The methods used in Community Service activities are: lectures, questions and answers, discussions at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The theme raised was "Preparation of Excellent Elementary School through Learning of Sense, Intention, Creation and Work in Education in the Revolutionary Era 4.0 at Public High School 8 Palembang". The resource persons for this activity were permanent lecturers of FKIP, PGRI University Palembang. Participants of this activity were students and teachers of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The activities of the PkM team have been carried out well and have been completed according to the predetermined time. After each lecturer gave an explanation, they were given the opportunity to ask some questions. In conclusion, this community service report is carried out and completed through procedures in a true manner which is expected to contribute to science in students. and teachers not only that, the PkM activities which were held on Monday, November 16, 2019 can also increase and arouse the sense of professionalism of lecturers in the FKIP PGRI University of Palembang and increase the knowledge and understanding of students, especially teachers and students at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. Suggestions, the hope is that this activity can continue to be carried out in a sustainable manner to provide knowledge and deepen the knowledge or understanding of teachers and students about preparing superior human resources by learning about taste, initiative, creativity and work in education in the revolutionary era 4.0

Researchers in this case use quantitative research methods, which are a research method based on philosophy and are also used for research that focuses on a particular population or sample, sampling is carried out randomly as well as using research instruments as data tools, while statistical quantitative data analysis which have been specified. The sample of this research is Warung Martabak Ibu Rosida which is located in Sungsang III, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.The final result of this research is entrepreneurial financial management seen from the break-even point analysis (a case study at Mrs. Rodiah's martabak shop in the Sungsang III area, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra) has reached the break-even point or in other words a return on investment, it's just that the return on investment has not achieve as expected. The hope for Mrs. Rodiah's martabak shop in the Sungsang III area of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra) is to add to the existing product variants, while the local government needs to get attention to get loan funds from small and medium enterprises to increase production and expand the Warung Martabak business of Mrs. Rosida.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Financial Management

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan sumbangan ilmu pengetahuan berupa edukasi dalam meningkatkan wirausaha ayam kampung yang berkualitas, hal ini dilakukan dalam menjawab tuntutan perkembangan wirausaha dan perkembangan teknologi internet yang sangat pesat, serta sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan tri darma perguruan tinggi berupa pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu ceramah dan pembekalan melalui aplikasi Zoom dan Youtube. Peserta kegiatan adalah masyarakat umum yang sudah memiliki ternak ayam kampung maupun yang baru berkeinginan menjadi wirausaha ayam kampung khususnya masyarakat kota Palembang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan para peserta antusias dan aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan PkM ini terbukti dengan banyak pertanyaan yang masuk pada saat sesi diskusi serta adanya kemauan dari beberapa peserta yang akan memulai wirausaha ayam kampung dalam rangka menambah dan meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan ini para wirausaha dan calon wirausaha ayam kampung dapat mengetahui bagaimana membudidayakan atau beternak ayam kampung mulai dari pembibitan sampai dengan pemasaran hasil panen ayam kampung, hingga memanfaatkan bagian dari peternakan ayam kampung yaitu limbah ternak ayam kampung sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan. ABSTRACTThe aim of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to contribute knowledge in the form of education in increasing quality free-range chicken entrepreneurship, this is done in response to the demands of entrepreneurial development and the very rapid development of internet technology, as well as a form of implementing the tri darma of higher education in the form of community service. The method of implementing the activity is lectures and debriefing through the Zoom and Youtube application. Participants in the activity are the general public who already have native chickens and those who have just wanted to become entrepreneurs of native chickens, especially the people of Palembang. The results of the activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic and active in participating in this PkM activity as evidenced by the many questions that came in during the discussion session as well as the willingness of several participants to start a free-range chicken entrepreneurship in order to add and improve the family economy. With the implementation of this activity, entrepreneurs and aspiring free-range chicken entrepreneurs can find out how to cultivate or raise native chickens, starting from breeding to marketing the native chicken harvest, to utilizing part of the native chicken farm, namely native chicken waste as a source of additional income.

Siswa diusia sekolah telah mengalami perubahan, perkembangan dan pematangan baik fisik, kognitif, bahasa, moral, emosi dan sosialnya. Dimana masa usia ini diperlukan penyaluran minat bakat yang sesuai untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Festival Competition School Of SMEA Penasa yang diselenggarakan oleh SMK Pembina I Palembang dan diikuti 28 orang pada tanggal 25 November 2019 ini merupakan bentuk penyaluran bakat siswa yang diselenggarakan dengan beberapa perlombaan seperti storytelling, stand up comedy dan pembacaan puisi. Juri storytelling adalah Diana Widhi Rachmawati, S.Ip., M.M, juri stand up comedy Hendri Gunawan, S.Pd., M.Pd, Rih Laksmi Utpalasari dan I Nyoman Tirtayasa sedangkan juri pembacaan puisi Mardiana Sari, M.Pd. Penilaian storytelling terletak pada teknik atau kemampuan menceritakan sebuah kisah, dengan pengaturan adegan, event, dan dialog. Stand up comedy dinilai berdasarkan komedi yang dibawakan di depan panggung dan penilaian pada puisi terletak dari kemampuan dalam proses penciptaan bahasanya dalam satu karya terikat pada lirik bait irama dan rima.

Access to learning that is not limited by space and time must continue even though during the COVID-19 emergency, lecturers and students are required to prepare devices for learning from home and PGRI Palembang University has facilitated by using an application called E-Learning Sisfo. Although the use of e-learning as a learning medium in higher education is not yet optimal, it has become one of the interesting things to be researched so that a study was conducted to determine the perceptions of students of the Accounting Education Study Program in using SISFO. E-learning network application at FKIP PGRI Palembang University. The sample in this study is a student majoring in Accounting who uses e-learning in the lecture process where data is collected by means of a questionnaire or questionnaire and analyzed using the regression method. The results of the regression test show that the perception of students of the Accounting Education Study Program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the perception of students of the Accounting Education Study Program in using the e-learning application SISFO at PGRI Palembang University is an average of seventy three point fifty percent in the high category. and have good motivation in using e-learning as a learning medium.

Basically, the subject matter taught in schools, especially SMA PGRI Lahat Regency, in subjects is still minimal in enrichment material, especially in lessons at school. So that the results of renewable lecturers' research can be used as additional material through socialization with teachers and students. The theme of this activity is "socialization of the field trip method as a modern learning medium at SMA PGRI Labupaten Lahat". The resource persons for this activity were Erma Yulaini S.Pd., M.Si, Ana Theriana, M.Pd, Ida Suryani, M.Pd, Barkudin, M.Pd, Diana Widhi Rachmawati M.Pd, Imelda Ratih Ayu, M. Pd, Dana Luspa, M.Pd. the activity has been carried out for 2 days using 4-5 hours a day, continued tomorrow. The presenters will deliver the material for 5-10 minutes and after that a question and answer discussion is held with the PkM participants, with the aim that the participants, both teachers and students, can understand and know the content of the material presented, increase knowledge, and can also make additional material in the subject. The next activity is the provision of information and promotion of study programs at the University of PGRI Palembang, with the hope that PkM participants can know and understand academic and non-academic activities and invite them to join as part of the students of the University of PGRI Palembang. The method used in this activity is to conduct initial observations of the location of the activity, re-confirm to the school to determine the time and place of PkM implementation, carry out activities such as giving lectures, implementing promotions. at the same time evaluating activities by providing guidance either directly or indirectly to teachers and students regarding the application of teaching materials from the results of the socialization that has been carried out and finally closing

: This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide insight to teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam about the industrial revolution 4.0 and share views on the future of Indonesian education through open discussions. The industrial revolution 4.0 referred to in this whorkshop activity includes the development of the industrial revolution itself, opportunities and challenges as well as a paradigm shift in education thanks to the birth of the industrial revolution 4.0. The implementation of this community service uses several methods, namely presentations and open discussions. Participants in this PkM activity are teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam. Through the workshops, participants gained insight into the industrial revolution 4.0 and the digitalization of all aspects of life, including the world of education. Through open discussions, participants get the opportunity to share their views on the future of education and how to optimize potential to become productive individuals in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

The Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Week Activities to Increase The Creativity of Entrepreneurial Students at PGRI Palembang University Muhammad Toyib; Zahruddin Hodsay; Diana Widhi Rachmawati

The goal is to find out the effectiveness of entrepreneurship week activities in increasing the creativity of entrepreneurial students. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative. As for data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires, 35 statements are used that have been tested for validity and reliability first. Where the greater the percentage achieved, the higher the effectiveness of activities in increasing student creativity in entrepreneurship. The results showed that of the 6 indicators tested, it showed that the 1st indicator was 78.13%, the 2nd indicator was 70.71%, the 3rd and 4th indicators were 84.43, the 5th indicator was 85.57 and the 6th indicator was 90%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of entrepreneurship week activities to increase the creativity of entrepreneurial students averages 82.38 percent in the high category. While the most chosen type of business is the culinary field as much as 97.7% and the remaining 2.3% are handicrafts.

Tujuan pengkajian ini ialah untuk mencari tahu adakah Pengaruh Upah Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja Buruh Pada PT. Sawit Mas Sejahtera (SMS) yang populasi nya berjumlah 30 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel pada pengkajian ini yaitu menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yang artinya seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai ialah dokumentasi dan kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan ialah uji normalitas, regresi linear sederhana dan analisis determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel Upah terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja Buruh Pada PT. Sawit Mas Sejahtera (SMS). Hal ini bisa dilihat pada hasil analisis determinasi variabel upah (x) terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja (y) yaitu sebesar 0,00271.

PkM ini bertujuan memberikan pembekalan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam manajemen pendidikan dan manajemen keuangan berbasis digital dengan harapan adanya progress kemampuan yang meningkat baik bagi siswa, guru, tenaga pendidik dan sejenisnya sehingga lebih siap menghadapi pesatnya kemajuan perkembangan zaman. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan workshop, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya antusias dari peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan, terbukti aktifnya peserta dalam bertanya dan menyelesaikan tugas latihan dan mempraktekkan materi yang diberikan pemateri, sehingga secara tidak langsung adanya pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanajemen Pendidikan dan keuangan di sekolah yang berbasis digital baik bagi siswa, guru, tenaga pendidik dan sejenisnya sehingga lebih siap menghadapi kemajuan perkembangan zaman.
