Abstract

Oemah Pudding & Cake merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada di Dusun Jatiwekas Desa Kedawung Kabupaten Kediri yang menjual pudding dan cake, sebagai salah satu pelaku UMKM di sektor kuliner memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang namun menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan bisnis dan pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha dan kemandirian ekonomi kreatif melalui pengembangan produk inovatif, strategi pemasaran digital, dan peningkatan pendapatan keluarga, sehingga tercipta UMKM yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu dengan mengadakan survei dalam bentuk wawancara tentang pengetahuan mitra mengenai pengembangan UMKM dan ekonomi kreatif sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, community development, focus discussion group, pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Peserta pelatihan diajarkan cara menciptakan variasi produk baru yang inovatif dan kreatif, serta memanfaatkan platform digital seperti media sosial dan e-commerce untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam memproduksi produk berkualitas serta memasarkan produk dengan modal kecil namun menghasilkan penghasilan yang memuaskan. Dampak dari program ini juga terlihat dari meningkatnya pendapatan keluarga dan terwujudnya kemandirian ekonomi yang lebih kuat. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan Oemah Puding & Cake dapat menjadi pelopor dalam industri kuliner lokal, menciptakan UMKM yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan, serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di era digital.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada PT Toyosindo yaitu keluhan karyawan mengenai kompensasi langsung yaitu gaji dan adanya turnover melebihi standar perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 55 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yang merupakan total populasi karyawan dari PT Toyosindo. Pengukuran variabel untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Saran bagi manajemen agar selalu memerhatikan dan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mengoptimalkan komitmen organisasi dan mengurangi tingkat turnover agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Langsung, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and working stress on organizational commitment. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The sample of this research included 55 employees of PT Toyosindo. Measurement of variables to test the hypothesis using the T test and F test. In testing hypothesis, known t count 4,033 > t tabel 2,006 and the significance value 0,000<0,05 which means financial compensation significantly related organizational commitment, t count 2,555 > t table 2,006 working stress has a significant influence on organizational commitment. For the F-test results obtained in this study calculated F value = 40,866 and the value of F table = 3,180 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and working stress to commitment organizational.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Working Stress

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dan motivasi terhada kinerja karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpul dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form, dengan melibatkan 80 responden karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sosial serta kesejahteraan anggotanya. Pengelola organisasi sosial sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola SDM, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan, serta kurangnya strategi pengelolaan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya edukasi manajemen SDM bagi pengelola organisasi sosial guna meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan anggota. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur dan pendekatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai teori dan temuan empiris terkait strategi pengelolaan SDM dalam organisasi sosial serta mengimplementasikan program pelatihan berbasis komunitas. Implementasi kebijakan SDM yang berbasis kesejahteraan anggota juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi dan loyalitas dalam organisasi sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan edukasi yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan melalui sinergi antara penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar organisasi sosial dapat berkembang secara optimal dan memberikan dampak positif yang lebih luas.

Abstract

In the era of increasing digitalization, the manufacturing industry faces challenges to improve employee efficiency and performance through information technology. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital performance appraisal systems, digital training, and performance evaluations on employee performance in the manufacturing industry. The research method used is quantitative, using a survey approach involving 120 respondents from various positions in manufacturing companies that have implemented digital systems in HR management. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that the digital performance appraisal system has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Digital training also shows a positive correlation in improving employee skills and productivity. Regular performance evaluations strengthen constructive feedback and increase work motivation. The three independent variables simultaneously contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings support the importance of digital transformation in human resource management in the manufacturing sector. The implications of this study provide an overview that digital adaptation not only supports process efficiency but also improves employee capabilities and work results. Thus, companies must continue investing in digital systems integrated with employee performance improvement strategies.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of MSME Owner Leadership and Motivation on Employee Productivity. Case studies were conducted on MSME owners located in urban areas. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample studied in this research was 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this research show that (1) The results of hypothesis testing prove that MSME Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Productivity in the Weaving MSME Business Environment in Bandar. (2) The results of hypothesis testing prove that motivation has no significant effect on employee productivity in the MSME Weaving Business Environment in Bandar. (3) The results of hypothesis testing prove that MSME Owner Leadership and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Productivity in the Weaving MSME Business Environment in Bandar.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive and rapidly changing business era, human resource management has become a key element in corporate success. Effective administration requires human resources who are high-performing, innovative, and able to adapt to dynamic changes in the business environment. Creativity, as the ability to generate new ideas and innovative solutions, is an important factor in achieving this goal. This research aims to examine the importance of creativity in human resource management to achieve effective administration. It is an exploration of the literature that adopts a qualitative method, which means that it evaluates and interprets information and texts that come from a variety of different sources. The results of the study show that in human resource management, creativity is a key element that plays a role in achieving effective administration. Creativity helps organisations to adapt quickly, increase employee motivation, and create an innovative environment. Through the development of a culture that supports creativity and strategies that encourage the contribution of innovative ideas from employees, organisations can harness the full potential of their human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of non-formal education based on women’s empowerment in enhancing business competence, economic independence, and household welfare in the era of social transformation. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and credible websites with a publication range between 1964–2025. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis, which involved organising information, identifying key themes, comparing findings across studies, and presenting comprehensive interpretations. From 50 initial articles, after a strict selection process based on relevance and quality, 32 articles were used as the main sources. The results indicate that non-formal education contributes significantly to building women’s entrepreneurial skills, increasing financial independence, and strengthening family welfare. The integration of digital literacy, social capital reinforcement, and community support has proven to enhance the effectiveness of non-formal education programs amid the dynamics of social transformation. This study also highlights the relevance of Human Capital Theory, Empowerment Theory, Capability Approach, and Network Society in understanding the relationship between non-formal education and women’s empowerment. The findings provide practical implications for the development of community-based programs, theoretical implications in enriching the literature on women’s empowerment, and policy implications in formulating sustainable socio-economic development strategies.

Abstract

Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi sering dianggap paling ditakuti oleh siswa-siswi SMK, namun kenyataannya mata pelajaran akuntansi dapat diterapkan disemua bidang pekerjaan. Sehingga akuntansi ini sangat penting untuk dipahami lebih dalam selain untuk pekerjaan akuntansi sangat berguna di kehidupan sehari-hari, maka pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih siswa-siswi dalam memahami akuntansi dasar dan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Pentingnya untuk mengetahui akuntansi dasar dan pembuatan laporan keuangan dapat dijadikan skiil untuk siswa ketika sudah lulus dari sekolah dan dapat digunakan untuk mengelola laporan keuangan sendiri.dari kegiatan pengabdian masayarakat ini dapat membantus siswa-siswi SMK Tunas Bangsa agar dapat Menyusun laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of compensation and benefits on employee efficiency in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gabru Village, Gurah District. The focus is not only on financial incentives, but also employee motivation and company productivity. Challenges in designing compensation systems in MSMEs include limited resources, simple organizational structures, and dynamic markets. Factors such as the uncertainty of the business environment and organizational culture influence its effectiveness. Empirical studies show that fair compensation can increase employee satisfaction and performance. By considering the unique factors of MSMEs, business owners can develop effective strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach involving interviews, surveys, literature reviews, and secondary data analysis. Findings show that compensation and benefits programs have a positive impact on retaining quality employees and improving organizational performance.
