Abstract

This research is focused on assessing the extent to which prices, customer reviews, and the role of brand ambassadors affect consumer purchase decisions at Kahf Official Shop operating on the Shopee marketplace. The increasingly competitive dynamics of e-commerce competition encourage brands to have a deep understanding of the determinants of consumer behavior, especially in the men's personal care product segment. The price aspect is analyzed based on the level of affordability and suitability of the benefits received by consumers, while customer reviews are examined through indicators of source credibility, review quantity, and product rating assessment. On the other hand, the brand ambassador variable is measured through image strength, the level of relevance to the product, and consumer trust in the figure that represents the brand. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of surveys to Kahf consumers on the Shopee platform. Data processing and analysis were carried out using multiple linear regression methods to determine the influence of each independent variable on purchasing decisions. The results of the study are expected to provide empirical support that pricing, customer reviews, and brand ambassadors contribute significantly, both individually and simultaneously, in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. In addition, the findings of this research are expected to be the basis for strategic recommendations for Kahf in optimizing digital marketing through competitive pricing strategies, effective management of customer reviews, and the selection of brand ambassadors that are in accordance with the brand character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), firm size, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors on stock prices. The research focuses on companies listed in the IDX ESG Leaders Index during the 2021–2024 period. A purposive sampling method was employed, yielding a sample of 13 companies with a total of 52 firm-year observations. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with EViews 12 software. The empirical results reveal that Return On Equity and firm size have a positive and statistically significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, Dividend Payout Ration and Enviromental, Social, and Governance factors do not exhibit a significant influence. Theoretically, this study extends the literature by integrating financial performance indicators and ESG dimensions in explaining stock price variations within the Indonesian capital market. From a practical standpoint, the findings offer valuable insights for investors and policymakers in formulating investment strategies that balance financial fundamentals with sustainability considerations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan pemberian kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 36,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,371 > 1,985). Pemberian kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,496 > 1,985). Kedisiplinan dan pemberian kesejahteraan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,187 + 0,276X1 + 0,401X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 51,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (50,506 > 2,700).

Abstract

Research that focuses on the analysis of human resource (HR) performance at Rural Banks (BPR) in Banten Province, using the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Balance Scorecard. This research was conducted with the aim of assessing HR performance in the context of a bank and identifying the factors that influence this performance. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis were processed using Miles and Huberman's steps, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In terms of HR performance analysis, this study combines the SWOT analysis and Balance Scorecard approaches. From the analysis results, This study identified the internal strengths and weaknesses of Rural Banks in the Province of Banten, as well as external factors of opportunities and threats that affect the company's performance. These factors are evaluated by giving weights and ratings, which are then used to formulate appropriate strategic choices. The final result of the SWOT matrix analysis shows strategic issues that need to be considered by Rural Banks in Banten Province. Several strategic issues include employee discipline, customer service, product development, Bank Indonesia policies, employee growth in accordance with policies, provision of quality products, and improvement of service facilities such as ATMs. Overall,

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Samudra Supermarket Madiun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 96 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,887 dan signifikansi < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,248 dan signifikansi < 0,05. Secara simultan, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 64,818 > F tabel 3,094. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,582 menunjukkan bahwa 58,2% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen di Samudra Supermarket Madiun.
