Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi manajemen BUMDes Massituru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, presentasi data, dan menyimpulkan dengan jumlah informan penelitian sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen BUMDes Massituru melalui 4 tahapan, yaitu: 1) Tahap perencanaan adalah pembentukan dan pendirian BUMDes Massituru, menentukan unit bisnis, menetapkan target bisnis dan peluang pasar, perencanaan anggaran, dan sosialisasi BUMDes Massituru. 2) Tahap pengorganisasian adalah menyusun struktur organisasi, membagi tanggung jawab dan tugas, dan standarisasi BUMDes Massituru. 3) Tahap implementasi adalah manajemen unit bisnis, kerja sama mitra, dan pengembangan bisnis BUMDes Massituru. 4) Tahap evaluasi adalah tanggung jawab atas kegiatan, hambatan dan solusi yang dihadapi, dan dampak manajemen BUMDes. Keberadaan BUMDes Massituru mampu meningkatkan pendapatan desa dan masyarakat dalam kolaborasi dengan unit bisnis BUMDes Massituru. Agar lebih banyak orang dapat bekerja sama dengan BUMDes Massituru, perlu ditambahkan unit bisnis sehingga terdapat lebih banyak lowongan kerja bagi masyarakat dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya membangun BUMDes.

Abstract

Pendidikan seks dapat diperkenalkan pada anak usia dini dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran menggunakan buku pop-up. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa buku pop-up yang memuat tentang pendidikan seks untuk anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan lembar angket validasi untuk memperoleh penilaian ahli dari ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil validasi buku pop-up pada ahli media memperoleh skor akhir sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor akhir sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media buku pop-up yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mengenalkan pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

The following is a look on how different influencer led methods could be applied to reactivate old customers and this include targeted messages, Special offers and discount, the use of stories and new products. The kind of research used in the studies involves the use of quantitative research where descriptive and inferential statistics are used to establish the impact of these approaches to consumer engagement and the cost of reactivation. The consequences monitor that consist of messages and extraordinary gives enhance reactivation efforts substantially while storytelling and new product displays also enhance positively though not to the same degree as the personalized messages and gives. This paper fills gaps in the literature relevant to the comparison of the techniques in question and, in specific reference to dormant clients, offers practical recommendations for the improvement of those approaches to influencer advertising. The learnings underlined the want for an array additional exam technique to seek successful reactivation and deliver useful advice on future advertising strategies.

Abstract

Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifea),merupakan daun dengan ukuran kecil dengan bentuk bulat yang padat akan kandungan gizi yang tinggi. Tanaman ini memiliki potensial besar dalam mengentaskan masalah kekurangan gizi atau malnutrisi khususnya pada ibu hamil yang dapat mecegah berat badan lahir yang tidak normal atau BBLR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pada efek teh kelor terhadap berat badan bayi lahir, panjang badan dan berat plasenta. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan Quasi Experiment Non-Randomized control group pretest – posttest design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pangkajene dan Puskesmas Lawawoi. Sampel penelitian yaitu ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan ≥28 minggu (trimester III) sebanyak 36 sampel yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok Intervensi dengan memberikan tablet Fe dan teh daun kelor (n=18) dan kelompok kontrol dengan memberikan tablet zat besi (n=18). Analisis statistic dilakukan menggunakan uji independen sample T-test, Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rerata berat badan bayi lahir 3251.1±368.9  pada kelompok intervensi dan 2968.8±404.6 pada kelompok kontrol dengan selisih 282.3±35.7 (p-0.03). Nilai rerata panjang badan pada kelompok intervensi 48.61±1.37 dan 47.33±1.08 pada kelompok kontrol. (p=0.004).Nilai rerata berat plasenta pada kelompok intervensi yaitu 558.5±31.6 dan kelompok kontrol 487.2±43.0 (p=0.001). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan Efek pemberian zat besi (Fe) dan teh daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera Tea) pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol terhadap Berat Badan Bayi Lahir, Panjang Badan dan berat plasenta

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada guru yang menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPA khususnya materi ekosistem disebabkan guru jarang menggunakan media yang sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil belajar yang di peroleh peserta didik tidak mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Permasalahan mendasar yang muncul adalah sejauh mana penggunaan media Pop-Up Book dapat mempengaruhi pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep ekosistem. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan menyelidiki pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh Media Pop-UpBook Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Ekosistem Di Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar materi ekosistem di kelas V SD Negeri Beureunuen. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperiment Design dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen, populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 20 siswa dan kelas VC sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Independent Sampe T-Test dan di peroleh taraf signifikan 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,000. Karena nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 maka Ho di tolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen.AbstractTeacher-centered learning causes low student learning outcomes in science subjects, especially ecosystem material, because teachers rarely use media that suits students' needs. This can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by students who do not reach the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The fundamental problem that arises is the extent to which the use of Pop-Up Book media can influence students' understanding of ecosystem concepts. Therefore, this research is directed at filling the knowledge gap by investigating the influence of Pop-Up Book media on student learning outcomes. By starting from this problem, this research seeks to contribute to the development of more innovative and relevant learning strategies for ecosystem materials, as well as providing a foundation for the development of learning media that can improve the quality of education. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is there an influence of Pop-UpBook media on student learning outcomes on ecosystem material in class V of SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen". This research uses a quantitative approach to experimental methods with a Quasi Experimental Design research type with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen which is located on Jln. Tanjong Beureunuen Flower, Jojo, Mutiara Timur District, Pidie Regency, Aceh. With the postal code 24175, the population of this study is the VA class as the experimental class with 20 students and the VC class as the control class with 20 students. Testing the hypothesis using the Independent Sample T-Test and obtaining a significance level of 0.05 indicates that the significance value is 0.000. Because the significance value is 0.000<0.05, Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of Pop-Up Book media on student learning outcomes in ecosystem material in class V of SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Protein dan seng merupakan zat gizi yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan anak balita. Kreakers telah dikembangkan menggunakan berbagai jenis ikan yang dapat meningkatan kandungan gizi dan daya terimanya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan kreakers ikan Pogo (Aluterus monoceros) sebagai camilan tinggi protein dan seng.Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Pengembangan creakers menggunakan tepung ikan Pogo (Aluterus monoceros) dengan persentase 0%, 15% dan 20%. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23-29 maret 2021 bertempat di Laboratorium ilmu teknologi pangan politeknik kendari jurusan gizi dan Universitas Haluoleo Kendari. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi daya terima, kadar protein dan seng (Zn). Daya terima diukur dengan uji orgnoleptik menggunakan skala hedonik (1-5), protein kreakers diukur dengan metode Lowry, kadar seng diukur dengan metode Atomic Absorption Spektrophotometer (AAS). Data diolah secara deskriptif.Hasil : Dihasilkan formula creakers dengan penggunaan tepung ikan Pogo F1= 0%, F2 = 15% dan F3 = 20%. Uji daya terima menggambarkan penilaian panelis terhadap parameter warna kreakers dengan katagori sangat suka presentase tertinggi pada formula F2, katagori suka persen tertinggi memilih formula F2. Parameter aroma, menunjukan penilaian panelis dengan katagori sangat suka pada formula F2 dan suka F1. Parameter rasa, panelis menilai katagori sangat suka pada formula F2: 73% dan suka F3 : 90%. Parameter tekstur katagori sangat suka pada F2: 53,3% dan suka F1: 70%. Nilai rata-rata skor daya terima tertinggi adalah F2:3.7, selanjutnya F1: 3.1 dan F3: 3.0. Hasil analisis kadar protein tertinggi adalah pada formula F3: 41%, selanjutnya F2: 27% dan F1: 16%. Kadar seng tertinggi adalah formula F3: 4%, F2: 2% dan F1: 1%.KESIMPULAN: Penambahan tepung ikan Pogo 20% pada kreakres menghasilkan kadar protein dan seng paling tinggi. Daya terima kreakers formula F2 lebih diterima dengan skor 3.7 , dibandingkan F1 (3.1) dan F3 (3.0).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pajak hotel terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerimaan Pajak Hotel dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Makassar umumnya mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, tetapi pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan disebabkan karena adanya covid-19. Kontribusi Pajak Hotel Kota Makassar selama tahun 2018-2022 berada pada kriteria sangat baik meskipun penerimaan kontribusinya mengalami fluktuasi atau naik turun.

Abstract

Reading is an important activity in the development of knowledge. The quality of education is often associated with reading interest. Reading interest needs to be fostered from an early age. The School Literacy Movement is one of the government programs that seeks to foster students' reading interest through its activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in establishing the reading interest of grade IV students of SD Negeri 36 Banda Aceh. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type, and data collection techniques are observation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the School Literacy Movement in fostering reading interest in grade IV students of SD Negeri 36 Banda Aceh is at the development stage and is considered successful in fostering reading interest in grade IV students. The school has made efforts that are carried out in stages to foster students' reading interest, namely through the stages of habituation, development, and learning. The habituation stage that has been implemented by SD Negeri 36 Banda Aceh is in the form of reading for 15 minutes before learning begins, visiting the library, providing a reading corner in the classroom, a reading garden, displaying literacy posters, students visiting the library, reading books in the reading corner, and recording the titles of books that have been read, and teachers motivating students after the activity. The development stage that has been implemented by SD Negeri 36 Banda Aceh is in the form of books available in the reading corner that vary, students are enthusiastic and motivated in carrying out reading activities, students carry out activities retelling the contents of the reading, and there is also a school literacy team that coordinates the implementation of the literacy program. The learning stage that has been implemented by SD Negeri 36 Banda Aceh is in the form of using enrichment books to accompany textbooks. In accordance with students' literacy abilities, carry out appropriate reading activities in the form of oral, written, art, handicrafts and other activities to be able to continue to foster students' interest in reading.

Abstract

The research entitled "The Effect of the Teaching Campus Program on Improving the Quality of Teachers at SD Negeri 02 Lamteuba Aceh Besar" raised the issue of whether there was an effect of the implementation of the 3rd generation teaching campus program that took place at SD Negeri 02 Lamteuba on improving the quality of teachers at the school. This study aims to describe whether the campus teaching program batch 3 at SD Negeri 02 Lamteuba has an effect in improving the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 02 Lamteuba Aceh Besar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects of this study were all members of the teacher council at SD Negeri 02 Lamteuba Aceh Besar totaling 16 people. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaire questionnaires to all research subjects and later the data obtained was strengthened by direct non-participant observations carried out at the research location. Data analysis techniques use pre-research data analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: the teaching campus program has an effect in improving the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 02 Lamteuba Aceh Besar, this is shown by a significance value of 0.038 out of 0.05. The campus teaching program is not the main factor that affects the quality of teachers. This is shown by the results of the hypothesis test which shows results of 0.523 or around 52.3% affect the quality of teachers, while as many as 48.8% are influenced by other factors outside the teaching campus. that there is indeed a significant positive influence caused by the teaching campus program in improving the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 2 Lamteuba Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Cases of school bullying in Indonesia occur in almost every school institution, not only in high schools and middle schools, but also at the elementary school level, many cases have occurred which have resulted in great trauma to the victims. This research aims to analyze school bullying behavior in high class students at SD Negeri 23 Banda Aceh. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this research were teachers in grades IV, V, and VI, and students in grades IV, V, and VI who were perpetrators and victims of bullying. Data collection techniques in this research used observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out starting from the data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion stages. Based on the research results, it was found that there were 3 forms of bullying behavior carried out by high class students, namely: 1) physical bullying, 2) verbal bullying, and 3) relational bullying. Factors that cause bullying behavior among high class students include: 1) Family factors, 2) Personality factors, 3) Peer factors, 4) Mass media factors, and 5) School factors. The impacts of bullying behavior include anxiety, fear, trauma (fear of going to school), revenge, and heartache. The teacher's way of dealing with bullying is by providing advice personally and to all students, giving punishments/sanctions to perpetrators of bullying, and guiding students who behave in bullying ways. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that school bullying behavior is aggressive behavior carried out repeatedly by a person or group of students who have power/strength over other students who are weaker with the aim of hurting, where there are forms of bullying, factors- causal factors, negative impacts on victims, and teachers' ways of dealing with bullying behavior.
