Abstract

Kegiatan Kukerta ini dilakukan di Desa Bareng Kecamatan Sawahan Kabupaten Nganjuk yang mana Desa Bareng sendiri merupakan pelopor Desa wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desa Bareng memiliki potensi alam yang sangat luar biasa yang mana kawasan hutannya yang sangat luas, obyek wisata yang dimiliki antara lain Bukit Syurga dan Jalur Pendakian Gunung Wilis yang mana kedua obyek wisata tersebut sudah dikenal wisatawan dalam kota maupun luar kota Nganjuk. Kelompok Kukerta dari Universitas Kadiri bekerja sama dengan pihak Desa juga tim wisata guna membantu segala kegiatannya juga mengekspose potensi wilayah Desa Bareng. Dari kegiatan kukerta yang telah dilaksanakan selama dua minggu tim kukerta dapat menarik kesimpulan diantaranya pihak desa Bareng perlu lebih giat lagi dalam hal promosi, sedangkan promosi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya melalui media sosial selain itu, pemerintah Desa Bareng juga perlu menggali potensi alam yang begitu luasnya guna memunculkan ide-ide wisata baru agar dapat menjadi contoh wilayah lain.

Abstract

Every company wants a position or position that is more profitable and can survive and earn profits accordingly. Price discount policy is a matter of interest to the consumer and can increase the sales volume. Because in the provision of a very large discount the effect on the increase of sales volume, then the company must be able to establish the right price cut policy to meet the desired sales target inmaximizing corporate goals. Price discount policy is one of the driving factors to increase sales volume.This study aims to: know how the effect of discounted policy on sales volume. From result of research can be concluded that:1) From the calculation of correlation analysis done to produce correlation coefficient value of 0.963 which means that between the policy discount (X) with sales volume (Y) has a strong or positive relationship; 2) From the results of regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 213 + 5.8X. So if the discount policy is increased by one part (1 part) then the sales volume will increase by 5.8 units. Suggestions that writers can give to the company are: The company should pay more attention to the policy of price discount, in order to increase company sales volume. This is very important because with the increase in sales volume indirectly sales results in the company also increased

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman tradisional di Jakarta, Indonesia, sedang mengalami transformasi yang signifikan dengan adanya integrasi teknologi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menyelidiki implikasi dari transformasi ini melalui analisis kuantitatif, dengan fokus pada sampel 143 bisnis kuliner tradisional. Penelitian ini menilai kondisi adopsi Industri 4.0 saat ini, mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat utama, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap proses operasional dan pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antara karakteristik bisnis, kesiapan tenaga kerja, adopsi Industri 4.0, dan dampak selanjutnya terhadap operasi dan pengalaman pelanggan. Statistik deskriptif memberikan wawasan tentang lanskap demografis dan teknologi, sementara penilaian model pengukuran memastikan validitas dan keandalan instrumen survei. Analisis jalur dan analisis bootstrap memvalidasi hubungan, dan analisis kecocokan model, R², dan Q² mengevaluasi ketahanan model struktural secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada wacana akademis, memandu pengambilan keputusan strategis bagi pemilik bisnis, dan menetapkan tolok ukur untuk studi masa depan tentang adopsi Industri 4.0 di industri tradisional.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are predicted to be the biggest pillars of the economy. This can be seen from the significant emergence of new MSME actors in Indonesia. In 2022, the East Java Representative projects that East Java's economic growth in 2022 can be boosted to reach 5 percent - 5.8 percent through a number of efforts to increase economic sectors, one of which is MSMEs. [1]. Of the 64.1 million MSME actors in Indonesia, only 10,632 are managing their trademarks, this phenomenon occurs due to the lack of awareness of MSME actors on intellectual property rights. Meanwhile, for the management of IPR, many conveniences have been provided, including the bus registering IPR via online by fulfilling the requirements that have been applied by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights. The problems that occur are: 1. MSME actors have very low knowledge of HKI, 2. MSME actors do not know the benefits of HKI for their business, 3. Abstract

Produktivitas dapat tercapai jika manajemen memahami faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan produktivitas kerja. Perusahaan berharap karyawannya dapat bekerja dengan baik, mencapai produktivitas yang tinggi dan mampu mengartikulasikan visi dan misi yang telah disepakati dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan.Tujuan rotasi kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial maupun secara simultan mempengaruh produktivitas kerja di pabrik krupuk UD Kriuk DVD kunir Kediri. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan. Populasi ini meliputi semua karyawan di pabrik krupuk UD Kriuk DVD kunir kediri berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel diambil berdasarkan pegawai tetap yang bekerja minimal 1 tahun sebanyak 60 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda cincin kerja individu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pabrik UD Krupuk. Kriuk DVD Kunir Kediri. Hasil ekstraksi thitung = 1,974 < t tab = 2,015. Hasil uji analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa stres kerja individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada pabrik UD Krupuk. Kriuk DVD Kunir Kediri. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai thitung = 11,988 > ttabel = 2,015. Variabel Yang terutama mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan adalah variabel stres kerja individu (X2). Hasil perolehan nilai regresi linier berganda adalah 1,093, variabel rotasi kontribusi adalah 0,236.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kabupaten Kediri. Studi kasus dilakukan pada karyawan produksi PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kabupaten Kediri. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 responden yang diambil berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling karena populasi yang diambil berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, yaitu karyawan produksi PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kabupaten Kediri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Produksi PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kabupaten Kediri, (2) Kesehatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Produksi PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kabupaten Kediri, (3) Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Produksi PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera Kabupaten Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pengembangan usaha kecil menengah (UKM) berbasis inovasi teknologi dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Melalui tinjauan literatur jurnal dan pendekatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM), penelitian ini menyajikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang bagaimana adopsi teknologi baru dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing UKM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi inovasi teknologi dalam strategi pengembangan UKM untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, memperluas pasar, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi kebijakan publik dan praktik bisnis untuk meningkatkan peran UKM dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The supply of coffee beans in Indonesia involves several stakeholders, namely farmers, collectors and KUB (Joint Business Group). Sustainable supply activities are human, economic, social, environmental and technological resource management activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the sustainability performance of human resources in the supply of coffee beans in Indonesia. The data processing stage is identifying the supply of coffee beans in Indonesia. Analysis of identifying the supply of coffee beans in Indonesia, analysis of added value, measurement and assessment of the sustainable supply performance index for coffee beans. The added value of coffee bean supply was analyzed using the Hayami modification. SCOR-AHP (Supply Chain Operations Reference-Analytical Hierarchy Process) is used to measure the sustainability performance of human resources. The supply status of coffee beans is calculated using the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) technique with R software. The value added ratio for coffee farmers is low (46.58%) compared to collectors with (71.31%) and KUB (86.35% ). Farmers' supply performance is 71.99% lower than collectors with a value of 88.15% and KUB 86.77%. The economic dimension of sustainability is almost sustainable (78.39), the social dimension is sustainable (89.25), the environmental dimension is almost sustainable (79.63) and the technological dimension is almost sustainable (67.68). The aggregate value of sustainable supply shows 78.72% which means almost sustainable. This research recommends a strategy for building partnerships between coffee farmers and coffee cafes to improve performance and sustainability of the supply of coffee beans.

Abstract

The influence of competency and human resource (HR) development on employee performance at UMKM Marning Siung Mas Kediri. The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between competency and HR development and employee performance. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME management and employees as well as direct observation. The research results show that competency and HR development have an important role in improving employee performance. Targeted human resource development improves employees' abilities in carrying out their duties, while job-relevant competencies make a significant contribution to individual and organizational performance as a whole. The managerial implication of this research is the importance of investing in competency and human resource development to improve employee performance in MSMEs. Abstract

The orientation of the scientific work that the researcher has compiled is none other than as a benchmark for the implications of leadership and compensation on the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. This research uses a quantitative explanatory method using purposive sampling on 35 respondents. Observation, interviews, questionnaires are data collection methods that researchers use. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test as analysis of the data the researcher obtained. (1) partial test results or t test of the leadership variable with a value of 0.024. Thus, the Leadership variable (X1) partially has implications for the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees, because the significant value is X1 = 0.024 < 0.05. So the researcher can state that the first hypothesis is accepted. (2) partial test results (t test) of the Compensation variable (X2) have a significant t value of 0.001. From these results, the compensation variable partially has significant implications or influence on the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. Which is the value of X2 = 0.001 < 0.05. So in this research the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) simultaneous test results (f test), Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) simultaneously influence Employee Performance (Y). Based on the calculation results obtained, the calculated F is 12.425 which is greater than F table 3.29 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the leadership and compensation variables influence the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees.
