

The use of smartphones in online learning is indeed very useful for students to learn. In fact, not all students use smartphones wisely to study, so students become unfocused in learning. The use of smartphones is misused in online learning such as for playing games, social media and others. The purpose of this study was to see how effective the kids mode application was to control the use of smartphones in online learning at SDN Sosa Timur District, Padang Lawas Regency, NorthSumatra. The type of research used is quantitative research. With a population of SDN Papaso IIand SDN Pir Trans Sosa 1A class VI with a total of 66 people. The sampling technique used ispurposive random sampling. While the test instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale 4. The validity test of the questionnaire is valid with a value of rcount > rtable and a reliability test of 0.866> 0.70 which means reliable. The results of the study after being processed using SPSS obtained the hypothesis is 0.784 which means that H1 is accepted H0 is rejected, namely the use of the kids mode application to control the use of smartphones when online learning is effective and can be used in improving student learning outcomes, with an effectiveness of 61.5%. So, the use of the Kids Mode Application during the COVID-19 pandemic is effectively used as a tool used by parents in controlling students' learning when parents are busy, so that in this way parents no longer worry about their children when using smartphones.

Abstract

This research is based on several problems, namely in the process of monitoring worship in schools, teachers monitor students once a week which is inefficient. Another problem is the worship and student monitoring reports can be lost because they are only summarized on paper. Not infrequently students are less honest when filling out their worship records because worship reports are not made routinely by the teacher. This is what motivates the author to design a web-based daily worship monitoring application.For students this application is designed with the hope of helping and making it easier for teachers and students to monitor the daily worship that has taken place. The research method used by the author is a research and development method. This method is a research method used to develop or validate products for use in education and learning. The research model used is the ADDIE model which is the Waterfall version of the development model, namely design, develop, implement, evaluate and SDLC. Monitoring of student worship, which is one of the activities in schools designed to monitor the performance of students' daily worship. This application is designed by the author using the PHP MySQLprogramming language. In this study, the authors conducted a trial for the product, namely using the effectiveness test, practicality test and effectiveness test. The research conducted by the author resulted in a web-based student worship monitoring application at SMA Negeri 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam. This app is available for students and teachers. From the product validity test the results are proven valid, the validity test is carried out by 3 experts who have expertise in the fields of computing and education. In addition, the teacher's practicality test resulted in a very practical score. Students are then tested foreffectiveness only to get Effective results.

Abstract

Supervision of students still uses the manual method, where students and teachers still use paper to record violations, achievements, and absenteeism. Designing an Android-Based Student Supervision Information System at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek that is practical, effective, and efficient. The method used in this research is Research and Development or better known as (R&D), which is a method used to produce a system, with the system development model using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).The model used in this SDLC is the waterfall, namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Development. The product test used is the Validity Test, Effectiveness Test, and Practical Test. The system that has been designed has been tested and has been declared valid, effective, and practical in its use. Based on the results of the research that the researchers did, the researchers succeeded in making an android-based student supervision information system product at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek. The results ofthe product test that the author did obtain a validity test from 3 experts obtained a value of 0.80 with a valid category, a practicality test from 4 practitioners obtained a value of 0.93 with a very high category, and the effectiveness test of 4 assessors obtained a value of 89% with effective category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Simulation and Digital Communication learning that the learning system still uses books and projectors as media. Where at this time learning processes have begun to be collaborated with electronic learning or called android-based. The purpose of this research is to produce an Android-based learning media design for class XI simulation and digital communication subjects at the Paluta Husada Health Vocational School that is valid, practical, and effective using the MIT APP Inventor and several supporting software. Research on the design of digital communication and simulation learning media using Mit App Inventor uses the Research and Development (R&D) methodusing the Luther-Sutopo multimedia development model, which consists of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The product test used in this study consisted of a validity test, practicality test and effectiveness test. The results of this android-based digital communication and simulation learning media research get a validity test value with an average value of 0.81 with a very valid category, a practicality test with an average value of 0.84 with a very practical category and aneffectiveness test with an average value of 0.84. the average is 0.93 with a very valid category, based on the test results of android-based digital communication and simulation learning media products using the MIT APP Inventor have been valid, practical and effective. So, teachers can use this learning media to attract students' attention to be more diligent in studying because with this media students only open Android and students learn anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design a user hotspot server management using Mikrotik at SMA N 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. Based on the results of interviews with ICT BK teachers at SMA N 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that internet access in schools is not yet stable and good network management and hotspot logins have not been regulated. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the PPDIOO development model (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). The product test used in this research is the validity test, practicality test and effectiveness test. The results of the Quality of Service (QoS) test that the author conducted obtained a delay index of 4 with a very good category, packet loss index 4 with a very good category, throughput index 2 with a sufficient category and a total average of 3.3 with a good category. The results of the product test that the author conducted obtained a validity test from 3 experts, a score of 0.86 was obtained in the valid category, the practicality test from 6 practitioners obtained a value of 0.88 in the practical category and the effectiveness test from 9 appraisers obtained a value of 0.72 in the effective category.

Abstract

Daily tests are part of the evaluation system carried out by educators to students to measure and assess the achievement of student competencies after completing basic competencies (KD) in learning. In this school, the daily test process is manual or conventional, where the daily test is done by doubling the questions, using paper, stationery and the results of the daily tests are checked by writing on paper one by one. Of course it has drawbacks, namely increasing answer sheets, requiring paper costs, teachers calculating relatively long scores and the time it takes students to find out values is relatively long. This type of research uses Research and Development research with the abbreviation (R&D) with a 4D version development model (Four D) with the stages ofdefine, design, develop and desiminate. As well as the development model using the SDLC (SystemDevelopment Life Cycle) with the Waterfall model with the stages of communication, planning,modeling, construction, and deployment. The results of this product test have been carried out with several lecturers (computer and education experts), teachers, and students. With the Validity Test with expert lecturers in the field of computers and education obtaining 0.72, it is categorized asvalid, the Practicality Test conducted by the teacher obtains 0.84 which is declared high and the value of the Effectiveness Test tested on students is 0.79 declared effective.
