Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is an important factor in influencing the overall success of an organization. One thing that can affect job satisfaction is favorable work environment conditions and social interactions. This study was done to determine the effect of work environment conditions and social interactions on job satisfaction at MTs Al Muttaquun Wates. The population in this study was 30 educators or teachers. The study uses the explanatory quantitative method. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 26. The study showed that partial work environment conditions did not affect job satisfaction, while social interactions affected job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work environment conditions and social interactions did not affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This investigation intends to determine and anatomize the effect of job training, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Kediri City. A key element in a company's success is employee performance. Job training, motivation, and a positive work environment are necessary for effective employee performance. Data gathering techniques include distributing questionnaires and performing direct talks with 50 permanent employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Kediri City. Analyzing data found that job training, motivation, and work environment affect employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Kediri City. This study has a noteworthy impact on job training, motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This research contributes science to human resources.  The results can be applied to PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Kediri City, to optimize job training, motivate employees, and improve a good work environment, so that it can affect employee performance and achieve company success. In further research, it’s hoped that they will research broader and different research objects. Thus, the results attained will benefit numerous parties.

Abstract

As an effort to improve the quality of education, it is closely related to effective leadership and management by a leader. Support from subordinates will be available and sustainable when the leader is truly qualified. A school will be capable of advancing when the leader possesses a vision and mission, managerial abilities, and also integrity in implementing quality enhancements. Moreover, the school further requires quality human resources to fulfill the objectives of an organization. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of democratic and charismatic leadership styles both simultaneously and partially. Methode in this research uses and approach a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of this study was all 35 employees of MI Jati Salam Jombang, then the sampling technique used was census or total sampling which involved all members of the population as samples. Based on the test results, it was found that democratic and charismatic leadership styles had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The implications of this research theoretically find that democratic and charismatic leadership styles are theoretically able to influence employee performance but are still influenced by the policies of the organization itself, and practically the application of these two leadership styles must be consistent and continuously improve

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of Facebook social media marketing in the wedding and pre-wedding event photography services business which is very interesting for consumers to pay attention to. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. The results of research using Facebook social media are very influential and effective because Facebook has features that support promotional activities, especially in the field of photography. With the existence of social media, it is easier for a business to be run to reach the wider community, Facebook social media is also very helpful in determining effective market segmentation in determining customers who need photographer services. There are obstacles for Arie Photo Studio in carrying out promotions on Facebook accounts that still have followers. It's still a bit difficult for photos uploaded by Arie Photo Studio to reach a wider community of Facebook users.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how work facilities and individual characteristics impact job satisfaction at Pratama Karya Banaran. It employs explanatory research, which aims to uncover causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The sample size consists of 40 individuals, selected using the Slovin formula from the entire employee population of Pratama Karya Banaran. The study utilizes data quality testing, classic hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression as analytical tools. The results indicate that both work facilities and individual characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, the study highlights that working conditions, in conjunction with individual characteristics, collectively play a substantial role in determining levels of job satisfaction.

Abstract

Every employee who works definitely needs appropriate compensation or remuneration from the company. Compensation is one of the reasons why employees work. The purpose of this research is to determine the wage system and employee loyalty at UD. Al Amien and to find out the role of the wage system on employee loyalty in that place. The location of this research is on Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 200, Gabru, Banyuanyar, Kec. Gurah, Kediri Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely a method used to examine objects in natural conditions. The researcher acts as a key instrument in the data collection process which is carried out by observation, interviews, and recording or documentation and the research results emphasize meaning rather than generality. The results of this research show that the wage system implemented by UD. Al Amien is very flexible and is given every week according to the number of employee attendance. Employee loyalty is also quite high, this is reflected in good performance and compliance with applicable regulations. Even though the company provides wages below the minimum wage standards set by the government, employees still feel satisfied and consider these wages to be sufficient for their daily needs.

Abstract

Desa Sidokumpul Gresik memiliki aset yaitu pemuda pemudi yang memiliki berbagai tingkat sosial dan ekonomi. UMKM telah menjadi penopang laju pertumbuhan ekonomi, penggerak sektor riil dan penyerap tenaga kerja yang cukup signifikan melalui pengembangan kewirausahaan dan berperan sangat besar dalam kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, berbagai permasalahan muncul seiring dengan perkembangannyac. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan bagi UMKM Pemuda Pemudi Desa Sidokumpul Gresik. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan usaha UMKM kedepan sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan para wirausaha dalam mengelola keuangan untuk meningkatkan profit dengan mengembangkan usahanya. Melalui suatu pelatihan yang dilaksanakan setidaknya para pelaku usaha diberikana wawasan/pengetahuan aliran kas masuk dan keluar serta pendapat mereka setiap bulan sehingga usahanya dapat berjalan lebih lanjut dan lebih efektif serta efisien. Dalam pelatihan yang diberikan, UMKM pemuda pemudi Desa Sidokumpul diberikan ilmu mengenai pencatatan kegiatan usaha mulai dari perjurnalan, memosting buku besar, neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan ekuitas, serta laporan arus kas. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam suatu usaha UMKM, program pemberdayaan masyarakat berusaha memberikan pelatihan semaksimal mungkin agar UMKM di Indonesia memiliki bekal pengetahuan yang mumpuni ketika terjun didunia usaha, sehingga jika menemukan kendala atau hambatan, mereka dapat dengan mudah mengatasinya.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem manajemen kinerja di Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) desa merupakan upaya penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Dalam konteks ini, pendampingan menjadi salah satu strategi yang dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik. Artikel ini mengkaji berbagai pendekatan dan model pendampingan yang telah diterapkan di UMKM desa, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam proses pengembangannya. Melalui analisis literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi sistem manajemen kinerja sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk dukungan dari pemerintah dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Selain itu, pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam UMKM menjadi sorotan utama dalam menciptakan sistem manajemen kinerja yang efektif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pendekatan yang terintegrasi dalam pendampingan pengembangan sistem manajemen kinerja, guna mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM di desa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan, praktisi, dan akademisi dalam merancang program pendampingan yang lebih efektif untuk UMKM desa.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada PT Toyosindo yaitu keluhan karyawan mengenai kompensasi langsung yaitu gaji dan adanya turnover melebihi standar perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 55 responden yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yang merupakan total populasi karyawan dari PT Toyosindo. Pengukuran variabel untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil riset menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi langsung dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Saran bagi manajemen agar selalu memerhatikan dan memberikan kompensasi yang layak kepada karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mengoptimalkan komitmen organisasi dan mengurangi tingkat turnover agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Langsung, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and working stress on organizational commitment. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The sample of this research included 55 employees of PT Toyosindo. Measurement of variables to test the hypothesis using the T test and F test. In testing hypothesis, known t count 4,033 > t tabel 2,006 and the significance value 0,000<0,05 which means financial compensation significantly related organizational commitment, t count 2,555 > t table 2,006 working stress has a significant influence on organizational commitment. For the F-test results obtained in this study calculated F value = 40,866 and the value of F table = 3,180 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and working stress to commitment organizational.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Working Stress

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dan motivasi terhada kinerja karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpul dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form, dengan melibatkan 80 responden karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
