Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of compensation on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction of PT Bumi Asri Nusa employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Asri Nusa. Sampling was done using purposive sampling. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the support of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The data analysis process includes validity testing, reliability testing, and structural model testing. The results showed that: (1) compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Bumi Asri Nusa. (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Bumi Asri Nusa. (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Bumi Asri Nusa. (4) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect in mediating the effect of compensation on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui motivasi kerja pada Pengurus Organisasi Persekutuan Mahasiswa Kristen Universitas Negeri Makassar (PMK UNM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaitif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Badan Pengurus PMK UNM Periode 2024-2025 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 responden yang dipilih menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, namun beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan lainnya membuktikan bahwan motivasi kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat komitmen organisasi meskipun dengan beban kerja yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja pada Karyawan Di PT. Semen Tonasa (Persero) Kabupaten Pangkep. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang diteliti merupakan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja sebagai variabel dependen (X), komitmen kerja sebagai variabel independent (Y), dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening (Z).  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan tetap Departemen Produksi Clinker dan Semen Unit RKC 4 dan sampel berjumlah 44 responden dengan menggunakan rumus sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan secara offline dan online dengan mengunakan lembar keusioner dan google form. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  (1) penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja karyawan, (2) sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, (4)  motivasi kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara sistem mamajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan komitmen kerja, sehingga motivasi kerja menjadi jembatan penting dalam memperkuat komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Gowa. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diteliti berjumlah 33 karyawan yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Gowa. Kemudian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Gowa.

Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi Bittuang Tana Toraja. Skripsi. Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi Bittuang Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan tetap pada PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi Bittuang Tana Toraja. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu: Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi Bittuang Tana Toraja. Hasil uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi Bittuang Tana Toraja juga Kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sulotco Jaya Abadi Bittuang Tana Toraja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk for the 2018-2022 period using quarterly, using the Return on Investment ratio, and the Return on Equity ratio using the Du Pont System approach. The population in this study is the entire financial report data of PT. Hero Supermarket Group Tbk taken from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The sample of this study uses time series data for the last five years consisting of quarterly balance sheets and profit and loss reports from PT. Hero Supermarket Group Tbk Period 2018-2022. Data collection techniques for this study using documentation techniques, which include data collection in the form of quarterly financial reports for the last 5 periods of PT. HERO Supermarket Group Tbk on the company's official website listed where it aims to collect and analyze financial report data and then perform a profitability ratio analysis. From the results of this study, we can see that the impact of converting Giant to IKEA for now looks influential but is still not clearly visible or not significantly visible. To see the results of the significant profitability ratios of PT Hero Supermarket Group Tbk, it takes 2 to 3 years.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal article is to define the role of human resources within the context of an organization. The article employs a literature research method. Based on the analysis, it can be inferred that human resource management encompasses three key functions: administrative, operational, and the attainment of overall organizational objectives. These functions encompass activities such as recruitment, human resource development, compensation, occupational health and safety management, as well as industrial relations and labor market management. The primary goal of human resource management is to enhance the contribution of human resources (employees) to the organization. It is evident that the success of an organization in achieving its objectives heavily relies on effective management of its personnel. Therefore, it is crucial to employ sound personnel management practices to ensure that the organization accomplishes its predetermined goals. Human resource managers, along with line managers and subcontractors, play vital roles in the pursuit of human resource management objectives.

Abstract

This study examines the role of empathy in enhancing customer satisfaction in the laundry service industry in Makassar City. Empathy is vital for building positive relationships by allowing service providers to better understand customers' feelings and needs. Through surveys and data analysis of laundry service users, the research identifies a significant correlation between high levels of empathy from providers and increased customer satisfaction. Key factors influencing empathy include employee training, interpersonal skills development, and an organizational culture that promotes empathy. The findings highlight the importance of empathy in a competitive market, offering insights for service management to improve customer experiences and foster loyalty through enhanced empathetic engagement.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores employee perceptions of company welfare programs within Indonesia's financial sector, focusing on a private banking institution. Through in-depth interviews with 15 employees across various divisions, the research reveals that while health benefits and work flexibility are highly valued, significant disparities exist between policy design and practical implementation. Key challenges include bureaucratic access barriers, generational differences in benefit preferences, and inconsistent awareness of available programs. The findings emphasize that organizational culture, management support, and effective communication are pivotal in shaping employee experiences of welfare initiatives. The study contributes to human resource management literature by highlighting the need for more adaptive, employee-centric welfare strategies that address both structural and cultural dimensions of implementation. Practical implications suggest organizations must enhance program accessibility, tailor benefits to diverse workforce needs, and strengthen internal communication to maximize welfare program effectiveness.

Abstract

This phenomenological study explores the lived experience of work wellbeing among millennial employees within Jakarta’s dynamic technology startup ecosystem. Through in-depth interviews with ten participants across diverse roles and startup stages, the research reveals that well-being transcends traditional financial metrics, emerging instead as contextualized resonance, a state of thriving within the environment’s inherent chaos, speed, and uncertainty. Four interconnected dimensions define this resonance: (1) Meaningful Contribution (alignment with personal values and tangible impact), (2) Autonomy and Flexibility (trust in self-management, albeit challenged by blurred boundaries), (3) Authentic Interpersonal Relationships (psychological safety and communal support as buffers against stress), and (4) Space for Growth (continuous learning and non-linear development pathways). The findings underscore that millennials derive profound satisfaction from co-creating innovation but require deliberate organizational support to mitigate burnout risks. This study advocates for human-centered HR strategies transforming Jakarta’s startup dynamism from a wellbeing challenge into a catalyst for resilience, retention, and holistic fulfillment.
