Abstract

An allowance refers to additional payments, benefits, or privileges provided to employees by their employers, usually in addition to their regular salary or wages. These allowances are intended to support or compensate employees for certain expenses, hardships, or circumstances relating to their work or personal lives. This study aims to determine the effect of allowances on employee performance at the Luwu District Agriculture Service Office. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 52 individuals related to the problem being examined. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the allowance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Specifically, the study found that the higher the benefits obtained by an employee, the higher their performance level will be.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation on the productivity of Makassar Akhwat sewing house employees. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population is 118 employees with a sample of 26 production employees. This study uses a simple linear regression method. T test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable Work Motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is shown from the results of the t test obtained by the Work Motivation variable which has a t count > t table and has a significance value that is less than the confidence level of 0.05 or has a t count of 2.520 > t table.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing on purchase decisions at Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District. The data used in this research is primary data with a total of 80 samples. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study consists of the consumers of Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District who follow the Rumah Kuning Instagram account. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent and dependent variables includes the Classical Assumption Test, namely the Normality Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Hypothesis Test (t-test), and Simple Regression Analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study align with (H1), which states that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions at Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on work readiness in final year students of the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. This research used quantitative methods involving 65 female students who were actively studying at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University class of 2020. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis in this research uses simple linear regression with the help of a program microsoft excel 2007 and program software SPSS statistics 20. The results of this study show that self-efficacy positively and significantly influences work readiness in final year students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi ialah bagian penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam suatu perusahaan karena memiliki dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki perusahaan menentukan keberhasilan organisasi dalam perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan itu sendiri, oleh karena itu sumber daya manusia mulai berperan dalam mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dalam perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunkaan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui metode studi pustaka. Terdapat langkah-langkah yang dapat membentuk budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan strategi pengembangan organisasi yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how achievement motivation affects employee performance at Pandora Corp. The population in this study were all 34 Pandora Corp employees, so a saturated sample was used to take the population as a sample. The data collection technique was carried out using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear analysis and correlation coefficient analysis (R) using the IBM Statistical for Product and Service (SPSS) Version 25 program. The results showed that achievement motivation statistically affects employee work performance at Pandora Corp which has been proven by the significance value in the regression test t-count value greater than the t-table value, namely 6,053> 2,037. Therefore HI is accepted and it can be said that there is a strong influence between achievement motivation (X) on work performance (Y) of Pandora Corp employees. When viewed from the statistical results of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.731, it can be interpreted that achievement motivation on work performance has a strong relationship and also the coefficient of determination of 0.534 means that achievement motivation has an influence on work performance by 53%, the remaining 47% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Financial planning, analysis, and control of financial operations are examples of tasks that fall under the field of financial management. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the cash flow statement to gain valuable insights for decision-making. To conduct this analysis, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. They collect, transform, interpret, and analyze data to summarize the results from revenue. The cash flow statement for the food and beverage industry is prepared by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. When calculating all cash flow metrics, the average revenue—or net profit—is quite large. The cash flow calculation results show the company's profit and the growth percentage of each result; Indofood Sukses Makmur is a company that shows very low sales. PT Indofood generates the lowest average cash flow statement ratio compared to all other food and beverage companies studied in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational behavior will affect organizational performance and whether there is no influence of organizational behavior on organizational performance. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. By conducting interviews with two members of the association who have different positions, namely the treasurer and staff of the organization's association. Based on the results of the interviews that have been conducted, it shows that within the Sociology Education Student Association organization, Makassar State University, there is an influence of organizational behavior that has had an impact on organizational performance. . This impact depends on individual behavior in the organization because it is the individual who will run the organization to achieve the desired goals. Therefore in the organization must have positive individual behavior in carrying out organizational goals. it can be concluded based on the conclusions above according to the interviews of the two members, namely organizational behavior is important for every organization to encourage positive behavior and build a work climate that supports achieving long-term success.

In the Industry 4.0 era, achieving sustainable business success requires organizations to harness unique, rare, and inimitable resources. These resources demand a long learning curve within the organization and are critical for sustaining competitive advantage. This study explores the Era 4.0 Organizational Sustainability Model, a hybrid framework that demonstrates the interrelation of key organizational elements, including core competencies, business outcomes, and strategic objectives essential for long-term operational sustainability. In a landscape of intense competition, survival and growth are imperative goals for organizations. Central to this endeavor is the management of human resources, particularly the Millennial workforce, known for its unique challenges in turning weaknesses into opportunities for development. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran perilaku organisasi dalam pengambilan keputusan manajemen keuangan dengan pendekatan perspektif integratif. Pendekatan ini mencakup penggabungan teori-teori perilaku organisasi dan konsep-konsep pengambilan keputusan dalam konteks manajemen keuangan. Pertama, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi bagaimana faktor-faktor psikologis individu, seperti persepsi, motivasi, dan kepribadian, mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini akan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor sosial, seperti dinamika kelompok kerja dan budaya organisasi, yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen keuangan. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan melibatkan analisis struktural organisasi dan bagaimana struktur tersebut memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Faktor-faktor seperti pembagian tugas, koordinasi, dan komunikasi di dalam organisasi akan dieksplorasi dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Penelitian ini juga akan mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang berkaitan dengan perilaku organisasi. Hal ini dapat mencakup bias kognitif, konflik kepentingan, dan kurangnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam organisasi. Dengan mengintegrasikan teori perilaku organisasi dengan konsep pengambilan keputusan keuangan, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang peran perilaku organisasi dalam pengambilan keputusan manajemen keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para praktisi dan pengambil keputusan dalam mengelola sumber daya keuangan perusahaan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.
