Abstract

In this research, the researcher focuses on pedagogical competence, because basically pedagogical competence is the teacher's ability to master theory and the application process in learning. So the researcher formulated the research "What is the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh?". The aim of this research is "To determine the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. that pedagogical competence is the ability to manage learning as well as the ability to master theory and the application process in learning. In this case, pedagogical competence is a competency that must be possessed by a teacher. Without pedagogical competence, teachers cannot carry out their profession effectively and optimally. This research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. The data source in this research is class I to class VI teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data obtained is then analyzed by compiling data, connecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, it shows that the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh is still not good. Of the seven pedagogical competencies used by researchers, those that received the fairly good category were the competency to master student characteristics and the competency to develop the curriculum. Meanwhile, the less good category includes competence in mastering learning theories and educational learning principles, competence in educational learning activities, competence in developing students' potential, communication competence with students and assessment and evaluation competence. This can be caused by a lack of knowledge and pedagogical competence possessed by teachers. Teachers also rarely receive training and knowledge regarding education. Researchers also saw that there was inequality among teachers in teaching subject areas, there were teachers who did not meet educational qualification standards. So it can be concluded that the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh is still not good, so it is hoped that teachers will further improve their knowledge and competence to optimize the potential of their students, both academic and non-academic.

Abstract

The problem in this research is "What is the Role of Teachers in Developing the Reading and Writing Literacy Skills of Class IV Students at SD Negeri 23 Banda Aceh". This research aims to describe the role of teachers in developing the reading and writing literacy skills of class IV students at SD Negeri 23 Banda Aceh. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 23 Banda Aceh with 35 students as subjects, there were 25 students in the good category, 6 students in the fair category, 4 students in the failed category, and no students in the failed category.

Abstract

Abstract (English)This research is entitled teacher's difficulties in teaching students who do not have an early childhood/kindergarten background in class I SD Negeri 46 Banda Aceh. The teacher's difficulty in teaching is centered on students who do not have an early childhood/kindergarten background which has an impact on the teacher's difficulties in teaching in class. Where the difficulties experienced by the teacher make teaching and learning activities disrupted and cannot run effectively. The formulation of the problem in this study is how difficult it is for teachers to teach students who do not have an early childhood/kindergarten background. This study aims to describe teachers' difficulties in teaching students who do not have an early childhood/kindergarten background. This research uses a qualitative approach, a descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were 1 class I teacher and 17 students who did not have an early childhood/kindergarten background. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews, while data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher has carried out teaching activities which consist of activities in dealing with individual student differences, determining material that is suitable for the child being faced, choosing the right method, and conducting an evaluation. From these activities, there are difficulties faced by the teacher, namely in the activity of determining material that is suitable for the child being faced in the form of connecting similar subject matter, and using learning aids, then in choosing the right method in the form of associating and embedding the subject matter in everyday life. students' day, and in conducting evaluations in the form of applying new ideas and exploring students' opinions. In addition to these activities the teacher did not experience difficulties in teaching and learning activities. Therefore it can be concluded that teachers experience difficulties in teaching students who do not have an early childhood/kindergarten background.

Pengaruh Model Group Investigation Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa pada Materi Manusia dan Lingkungan Alam Kelas V SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar.Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Model Group Investigation Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa pada Materi Manusia dan Lingkungan Alam Kelas V SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. Pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada guru berdampak kepada hasil belajar yang diperoleh oleh siswa. Di mana hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa tidak mencapai Kriteria Belajar Minimal atau KBM. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh yang Signifikan Penggunaan Model Group Investigation Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa pada Materi Manusia dan Lingkungan Alam Kelas V SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh yang Signifikan Penggunaan Model Group Investigation Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa pada Materi Manusia dan Lingkungan Alam Kelas V SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian Pre-Experimental Designs dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar yang beralamat di Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Meunasah Manyet, Kecamatan Ingin Jaya, Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Aceh, Dengan Kode Pos 23371. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Sampling Purposive dengan siswa kelas VA SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dalam bentuk Pretest dan Posttest, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 For Windows dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji-t Paired Samples Test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan statistik Uji-t Paired Samples Test diperoleh nilai . Di mana kriteria pengambilan keputusan yaitu diterima atau ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh yang Signifikan Penggunaan Model Group Investigation Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa pada Materi Manusia dan Lingkungan Alam Kelas V SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar.Kata Kunci :Model Group Investigation, Hasil Belajar IPS, Manusia dan Lingkungan Alam.

Abstract

An inclusive school is a school that accepts students with the limitations of a student and normal students in the same school environment. Therefore the teacher will have an additional role in the classroom where in inclusive schools mix children with special needs with regular children in one class. Researchers are trying to reveal part of the teacher's role in SD N 53 Kota Banda Aceh and whether this inclusive school is running effectively. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The research subjects were 4 teachers and one class observation. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's roles have been fulfilled and carried out properly in accordance with the following 9 indicators of the teacher's role: (1) educator, (2) teacher, (3) facilitator, (4) mentor, (5) servant, ( 6) Designers, (7) Managers, (8) Innovators, and (9) Assessors. Then this inclusive school is considered to have been running effectively based on the description of the following indicators of learning effectiveness: (1) organizing and planning learning; (2) good communication; (3) mastery and enthusiasm for learning materials; (4) flexibility in approach; (5) giving a fair value; (6) good participant learning outcomes.

Abstract

Media is used to support students in understanding new knowledge or skills acquired. The function of three-dimensional media in geometric learning activities is very supportive for teachers and students. The purpose of this research is to find out whether students' learning outcomes on geometric materials are influenced by the use of three-dimensional media in class V SD Negeri Peace Aceh Tamiang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type. The research subjects consisted of 20 fifth grade students, with 8 boys and 12 girls. The method of data was collected by using a test of 10 multiple choice questions and 5 short answer questions, then analyzed using the t-test statistical formula at the 5% level. The research results obtained evidence that the use of three-dimensional media has a significant effect on student learning outcomes, this is based on the significance level = 0.05 while the degrees of freedom = (n1) = (20-1)=19. So with the distribution index t (can be seen in the attachment to the t test) the value of dk = 19 is obtained or the value of t is 0.95 (19) = 1.73 while tcount = 19.42. Obtained data that tcount ttable then reject Ho thus accept Ha. The average score of students is 76. As many as 17 students have successfully completed taking examples of learning geometric materials with three-dimensional media products. This completeness supports the researcher's hypothesis that the use of three-dimensional media has an impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that three-dimensional media is used to increase student learning outcomes, especially spatial material in class V SD Negeri Aceh Tamiang Peace is very effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how slow students in fifth grade at SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh may make use of effective learning material that is tailored to their individual learning styles. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Slow learners at the Vc level were the focus of this research; the sample included 4 students (2 male and 2 female). Observation and in-depth interviews are used for data collecting. The analysis phase involves the processing of all data obtained so far, including data reduction, data display, and the development of conclusions based on the data. Learning media and the learning styles of slow learners have a positive impact on the learning process, according to the findings of studies on the topic. Using learning material that is suited for slow learner pupils would make the teaching process simpler for the instructor, as data analysis shows that there are outcomes for each learning type among slow learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Karakter Disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 67 Percontohan Kota Banda Aceh. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah Implementasi Karakter Disiplin peserta didik di SDN 67 Percontohan Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Implementasi Karakter Disiplin peserta didik di SDN 67 Percontohan Banda Aceh.Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. subjek penelitian yang dijadikan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 guru, 1 kepala sekolah, dan 8 peserta didik pada kelas IV-A dan IV-B. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yaitu menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada Kelas IV-A dan IV-B adalah mengenai sikap karakter disiplin selama pengumpulan data yaitu peserta didik dan guru sangat terlihat sikap karakter disiplin waktu maupun menaati peraturan. walaupun ada peserta didik yang tidak melalukan sikap karakter disiplin waktu atau menaati peraturan. Pada disiplin sikap, mereka menunjukkan sikap yang bagus. peserta didik menunjukkan sikap yaitu tidak mudah tersinggung atau marah, dan mendengarkan nasehat dari guru.Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu guru selalu melakukan bimbingan, dan arahan untuk bersikap karakter disiplin mematuhi tata tertib di SD tersebut, karakter disiplin waktu dan disiplin sikap baik didalam proses pembelajaran maupun diluar. guru juga menkondisikan peserta didik dengan cara memberikan contoh teladan bagi peserta didik, seperti guru harus lebih awal datang kesekolah dari pada peserta didik datang, tepat waktu dalam mengajar, teladan dalam berpakaian dan juga cara bersikap serta bertutur kata yang sopan sehingga peserta didik dapat mencontoh perilaku yang dilakukan oleh guru.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Mind Mapping Learning Model on student learning outcomes on the sub-theme of the uniqueness of the area where I live in class IV SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. This study has a problem formulation, namely whether there is a significant effect of the Mind mapping learning model on student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of the uniqueness of the area where I live in class IV SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the mind mapping learning model on student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of the uniqueness of the area where I live in class IV SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. The quantitative approach is the approach used. This study has a type of pre-experimental design and uses one form of one-group pretest and posttest design. The sample in this study were students of class IV SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar, totaling 20 students. The test is a data collection technique used. Data analysis technique using t test. The results are based on hypothesis testing of pretest and posttest data with Kolmogorov Smirnov getting the results of the data being normally distributed. Based on the calculation, it can be obtained tcount = 10.47 to compare tcount with ttable, the researcher must find the degrees of freedom, using the formula df=n-1=20-1=19. Then the distribution list t with a significant level = 0.05, then it is obtained that t(1-)(N-1)= t(1.0,05)(20-1)= t(0.95) (19) is 1.73, so it can be concluded that the results obtained by researchers from the data processing t (table) is 1.73. so t(count)t(table) is 10.471.73 then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes in the pretest and posttest. So from these results the mind mapping learning model can improve learning

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's efforts in overcoming students' reading difficulties through the media of letter cards in class III SD Negeri Lambaro Angan Aceh Besar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in the study were 10 students who still had difficulty reading in class IIIA and one teacher in class IIIA, with the sampling of data sources carried out by non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Purposive is a sample selection technique with certain considerations. While certain considerations that are intended are reading difficulties experienced by students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. All data from observations and interviews were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study proved that after applying the letter card media to the teacher for three days, it was seen that there was a good change in students' reading ability. The difficulties experienced by students when reading slowly can be resolved properly. During the process of applying the letter card media, the teacher carried out learning activities well, in the application of this letter card media the teacher also explained or introduced simple syllables and sentences to students. Then, the teacher forms groups where students and group members will play letter cards, through this activity students look very enthusiastic in participating in the learning process, especially in learning to read. The letter card media applied by the teacher in the classroom can foster student interest/motivation in learning to read.
