Problems often encountered, such as being late for school, lack of concentration in study, persecution. Problems faced by students need services so that students can develop their personal, social, learning and career and students avoid persecution behavior. Guidance and counseling teachers need to provide services to students who are hampered in solving problems with a softskill strategy to analyze students' problems with a psycho-educational approach, so that students get enlightenment to overcome the problem. Dedication aims to improve the teacher's guidance skills and counseling in analyzing students' problems with a psycho-educational approach. The target audience is the guidance and counseling teachers (community educators) in vocational schools in the district of Banjar. Methods of activities in the form of workshops on strategies for analyzing students' problems with psycho-education. Keywords— Analysis, Psycho-education, Strategy Abstrak Siswa di sekolah bermacam masalah baik pribadi, sosial, belajar maupun karir. Masalah sering ditemui, seperti terlambat masuk sekolah, kurang konsentrasi belajar, persekusi. Masalah dihadapi siswa perlu pelayanan agar siswa dapat mengembangkan pribadi, sosial, belajar dan karirnya serta siswa terhindar dari perilaku persekusi. Guru bimbingan dan konseling perlu memberikan layanan kepada siswa yang terhambat dalam memecahkan masalah dengan suatu softskill strategi menganalisis masalah siswa dengan pendekatan psiko-edukasi, sehingga siswa mendapatkan pencerahan mengatasi masalahnya. Pengabdian bertujuan meningkatkan softskill guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam melakukan analisis masalah siswa dengan pendekatan psiko-edukasi. Khalayak sasaran adalah guru-guru bimbingan dan konseling (masyrakat pendidik) di SMK se-kabupaten Banjar. Abstract

Anak jalanan merupakan anak yang beresiko, anak-anak yang tidak dapat berkembang secara optimal karena mereka hidup di jalanan. Anak jalanan memerlukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang positif selain bimbingan belajar. Pengembangan diri berhubungan dengan potensi-potensi diri yang dioptimalkan secara efektif dan kontinu. Potensi adalah modal manusia untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara luar biasa jika dapat dideteksi, dimotivasi dan dikembangkan atau diaktualisasikan dalam kehidupan nyata. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan yang terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan (tindakan), observasi, evaluasi serta refleksi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan memperoleh 2 data yakni hasil lembar kegiatan dream activity dan lembar angket motivasi. Hasil data pada lembar kegiatan dream activity menunjukkan pengembangan diri anak pada setiap pertemuan mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 85% berkategori baik. Hasil data pada lembar angket motivasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak dengan diperoleh  rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 77.9 dan nilai posttest sebesar 89.6. Dengan demikian kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman anak jalanan tentang pengembangan diri sehingga meningkatkan pengembangan diri dan motivasi belajar anak jalanan.

Abstract

Perkembangan remaja merupakan tahapan perkembangan dewasa. Karakteristik remaja awal dengan mencari identitas diri dan pengakuan diri pada usia 11/13 tahun sampai dengan usia 18/20 tahun yang dijalani setelah tahapan perkembangan masa anak-anak. Pada tahapan usia 11/13 tahun sampai deang 14/15 tahun disebut remaja awal. Sedangkan tahapan usia 14/16 tahun sampai dengan 18/20 tahun disebut remaja akhir. Tahapan perkembangan remaja awal pada pendidikan formal berada di tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama atau Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah. Remaja awal merupakan tahapan menentukan perkembangan pada tahap dalam kelompok. Meroko pada remaja awal dilakukan dimulai dengan ingin mencoba atau mengikuti gaya dan lagak  teman meroko. Dengan metode survey terhadap 1660 responden sebagai partisipan remaja awal dari usia 11 tahun sampai dengan 17 tahun, duduk di kelas VII, kelas VIII, kelas IX pada tahun 2017 untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri dan Swasta sebanyak 30 sekolah, pada Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah Negeri dan Swasta sebanyak 16 sekolah,menunjukkan bahwa remaja awal meroko sebesar 43.98 % melakukan perilaku meroko.8,70 % sekolah katagori sangat tinggiKata kunci: Perilaku meroko, Remaja awal, Pendidikan formalAdolescent development is a stage of adult development. Characteristics of early adolescents by seeking self-identity and self-recognition at the age of 11/13 years to the age of 18/20 years after the stages of childhood development. At the age of 11/13 years until 14/15 years old are called early adolescents. While the stages of age 14/16 years up to 18/20 years are called late teens. The stages of early adolescent development in formal education are at the level of junior high school education or Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah. Early adolescence is a stage of determining development at the stage in the group. Going on to the early teenagers starts with wanting to try or follow the style and attitude of friends playing. With a survey method of 1660 respondents as early adolescents from the age of 11 years to 17 years, sitting in class VII, class VIII, class IX in 2017 for Public and Private Middle Schools as many as 30 schools, at Madrasyah Ttsanawiyah Negeri and Private as many as 16 schools, showed that early adolescents shop for 43.98% doing behavioral behavior. 8.70% of category schools are very highKeywords: Smoking behavior, early adolescence, formal education

Abstract

The research aims: To find out how the development of snake and ladder media in group guidance to improve guidance services in the career field towards career planning for students of SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. This study used the research and development method, from 10 stages the researcher used 5 stages to adjust the research needs with the following steps: (1) Potential and problems. (2) Data collection. (3) Product design. (4) Design validation. (5) Design improvements. This research is motivated by the process of providing guidance services in the field of career planning which still uses conventional old media (power point) which causes service delivery to be less than optimal and has never used any new media. The results of this study indicate that the medium of snake and ladder in group guidance to improve guidance services in the career field of career planning for students of SMA Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin is feasible and usable. This can be seen from the results of the media validation assessed by counseling teacher practitioners by giving an assessment between 81.0% - 100.0% which means very valid, can be used without revision. Abstract

This study aims to describe 1). forms of maladaptive behavior of students at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin, 2). factors - factors that affect students 'maladaptive behavior at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin, 3). Teacher guidance and counseling efforts in overcoming students' maladaptive behavior at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources in this study are: Bk Teachers, Homeroom Teachers, and Students of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation and extension of participation. While the analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of making conclusions from the entire discussion. The results of this study indicate that the maldaptive behavior of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin students in general is often done that is ditching, making a fuss in the classroom, and bullying friends. Factors causing the maladaptive behavior of students at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin are, factors of weak self-control, family factors, and environmental factors or peers who are not good and do not support in adjusting to the environment. The efforts that have been done by BK Teachers in overcoming maladaptive behavior of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin students are identifying problems, collecting student data and student backgrounds, collaborating with other teachers and parents in solving students' problems at school, giving reprimands or punishment as well as advice its nature of educating and educating students themselves. Abstract

Berbicara masalah guru yang baik dalam konotasi kualitas pribadi ( agood teacher), atau guru yang berhasil (a successfull teacher), dan ada pula yang berbicara tentang guru yang efektif (an effective teacher).  Sekarang perlu  memahami citra atau profil seorang guru, mengetahui statusnya di tengah masyarakat pendidikan yang selalu berubah secara tiba tiba dan mengejutkan sehingga  menempatkan peranan guru sebagai agen perubahan dan mengembangkan tanggung jawab secara moral serta berkomitmen  dan abstraksi yang tinggi dalam melakukan misi mendidiknya. Aspek kinerja guru, hasil survey awal menunjukkan bahwa kurangnnya (prestasi kerja, kemampuan kerja, penampilan kerja, produksi kerja, rendahnya disiplin kerja, rendahnya kreativitas) sebagai indikator yang terlihat waktu itu adalah tingkahlaku atau perbuatan yang tampak dari guru-guru kurang menunjukkan kinerja yang seharusnya.

Abstract

Pendidikan di masyarakat pada masa kanak-kanak syarat dengan nilai dan kebermaknaan kehidupan selanjutnya kepada diri manusia yang terinplementasi setelah kehidupan dewasa membentuk suatu kepribadian dinamik dan mewarnai corak karakter manusia sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Jean Piaget (1896-1980) perkembangan moral pada anak-anak melalui beberapa tahapan mulai tahap sensorimotor, pemikiran praoprasional, oprasonal konkret dan oprasional formal (Maramis, 2009) Penanaman karakter pada anak merupakan proses penyesuaian kepribadian yang perlu memperhatikan bermacam-macam prinsip dasar pertumbuhan. Salah satu nilai yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pijakan pembangunan karakter anak adalah nilai-nilai kebaikan sebuah daerah yang sudah mengakar kuat sebagai sistem budaya, yang kemudian disebut sebagai kearifan lokal (genius local). Pengembangan karakter harus diikuti dengan pengintegrasian jati diri kebangsaan pada diri anak, jati diri kebangsaan atau nasionalisme yang menjadi basis kebudayaan nasional. Kesimpulan 1). Pengembangan Program Bimbingan Konseling Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Etnik Banjar untuk membentuk karakter bangsa pada jalur pendidikan formal perlu dilakukan sebagai suatu pemikiran dalam mengatisipasi arus globaliasdi (MEA) untuk benteng pertahanan budaya bangsa Indonesia yang berpradaban dunia berkearipan local bagi semua yang berkepentingan (Customers Service). 2). Abstract

The focus of this research is Human Resource Management in the field of guidance and counseling in formal education units by studying about human resource planning, recruitment, career development of guidance and counseling teachers. Furthermore, it focuses more on obstacles and support in the management of human resources, both for education unit leaders and even more so for guidance and counseling teachers. The purpose of this research is to cover; 1) Describe the management of human resources in the field of guidance and counseling in the formal education unit, 2) Clarify the description of HR planning, recruitment, career development in the field of guidance and counseling in the formal education unit, 3) Sharpen an in-depth picture of the obstacles in the management of Human Resources in the field of guidance and counseling in formal education, 4) Sharpen the description of the supporting factors in the management of Human Resources in the field of guidance and counseling in formal education. This research method is descriptive qualitative, namely to obtain information about human resource management in the field of guidance and counseling in formal education units in Banjarmasin City. Data Reduction Analysis, namely the Conclusion Data Display. Research Results (1). There is no preparatory stage (2) There has been no data collection for BK teachers (3) There has been no determination of BK teacher positions that are not too urgent (4) There is no planning or program development that helps in meeting the needs and duties of BK teachers. (5) There has never been an implementation or implementation of the planning for the needs of BK teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce guidance and counseling management products in elementary schools by adjusting the characteristics of students in swampland, where the development component focuses on (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) evaluating, and (5) follow-up. The methodology used by the researcher is research and development, by adopting four of the 10 stages of Borg and Gall, including the following: (1) preliminary study. (2) hypothetical development, (3) hypothetical model review, (4) revision. The results of this study are: (1) guidance and counseling services in elementary schools have not been ideal in their implementation, (2) compiled and validated a prototype of guidance and counseling management in elementary schools in swampy areas. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the guidance and counseling management model in elementary schools in swampy areas has been tested, (1) considering that this model has been validated by academics with a background in guidance and counseling education, and validated by school teacher practitioners. which will later carry out guidance and counseling services at the schools where they work.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling as a systematic, objective, logical, and sustainable and programmed effort carried out by counselors or Guidance and Counseling teachers to facilitate the development of students/counselors to achieve independence in their lives, of course, must also utilize this Technology and Information to be more effective and efficient in carrying out therapeutic services (helping relationships). What is unavoidable today is related to advances in technology and information. The purpose of this study is to design a needs analysis instrument application based on the potential problems of students in high school in the city of Banjarmasin. The method used is research and development (R&D) which focuses on designing a needs analysis instrument application based on the potential problems of students in senior high schools in Banjarmasin. The result of this research is that the model developed by the researcher is based on primary and secondary data. The conclusion of this study is that the model that has been developed can be continued to the validation stage of experts and practitioners to obtain its advantages and disadvantages so that it can be followed up to the trial stage and disseminated to users in high school formal education institutions.
