Abstract

Generation Alpha is a unique generation, born in the era of digital technology. Since an early age, they have been in contact with information technology. Based on previous research, this generation spends a lot of time in front of the screen and is fluent in using technological tools. As a generation of future leaders, teachers and parents must have an approach based on the characteristics of the Alpha generation in parenting and teaching patterns to develop leadership character. The study aims to examine the characteristics of the Alpha generation, how character education for the Alpha generation and effective parenting patterns in preparing the digital leadership of the Alpha generation. Literature studies show that the Alpha generation has great potential as a digital leader through the digital environment, character education in schools and parental care must be adjusted to the characteristics of the Alpha generation, by providing role models, mentoring, and good relationships. This study used a mixed method involving a quantitative survey of teachers and students, as well as qualitative interviews with school principals. The results of the study show that effective leadership in this context involves the implementation of holistic policies, which not only emphasize mastery of technology, but also strengthen character values ​​such as responsibility, discipline, and empathy. Thus, the role of principals and teachers is crucial in creating a learning environment that is balanced between the intellectual development and character of students. This research provides strategic recommendations for educational leaders in designing policies that are able to integrate technology without neglecting student character development.

Abstract

Educational administration is the entire process of working together by utilizing all available and needed resources to achieve educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Educational administration is basically administration in processing, organizing and allocating the resources contained in the world of education. Facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both moving and immovable, so that educational goals can be achieved and run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, the definition of infrastructure is facilities that indirectly support the course of the educational process, such as; yard, garden or school garden, road to school, school rules, and so on. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is something that really supports the achievement of the goals of education, as education personnel we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to increase effective and efficient work power and be able to respect the work ethics of fellow educational personnel, so that harmony and comfort will be created which can create pride and a sense of belonging from both the school community and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research originated from the phenomenon of community religious traditions in the West Sumatra region, precisely in Jorong Halalang. The local community named it Dikia Rabano. In this tradition there is a series of Al-Qur'an verses that are read before starting the recitation of sholawat to the prophet. The formulation of the problem is how is the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? and how is the public perception of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? This research is a field research (Field research) whose data collection techniques the author uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources are traditional leaders, religious leaders, teachers and members of Dikia Rabano and the community in Jorong Halalang Nagari Kamang Mudiak. To analyze the data, the author uses data reduction steps, data analysis and finally conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, that the practice of reading these verses has existed since the time of the Prophet which then continued in the generations after him. As for the public perception of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, including as protection to be given a smooth event, it is also understood as a means to ask for the blessing of reading shalawat to be conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad so as to get syafa'at from him in the afterlife, one form of khidmat to teachers and previous scholars by following their teachings, heart healers when read in tahlilan events and for expressions of gratitude when read in events related to thanksgiving and celebrations and as a form of worship to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a major focus in many countries, including Indonesia. One of the key elements in achieving this goal is through effective learning processes in schools. Among the various learning strategies available, the cooperative learning model has attracted the attention of many educators, especially at the junior high school level. This model emphasizes cooperation among students to achieve a common learning goal. This article aims to analyze the effect of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes of junior high school students. Literature review analysis by analyzing various relevant research sources, such as scientific journals, scientific articles, and research reports. The results of the analysis show that the cooperative learning model has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of junior high school students. This is evidenced by several findings, namely: increased learning scores, increased learning motivation, increased cooperation skills, increased critical and creative thinking skills, increased self-confidence and independence, increased socialization and communication skills. Further analysis needs to be conducted to explore different types of cooperative learning models that are effective for different subjects and for diverse student groups.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the portfolio learning model at SMPN 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan in enhancing the quality of PAI and BP learning. Employing qualitative research with descriptive methods, the study focused on improving the quality of PAI and BP learning, encompassing the learning process and outcomes. The study involved participation from PAI subject teachers and seventh-grade students at SMPN 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan. Data was collected through interviews, documentation studies, and observations, and subsequently analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results indicated that the implementation of the portfolio learning model in PAI and BP subjects encourages active student engagement, elevates motivation to complete assigned tasks, and enhances comprehension of the lesson material. Therefore, optimizing teacher competence to effectively utilize a variety of learning resources is essential in achieving optimal learning objectives.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of using a non-directive learning model on PAI learning outcomes in husnuzhon material after implementing the non-directive model. This type of research is classroom action research. There are four stages in each cycle, namely preparation, activity and observation, and reflection. The research subjects were eighth grade students. Based on the analysis of the researchers' findings, student work results increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely cycle 1 (60%), cycle II (78%) and cycle II (95%). It can be concluded that using this learning model can be used as an alternative learning method for Islamic Religious Education. As a suggestion, implementing PAI learning using a non-directive model requires thorough preparation for both teachers and students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the comparative study of the Thought of K. H Ahmad Dahlan and Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah in Moral Education. The method used in this study uses a method or library approach (library research), that library or library study can be defined as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study indicate that the comparison of the thoughts of K. H Ahmad Dahlan and Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah in moral education is as follows: The concept of moral education in the perspective of KH Ahmad Dahlan based on high values and noble life is expected to form a more perfect student's personality, both related to the potential of reason, feelings and actions. While the concept of moral education according to Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah is inseparable from the nature of Islamic education itself which is guided by the Qur'an and sunnah. Moral education seeks to shape the character, character, morals and human personality so that it is able to distinguish between good and bad, right and wrong. According to Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, moral education is defined as an effort to form knowledge in humans that functions to run life to be able to open human eyes to always have knowledge and have a far and broad view of the future.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is very important in the current era of globalization. To improve the quality of teaching and learning in Islamic religious education learning, effective educator strategies are needed. The purpose of this study is to identify educators' strategies that can improve the quality of teaching and learning in learning Islamic religious education in the era of globalization. This research uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. Data were collected through various sources such as journals, books, articles and other sources. The results showed that there are several effective educator strategies in improving the quality of teaching and learning in learning Islamic religious education in the era of globalization. In addition, educators need to apply student-centered teaching methods. In the context of learning Islam, this can be done by providing space for students to share their experiences and understanding of Islam. This approach allows students to be actively involved in learning and strengthens their understanding of religious values. Effective educator strategies in improving the quality of teaching and learning in Islamic religious education learning in the era of globalization involve the use of approaches that emphasize the global context, the utilization of information and communication technology, and the application of student-centered teaching methods

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya temuan penulis ialah melaksanakan tugas dalam mengembangkan kepribadian, guru tidak sepenuhnya melaksanakan tugasnya seperti ada juga dari guru yang lalai atau tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan RPP atau silabus dan pada saat mengulang materi pembelajaran yang lalu guru jarang memastikan siswa sudah paham atau belum. Upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam melaksanakan tugas untuk mengembangkan kepribadian dalam mengamalkan ajaran Islam seperti tidak aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Kemudian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam melaksanakan tugas dalam pembelajaran disekolah SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri 2 data yaitu data primer dan data skunder. Data primer yaitu guru PAI dan data skunder yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, Teknik pengumpul data yang peneliti gunakan adalah observasi. Hasil penelitian ini: pertama Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam melaksanakan tugas dalam mengembangkan kepribadian di kelas XI SMAN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti tidak sepenuhnya melaksanakan tugasnya disekolah seperti ada juga yang lalai atau tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan alokasi waktu di sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Linggo sari Baganti

Abstract

Pembelajaran Qiraat Sab’ah di pesantren umumnya dilakukan secara konvensional melalui hafalan dan bimbingan langsung dari guru. Meskipun metode ini mengakar kuat dalam tradisi, namun kurang menarik bagi santri di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas e-modul Qiraat Sab’ah berbasis video dengan pendekatan naghom Al-Qur’an menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), melibatkan ahli bahasa, media, materi, serta guru dan santri kelas 10 sebagai subjek uji coba. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 96,77%. Praktikalitas media dinilai sangat baik oleh guru (97,77%) dan santri (98,43%). Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 14,12 poin antara pretest dan posttest, dengan signifikansi 0,000. Minat belajar santri juga meningkat, dengan rata-rata skor 94,66% dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian, e-modul ini dinyatakan sangat valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan minat serta hasil belajar santri pada materi Qiraat Sab’ah, khususnya Qiraat Imam Nafi’. Media ini menunjukkan potensi besar untuk diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an berbasis pesantren yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai tradisional dan teknologi digital.
