Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and formulate a development strategy for the Kalosi Brand EBRO Arabica ground coffee agribusiness in Enrekang Regency. The method used is a single-case study design with a quantitative approach using financial data for the period 2021-2025. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The financial feasibility analysis used Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), with a 6% discount rate based on BRI Enrekang loan interest rates in 2025. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to test robustness under adverse scenarios. The results showed an NPV of IDR 218,390,468, an IRR of 15.19%, and a Net B/C of 1.336, indicating that this business is financially feasible even under stress conditions. The SWOT analysis places the EBRO brand in quadrant I (Growth/Aggressive) with coordinates (+1.23, +0.92), recommending an SO strategy, which includes strengthening premium branding, digital market expansion, and production modernization. The findings can be used as a reference for entrepreneurs and policymakers in the development of MSME-scale coffee agribusiness.

Abstract

Financial stability is a crucial aspect of the economic system, particularly in the banking sector, which serves as the primary intermediary institution. This study aims to analyze the effect of bank size on financial stability in Indonesia during the 2014–2023 period. Bank size is measured through total assets and Third Party Funds (DPK), while economic stability is proxied by the Z-score. The study population includes 92 conventional banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sample was determined using a stratified sampling method based on the Bank Group category, Core Capital (KBMI), in accordance with POJK No. 12/POJK.03/2021, resulting in 48 banks as samples. Data are in the form of quarterly financial reports from the first quarter of 2014 to the fourth quarter of 2023. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results show that total assets have a positive and significant effect on financial stability, while DPK has a negative and significant impact.Stabilitas keuangan merupakan aspek krusial dalam sistem perekonomian, khususnya pada sektor perbankan sebagai lembaga intermediasi utama. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that influence Regional Original Revenue in six provinces on the island of Sulawesi, with investment as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, including panel-data regression analysis and the Sobel test, for the period from 2015 to 2024. The results of this study indicate that population size, gross regional domestic product, and investment have a significant direct effect on local revenue. Gross Regional Domestic Product, in addition to having a direct impact, also has an important indirect effect on Local Own-Source Revenue. In contrast, inflation has no considerable impact either directly or indirectly. This study emphasises the importance of increasing Investment, developing strategic sectors, and improving the quality of human resources to optimise Local Own-Source Revenue. This study offers a new perspective on the role of investment as an intervening variable in the relationship between local revenue factors on the island of Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing women's employment opportunities in the context of the demographic bonus in South Sulawesi Province. The demographic bonus is characterized by an increasing proportion of the working-age population and is expected to strengthen economic development, particularly through women's active participation in the labor market. Multiple linear regression was used to test the influence of internet access (X1), minimum wages (X2), women's productive age (X3), average years of schooling (X4), access to workforce training (X5), and the gender development index (X6) on women's employment opportunities. The results indicate that internet access, women's productive age, and access to workforce training significantly affect women's employment opportunities in South Sulawesi, while minimum wages, average years of schooling, and the gender development index do not.
