Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak review (ulasan) produk di Marketplace Shopee terhadap minat beli pelanggan, dengan mempertimbangkan kepercayaan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Pemilihan topik ini penting karena dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana review produk memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam konteks Marketplace yang terus berkembang. Di era digital seperti saat ini, konsumen semakin mengandalkan informasi online sebelum melakukan pembelian. Sehingga memahami peran review dalam membangun kepercayaan pelanggan menjadi krusial untuk strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini tidak hanya membantu pelaku bisnis dalam meningkatkan konversi penjualan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada inovasi produk dan pengembangan merek yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar, sejalan dengan transformasi digital yang mengubah cara berbisnis dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar yang telah berpengalaman dalam berbelanja di Shopee. Hubungan antar variabel dianalisis menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepercayaan pelanggan. review yang positif tidak hanya meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap produk dan penjual, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai pendorong utama untuk meningkatkan minat beli. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya review produk dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian, yang dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemasar dan pelaku usaha dalam strategi pemasaran digital.

Decision-making is a vital process that has a direct impact on organizational performance, and is strongly influenced by an individual's ability to integrate interpersonal skills, personal motivation, and communication effectiveness. This research reviews the determination of organizational behavior and decision making: analysis of skills, motivation and communication, human resource management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build hypotheses of influence between variables that will be used in further research. The results of this research literature are: 1) Effect of Organizational Behavior on Organizational Behavior; 2) The Effect of Motivation on Organizational Behavior; 3) The Effect of Communication on Organizational Behavior; 4) Effect of Organizational Behavior on Decision Making; 5) Effect of Motivation on Decision Making; 6) Effect of Communication on Decision Making; and 7) Effect of Organizational Behavior on Decision Making.

HR management has a very important role in the continuity of the company. This problem is due to matters related to performance, motivation, job satisfaction, and productivity if the will is not fulfilled, it will lead to the company’s sustainability being disrupted. Human resource management is the process of dealing with various problems within the scope of employees, clerks, laborers, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities of an organization or company in order to achieve predetermined goals. Therefore managers must ensure that the company or organization has the right workforce in the right place, and at the right time, who has the ability to complete tasks that will help the company achieve its overall goals effectively and efficiently. The writing method uses the literature review method (libari research). Human Resource Management (HR) is a method of human resource management in an organization to achieve the maximum goals of the organization through the development of the human resources themselves. Human Resource Management is drip management focusing on the human factor of production with all activities to achieve company goals. Human resources are investment holding an important role for the company. Without human resources, other production factors cannot be maximized to achieve company goals. The role of humans in achieving this goal is very important in achieving organizational goals. So in simple terms actually human resource management is managing human resources. Of all the resources available in the organization, human resources are very important and very decisive. All the potential possessed by human resources greatly influences the organization’s efforts to achieve its goals.

Abstract : This research aims to determine empirically the influence of competency and compensation on job satisfaction of employees at the Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Makassar City Office. The population used was employees of the Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Makassar City Office. The sample used was 35 employees who were used as respondents. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using statistical product and service solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study show that competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and competence and compensation has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Kota Makassar. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Kantor Kopkar Tirta Sejahtera PDAM Kota Makassar. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang pegawai yang dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kompensasi berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai serta kompetensi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the Influence of Digital Marketing Strategies on Shopee on Generation Z's Purchase Intention. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study consists of 100 active students from the Management Department at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Data collection techniques included literature study, observation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics software version 21. Based on the research results, the t-test value for the Digital Marketing Strategy variable is (7.730) > t-table (1.660) and the Sig value is (0.000) < 0.05, which means that the Digital Marketing Strategy variable (independent variable) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (dependent variable). Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Strategi Digital Marketing di Shopee Terhadap Minat Beli Generasi Z. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang Mahasiswa Aktif Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS Statistic versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai uji t hitung variabel Strategi Digital Marketing (7,730) > t tabel (1,660) dan nilai Sig (0,000) < 0.05 yang berarti variabel Strategi Digital Marketing (variabel bebas) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (variabel terikat).

This research aims to determine empirically the influence of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Gowa Regency Transportation Service office. The population used is all Civil Servants at the Gowa Regency Transportation Service office. The sample used was 51 employees who were used as respondents. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using primary data. Technical data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, and the physical work environment and non-physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Culture and Tourism Office. This sampling method uses saturated sampling, which is the entire population of 45 respondents with a quantitative research method. Data collection was obtained through interviews and questionnaire distribution directly (offline). The data analysis techniques used to analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, linearity tests, and homokedasticity tests, hypothesis tests used Partial tests (t-test), and determination coefficients (R2 test). The results of this study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bantaeng Regency Culture and Tourism Office.

His research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar. The sample in this study was all employees of the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBAP), totaling 83 employees. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and R determinant tests. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the Training variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the positive influence of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) which can be shown through the results of the hypothesis test (t test) where the calculated t result is greater than the t table. Based on this description, it can be concluded that training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar.

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and Burnout on Employee Job Satisfaction at Wizzmie. The method used is quantitative and uses two independent variables, namely Work Life Balance (X1), Burnout (X2) while one dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). The sample used was all Wizzmie employees as many as 41 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are primary and secondary data with data analysis in the form of instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 30. The results of this study indicate that (1) work life balance partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Wizzmie, (2) burnout partially has a negative and significant effect on Wizzmie employee job satisfaction, (3) work life balance and burnout simultaneously have a significant effect on Wizzmie job satisfaction.

This study was to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance in PT PLN (Persero) Karebosi Customer Service Unit Makassar City. the sample of this study were 58 employees. This type of research is Quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the study shows that there is a positive influence between the workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative influence between the work stress variable (X2) on the employee performance variable which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 38. 355 + 0.265 - 0.294 + e and has a significant effect with the t_ (calculated) value of each variable of 3.711> t_ (table) (X1) and -2.612> t_ (table) (X2), with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 (X1) and 0.012 <0.05 (X2). The R Square value of 0.501 this figure shows that the workload variable and the work strea variable in this study contributed an influence of 50.1%.
