The purpose of this study is to explore the role of multicultural education in developing the social and interpersonal competencies of human resources, and how this affects productivity and the ability to compete in the global market. Methods This research used a qualitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive-exploratory, which aims to describe how multicultural education is implemented in formal education and explore its impact on the social abilities and cross-cultural skills of human resources. The result of this research is that multicultural education in Indonesia plays an important role in building the social skills and competencies of human resources who are ready to compete at the global level. This approach includes respect for diversity, implementation of inclusive learning, and development of social skills such as empathy, intercultural communication, and cooperation in diverse teams. Research findings show that multicultural education improves cultural adaptation, critical thinking and professional readiness in a multicultural global work environment. Despite its benefits, its implementation faces challenges such as teachers' lack of understanding and the existence of stereotypes and discrimination.

Manajemen Pembelajaran pada Kecerdasan Majemuk (Multiple Intelligences) Peserta Didik di Pendidikan Iniklusi (Studi Kasus di SMP IT AT-TAUFIQ Depok)†ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk mendeskripsikan penggambaran perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta unsur pendukung dan penghambat dalam manajemen pembelajaran sekolah inklusi.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekaan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan pembelajaran di SMP IT AT-TAUFIQ Depok meliputi beberapa tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta memiliki faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses pengelolaan pembelajaran

Salah satu pendekatan yang cukup berperan dalam dunia pendidikan belakangan ini adalah diterapkannya Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Indonesia, dimana kurikulum ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan siswa untuk dapat berperan aktif dalam kegiatan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada eksplorasi praktek penilaian sesuai dengan konteks Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada sebuah sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara beberapa guru, kepala sekolah dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta studi literasi untuk memperkuat hasil pada penelitian ini. Dari Penelitian ini kita menemukan bahwa perlunya pendampingan yang lebih baik untuk para guru untuk dapat mengembangkan keterampilan dan pemahaman dalam melaksanakan asesmen pada kurikulum ini agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Semoga dengan adanya penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai asesmen pada Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar secara khusus, dan pendidikan Indonesia pada umumnya.

This research aimed to identify and obtain information regarding implementing the independent curriculum learning model in schools. The research employed an action research approach to enhance the implementation of the independent curriculum learning model by facilitating a Community Service Program (Abdimas). The research results indicated that the independent curriculum learning model improved teacher performance over three mentoring cycles. In cycle 1, teachers' understanding of the national curriculum policy increased to 78.2%, and understanding of the national curriculum implementation reached 74%, indicating a notable improvement from the pre-cycle phase. In cycle 2, further increases were recorded: understanding of learning objective flow rose to 79.42%, understanding of the learning model reached 88.4%, and understanding of the teaching module reached 87.8%, reflecting nearly optimal mastery. In cycle 3, teachers' comprehension regarding the practice of learning models attained 88.6%, signaling their capability to implement effective classroom instruction.

This research aims to improve science learning outcomes in class VI on Solar System material using paired card media at SDI Plus Al Hambra, South Jakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research was conducted using the classroom action research method which was carried out in class VI SDI Plus Al Hambra in the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 15 students. The method used is a cooperative make a match type method using cards in pairs. Through group activities where each group member is tasked with finding answer cards from the question cards given. The selection of appropriate methods and the use of media in each cycle increases learning outcomes and student motivation, so that they can achieve maximum results in cycle III. Cycle I was carried out on 29 January 2020, cycle II was carried out on 5 February 2020 and cycle III was carried out on 12 February 2020. The instrumentation used was an objective test of 10 questions. Based on the results of the research implementation, it can be seen that the learning outcomes of students with grades reaching KKM in cycle I were 5 students (33.3%) in cycle II were 11 students (73.3%) while in the final stage of cycle III there were 15 students (100 %) of the KKM score of 72. Based on this information, it is concluded that using the make a match type cooperative method through paired cards can improve science learning outcomes for class VI students at SDI Plus Al Hambra Jakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada kelas VI materi Sistem Tata Surya dengan menggunakan media kartu berpasangan di SDI Plus Al Hambra Jakarta Selatan tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di kelas VI SDI Plus Al Hambra tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 15 orang . Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode kooperatif tipe make a match melalui media kartu secara berpasangan. Melalui kegiatan kelompk dimana setiap anggota kelompok bertugas mencari kartu jawaban dari kartu pertanyaan yang diberikan. Adanya pemilihan metode yang tepat serta penggunaan media pada setiap siklus membuat hasil pembelajaran maupun motivasi siswa meningkat, sehingga dapat mencapai hasil maksimal pada saat siklus III. Siklus I dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Januari 2020,siklus II dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 Februari 2020 serta siklus III dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2020. Instrumentasi yang digunakan ialah berupa tes objektif sebanyak 10 soal. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai yang mencapai KKM pada siklus I sebanyak 5 siswa (33,3%) pada siklus II sebanyak 11 siswa (73,3 %) sedangkan pada tahap akhir siklus III sebanyak 15 siswa (100%) dari nilai KKM 72. Berdasarkan keterangan tersebut, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan penggunaan metode kooperatif tipe make a match melalui media kartu berpasangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas VI SDI Plus Al Hambra Jakarta tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

Teacher development management to meet the challenges and opportunities of independent curriculum teaching. By assessing the importance of the role of teacher education management in responding to the dynamics of the Merdeka program. These challenges, including adapting to workload and student diversity, require effective management strategies. On the other hand, opportunities such as personalized learning and creativity in teaching offer the potential to improve the quality of education. Through careful developmental management, teachers can maximize the potential of the curriculum, create a responsive learning environment, and prepare students to meet the needs of the future.

The main problem with Indonesian education today is the low quality of education, whereas to maintain the quality of education, quality control is needed to monitor the process and all school supporting components. TQM (Total Quality Management) is a management approach for an organization that is centered on quality and relies on the participation of all its members. TQM aims for long-term success through customer satisfaction and benefits to all members of the organization and society as a whole. The aim of this research is to determine and assess the role of the principal, the role of teachers, and the role of administration in improving the quality of education at Bani Saleh 2 Middle School. This school is a junior high school in Bekasi City, West Java. This school has achieved many achievements in the non-academic field, namely Tapak Suci pencak silat. In this research, we used qualitative methods involving interviews and a one-day field survey. The results of our observations and interviews with the Principal, Teachers and Administrators of Bani Saleh 2 Middle School show that all the workers there have good quality competencies in carrying out their respective job responsibilities. Students at Bani Saleh 2 Middle School have shown that this school has quality seen through its teachers and educational staff. The quality of teachers and educational personnel will produce students who have various kinds of achievements. Most of the achievements at this school come from non-academic fields, so this makes students more motivated to continue their enthusiasm for achieving achievements in the academic field..

The purpose of the research is to determine 1) Direct influence of self-efficacy on students' math reasoning ability 2) the Direct influence of learning independence on the ability of mathematical reasoning 3) the Direct influence of self-efficacy on student self-reliance 4). The indirect effect of self-efficacy on mathematical reasoning ability through student learning independence. This research used a survey method. The independent variables bound to this research are Self Efficacy (X1), Learning Independence (X2), and Mathematical Reasoning Ability (X3). The research method used surveys. The sample used is 100 students as a research sample by using a proportional random sampling technique from all students of class VII of National Junior High School in Bekasi City. The data were collected using math-reasoning test and self-efficacy questionnaire and learning independence. Hypothesis testing with path analysis (Path Analys). This study was conducted in January 2018. Based on the results of the hypothesis and data analysis concluded several things as follows (1) There is a direct influence of self-efficacy significant to the ability of mathematics reasoning of students of National Junior High School in Bekasi City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount (4.615)> ttable (1.984). (2) There is a significant direct influence of learning independence to the students' math skills ability in National Junior High School in Bekasi City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount (5.869)> ttable (1.984). (3) There is a direct influence of self-efficacy significantly to the independence of students studying National Junior High School in Bekasi City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount (18,719) > ttable (1,984). (4) There is a significant indirect influence of self-efficacy of students to the ability of mathematical reasoning through the independence of students studying National Junior High School in Bekasi City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount (6.4728) > ttable (1.984). The implications of this research are 1). To improve the ability of mathematical reasoning can be done by improving self-efficacy and student learning independence. 2) to improve learning independence is done by improving self-efficacy.

Teacher performance at the junior high school level has a significant impact on the quality of education and student achievement, but there is inequality in this achievement, especially in peripheral areas of the village. This research aims to evaluate the factors that influence teacher performance and formulate recommendations for improvement. The methodology used is qualitative research with data collection through interviews, documentation and verification, carried out in three junior high schools in Bogor Regency involving 51 teachers as samples. The research results show that teacher performance is generally good, driven by guidance and training from the school principal. However, challenges in peripheral schools need attention due to limited access to training and managerial support. It is recommended that school principals carry out problem mapping and needs analysis to improve teacher performance evenly across all regions

The development of the generation of teachers in the modern era of education raises questions about the extent to which generational differences affect professional abilities, including in terms of multicultural skills. This study aims to determine the difference in the level of multicultural skills in teachers across generations, namely Generation X, Millennials, and Z. This study uses a comparative quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The research instrument is in the form of a multicultural skills questionnaire. The sample in this study is 120 teachers grouped into various generational groups. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average multicultural skill score in the generation X teacher group was 149.81, the Millennial generation teacher group was 148.36, and the generation Z teacher group was 148.07. Based on these results, it shows that multicultural skills in all generation groups are in the high category.
